"Eu quero um bolo de futebol, dizia o Gonçalo... Eu quero um bolo fixe com muitas cores, dizia o Daniel"... Após magicar o que iria inventar este ano, aqui ficam as fotos do resultado obtido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o Daniel fiz uma bolo de noz triplamente recheado com creme de ovo. A massa está pronta quando estiver brilhante e escorrer em fio. Adicione finalmente o fermento em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Pré-aqueça o forno a 200º e forre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal. Coloque a massa num saco pasteleiro, de bico em estrela, e molde cada éclair, pondo no tabuleiro tiras de massa com o comprimento de um dedo. Leve ao forno 20 minutos e deixe arrefecer sobre uma grelha. Corte os éclairs ao meio horizontalmente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Aqueça levemente o doce de damasco e barre as metades superiores dos éclairs com uma camada fina de doce. Aqueça em lume brando o chocolate praliné, mexa até obter uma massa maleável e deixe arrefecer levemente. Reserve. Num recipiente, bata as natas, junte o estabilizador e depois adicione o chocolate praliné derretido, uma colher de cada vez. Peneire a farinha por cima e amasse até obter uma massa maleável. Divida a massa em duas partes. Peneire o cacau em pó sobre a primeira parte e incorpore-o na massa. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Forme duas bolas de massa (1 de massa clara e outra de massa com cacau) e envolva-as em película aderente. Deixe repousar durante 2 horas num local fresco (mas não no frigorífico).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Divida cada bola de massa em duas partes; estenda cada parte até obter rectângulos iguais com cerca de 5mm de espessura. Coloque o rectângulo de massa de cacau sobre o rectângulo de massa clara. Enrole os rectangulos no sentido do comprimento, sem pressionar demasiado para não danificar o motivo bicolor.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Aqueça previamnete o forno a 180º. Forre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal. Corte os rolos de massa em fatias com 5mm de espessura e coloque-as no tabuleiro.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Misture a gema de ovo e as natas e pincele ligeiramente os biscoitos. Leve ao forno durante cerca de 12 minutos. No século XVIII, máquinas de espremer manteiga de cacau foram criadas. Isso ajudava a fazer um chocolate mais consistente e durável. A partir daí, o consumo do chocolate foi popularizado e espalhado pelo mundo todo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Pois é… isto é uma pitada da história do chocolate mas o que cada um de nós conhece na pontada língua é o seu presente! Quem poderá dizer que nunca ficou em absoluto êxtase palativo enquanto um quadrado de chocolate lhe derretia lentamente na boca? Amargo, de leite, branco, negro, com frutos ou sem frutos… o chocolate é uma dádiva dos deuses e funciona como um vestido preto: vai bem com tudo! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Ora, toda esta introdução tem um motivo. &lt;strong&gt;Um doce motivo!&lt;/strong&gt; Enquanto andava a dar uma arrumação na minha colecção de livros de culinária tive um reencontro com um pequeno livro que já nem me lembrava ter comprado. É daquelas coisas… para mim os livros de culinária são como os sapatos para a generalidade das mulheres. Podemos ter 50 pares em casa mas aquele par que parece sorrir para nós através da montra era mesmo o que faltava na sapateira lá de casa. Enfim… voltando ao meu pequeno livro… trata-se de um livro chamado &lt;strong&gt;“Chocolate”&lt;/strong&gt; e tal como o nome indica… todas as receitas são à base de chocolate. Fiquei apaixonada pelo pequeno livro e tive uma vontade enorme de fazer algo mais com ele.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Ora, ponham o livro de um lado e o facto de eu ter visto o filme Julie &amp;amp; Julia há pouquíssimo tempo e já devem estar a prever o desfecho…&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Não! Juntar os ovos, o leite e o óleo e bater bem até misturar. Por fim, adicione a farinha peneirada com o fermento e a canela e mexa bem até ficar uma massa homogénea.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Encha as forminhas até 2/3 de altura e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º.
