Estou sem computador, o meu deu piti e está no técnico coitado, rs...e então vim postar esse bolinho gostoso no&amp;nbsp;netbook&amp;nbsp;que sobrou por aqui (um horror), odiei fazer a edição de imagens nesse bicho pequeno, rs.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Mais a vontade de atualizar meu bloguinho foi maior!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Fiz esse bolo simples de baunilha, mais o segredo dele está no recheio, usei Doce de Leite Delakasa e na cobertura, uma lata de beijinho Mococa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Vamos aos ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Massa&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;4 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;1 xícara de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;3 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;4 colheres (sopa) de margarina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;1 colher (sopa) cheia de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;1 colher (café) de essência de baunilha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Vamos fazer?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Bata as claras em neve e reserve. Bata as gemas com a açúcar e a margarina. Ao ficar um creme claro, adicione a farinha e o leite, alternadamente. Coloque a essência e misture. Adicione as claras, delicadamente e por último, o fermento, mexendo até misturar e ficar uma massa linda e homogênea.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Leve para assar por 40 a 45 minutos em forno médio (180º), preaquecido, em forma redonda, untada e enfarinhada. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Após assar, deixe esfriar, desenforme e corte ao meio.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Para o recheio, use doce de leite. Como ganhei um potinho do parceiro VITAO, usei o doce deles, o DELAKASA (uma perdição), como vocês podem conferir na última imagem. Usei a granola &lt;a href="http://www.vitao.com.br/index.php"&gt;VITAO &lt;/a&gt;que ganhei de presente da empresa. Ficaram muito bons, esses da foto são os da primeira fornada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Fiz seguindo essa receita , para quem gosta de granola, recomendo!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;2&amp;nbsp;xícaras&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;açúcar&amp;nbsp;(você pode usar uma xícara de açúcar mascavo e uma de açúcar branco)&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sobremesa) de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"&gt;2 e 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"&gt;500 grs de granola light Vitao ( mais 1/2 xícara de uvas passas sem sementes ,se quiser)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: -webkit-auto;"&gt;Bata os ovos, a manteiga e o açúcar até virar um creme. Adicione a granola aos poucos, misture com uma colher de pau ou espátula. Depois vá juntando os ingredientes secos, a farinha de trigo, o sal, o fermento. Misture tudo até que fique no ponto de fazer bolas (unte a mão com margarina use uma colher de sopa para pegar a massa), se for preciso, acrescente mais farinha de trigo. Unte uma assadeira grande, faça as bolinhas do tamanho que quiser, achate na palma da mão e vá arrumando na assadeira, deixando um espaço &amp;nbsp;pois eles se espalham durante o tempo de forno. Quando crescerem um pouco e ficarem dourados estão prontos, aproximadamente 15 minutos em forno de 180 graus.Quando retirar do forno, eles ainda estarão úmidos, retire com uma espátula imediatamente e deixe esfriar sobre uma&amp;nbsp;superfície&amp;nbsp;plana. Depois de frios podem ser guardados em potes ou latas de biscoitos. Ontem resolvi fazer esse, bem simples mais que fica uma delícia para comer acompanhado de uma cafezinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Não tem segredos e todo mundo sabe fazer, mais vou deixar a receita para as iniciantes testarem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;4 ovos médios (usei de quintal)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 xícara de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;3 xícaras rasas de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;raspas de 1 limão&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 xícaras &amp;nbsp;rasas de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;4 colheres cheias de manteiga ou margarina de boa qualidade&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Preparo:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Preaqueça o forno. Bata as claras em neve e reserve. Bata as gemas , o&amp;nbsp;açúcar&amp;nbsp;e a manteiga até que vire um creme claro. Adicione aos poucos, o leite e a farinha (bata na velocidade baixa, só para misturar), adicione com movimentos de baixo para cima, delicadamente, as claras em neve firme. As raspas de limão e por último o fermento. Misture com uma espátula até que foque tudo&amp;nbsp;homogêneo. Leve para assar em forno médio por 40 a 45 minutos, em forma untada e enfarinhada. deixe ficar moreninho (mais sem queimar) e retire do forno.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Desenforme depois que esfriar e se delicie com um bolo perfumado e bastante fofinho, daqueles que se esfarelam fácil e não ficam secos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Até mais, beijos e um ótimo começo de semana!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Essa é daquelas receitas que até criança faz.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 lata de &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;leite condensado Mococa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 caixa de&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt; creme de leite Mococa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1/2 lata de suco de limão (usei limão&amp;nbsp;Haiti, usei daqueles grandes)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;raspas de limão a gosto.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;- Bata no liquidificador os ingredientes (tire um pouco do soro do creme de leite) e leve para gelar até que fique com uma consistência cremosa, mais firme (como na foto). Um 2012 abençoado para vocês!&lt;br /&gt;
Fiz esse macarrão ontem para o almoço de domingo e vim compartilhar essa receita simples mais que todos gostam (pelo menos aqui em casa)rs.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;500 de massa parafuso cozido e escorrido&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1&amp;nbsp;peito&amp;nbsp;de frango grande, cozido e desfiado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 lata de milho verde e ervilha (usei o da caixinha)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tomate vermelho, sem casca e sem sementes em cubos&lt;br /&gt;
azeitonas sem caroço em pedaços pequenos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 caixinhas de &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;MOLHO QUATRO&amp;nbsp;QUEIJOS&amp;nbsp;MOCOCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
200g de mussarela fatiada&lt;br /&gt;
queijo ralado, orégano&lt;br /&gt;
sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
Como fazer:&lt;br /&gt;
Numa tigela grande, adicione o Molho Quatro queijo&lt;span style="color: #444444;"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt; MOCOCA,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
a ervilha, o milho verde, o tomate, o peito de frango desfiado, as azeitonas e misture até que fique tudo agregado. Adicione as pouco, misturando bem, o macarrão parafuso já escorrido. Tempere com sal a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa assadeira de vidro, coloque essa massa, por cima arrume as fatias de mussarela , polvilhe queijo ralado e&amp;nbsp;orégano&amp;nbsp;a gosto e leve para gratinar até que o queijo derreta.&lt;br /&gt;
Você pode fazer a mesma receita substituindo o macarrão pelo arroz já cozido e temperado. Fica um delicioso arroz de forno!&lt;br /&gt;
Também usando sobras de peru ou chester ao invés de frango.&lt;br /&gt;

E optei por esse omelete.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Receita para uma pessoa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;2 ovos grandes ou 3 médios&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;sal e tempero verde a gosto (usei&amp;nbsp;hortelã&amp;nbsp;e coentro), picadinho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;1 pitada de pimenta cominho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;cubos de queijo da sua&amp;nbsp;preferência&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;tomates vermelhos picados em cubos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;um pedaço de cebola picadinha.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Preparo rápido e simples:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Bata os ovos, tempere com sal e pimenta. Aqueça uma frigideira com um pouco de azeite de oliva ou margarina, despeje os ovos batidos e depois os&amp;nbsp;ingredientes&amp;nbsp;do recheio (use o que tiver em casa a seu gosto). Quando começar a endurecer, vá dobrando com uma espátula e forme o omelete.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Servi com saladinha de pepino e cenoura ralada. As minas fiz na pressa e sem muita paciência, rs,&amp;nbsp;saíram&amp;nbsp;mais grossinhas. Mais ficaram deliciosas e&amp;nbsp;crocantes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Vamos a receita:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="background-color: white; margin-bottom: 16px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;Massa&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;· 2 e 1/4 de xícara (chá) de farinha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;· 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;· 1/2 xícara (chá) de margarina gelada cortada em cubos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;· 6 colheres (sopa) de água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;Misture os ingredientes da massa até ficar uma farofa meio úmida (mas não muito).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;Coloque uma porção da massa nas forminhas e vá ajeitando (como se faz empadinhas). Leve para assar por uns 15 minutos até ficarem douradinhas a 200graus°. Depois que esfriarem, tire das formas e recheie do jeito que quiser. Usei&amp;nbsp;goiabada&amp;nbsp;em barra cortada em cubinhos e levada ao fogo com um pouco de água para&amp;nbsp;derreter. Quando engrossou, coloquei nas forminhas. Fica ótimo também com doce de leite, brigadeiro mole e leite condensado com limão. Experimente!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Recebi hoje a tarde essa novidade da Ajinomoto, o MID Vira Shake , junto com um calendário 2012 e uma revista deles (é a terceira revista que me mandam, adoro as receitas). Obrigada pessoal da Ajinomoto! Bem voltando ao shake, fiz como manda a embalagem, deixei uma caixa de leite integral no congelador por meia hora , misturei com o pó do saquinho e dei para a galera daqui experimentar. e eles aprovaram. Tem um gostinho daqueles iogurte de morango que compramos em garrafas de um litro. Então resolvi criar esse sorvetinho para refrescar o calor que já está demais aqui em Salvador.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;É muito fácil e prático, como se fosse o mousse mais sem a gelatina incolor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 lata de leite condensado Mococa&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 caixa de creme de leite Mococa (250g)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 lata e 1/2 de suco de maracujá bem forte.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Açúcar a gosto (se você prefere mais doce).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;fazer:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;bata no&amp;nbsp;liquidificador&amp;nbsp;todos os ingredientes e leve para gelar por 3 horas (melhor fazer de véspera).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Tire do congelador e bata novamente para ficar mais cremosinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Leve para gelar até endurecer e sirva.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Todo mundo vai adorar. Depois dos temperos refogados, despejei 1 caixinha do &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: red;"&gt;Molho Quatro queijos Mococa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #444444;"&gt;, testei o sal. mexi para agregar tudo, polvilhei&amp;nbsp;orégano&amp;nbsp;(um pouco) e coloquei sobre o espaguete já cozido e escorrido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Servi acompanhado de filé de frango bem temperadinho e frito também na manteiga (meus filhos amam), rs!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Ficou uma refeição rápida, bem prática (ótima opção para quem está super atarefada como eu) e bastante gostosa (teve gente aqui que repetiu), rs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #444444;"&gt;Amigos, preciso agradecer suas visitas e comentários. Vamos aos&amp;nbsp;ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 peitos de frango sem osso, nem pele, cortados em pedaços pequenos, lavados em suco de limão.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 chuchus em cubos médios.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Sal, pimenta cominho, alho&amp;nbsp;moído&amp;nbsp;a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Coentro ou salsinha a gosto, cebola picadinha, suco de limão e vinagre, polpa de tomates&lt;br /&gt;
e azeite de oliva.&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere os pedaços de frango com pimenta, sal, alho e vinagre (de vinho tinto) e deixe por alguns minutos reservado.&lt;br /&gt;
Esquente o azeite e refogue a cebola. Adicione o frango e deixe dourar em fogo baixo. Acrescente o purê de tomates, o coentro picado, o chuchu (pré cozido al dente), tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar sem secar demais.&lt;br /&gt;

Retire o excesso de farinha e coloque um pouco de coco ralado, misture e reserve. Bata as claras em neve firme. Reserve. Bata as gemas, o açúcar e a manteiga. Adicione o leite e a farinha de trigo alternando. Não precisa bater muito. Adicione as claras, misture, o fermento e misture de novo até ficar homogêneo. Coloque a massa em uma forma &amp;nbsp;redonda untada e enfarinhada. Por cima, vá espalhando a goiabada em cubos e por último polvilhe mais um pouco de coco ralado. Leve para assar em forno preaquecido por uns 45 minutos. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Bom dia amigos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Estou passando pouco por aqui, mais hoje estou conseguindo postar esse bolo que fiz ontem.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;É uma receita simples, mais ficou bom.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;5 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;1 garrafinha de leite de coco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;3 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;5 colheres de sopa de manteiga&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;2 latas de leite condensado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;1/2 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;3 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Como fazer:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Bata as claras em neve. Reserve. Bata as gemas, a manteiga e o açúcar até formar um creme. Adicione o leite de coco e a a farinha de trigo, bata até ficar&amp;nbsp;homogêneo&amp;nbsp;em velocidade mínima.&amp;nbsp;Coloque&amp;nbsp;as claras e o fermento e&amp;nbsp;misture&amp;nbsp;delicadamente. Leve para assar em forno pre aquecido por 40 a 45 minutos .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Enquanto isso, cozinhe uma lata de leite condensado na panela de pressão por 35 minutos (contados após fervura) e use para rechear o bolo.Para fazer o brigadeiro branco da cobertura., cozinhe em fogo baixo até ponto de brigadeiro mole, uma lata de leite condensado , 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga e meia caixinha de creme de leite. Misture, sem deixar pegar no fundo da panela.. Use a maior parte para cobrir o bolo, deixe um pouco na panela, misture o chocolate em pó e coloque colheres sobre o bolo já coberto com o brigadeiro branco, fazendo um efeito mesclado com a própria colher de sopa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Um dia maravilhoso para vocês!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Refoguei mais um pouco, adicionei a polpa de tomate, tampei a panela e deixei cozinhando em fogo baixo. Quando a carne estava molinha, coloquei o molho Mococa, misturei até engrossar, por uns 5 minutos. Estava pronto. Falando em falta de tempo, já estou na correria de fim de ano, gente quando me dei conta que já estamos perto do natal foi um susto, rsrsrs. Foi só quando minhas &amp;nbsp;clientes começaram a pedir coisas para presentear no natal que me dei conta, rs.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;O bolo é daqueles que&amp;nbsp;avó&amp;nbsp;ensina, mãe faz e ensina as filhas e assim vai...todos sabem fazer!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Mais vamos a receitinha assim mesmo:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;4 ovos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;2 xícaras (rasas) de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;3 xícaras de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 xícara de leite com 1 colherinha de&amp;nbsp;essência&amp;nbsp;de baunilha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;4 colheres de manteiga no capricho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 xícara de leite de vaca (ou de coco)&lt;br /&gt;
Opcional: chocolate granulado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Faça assim:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Bata as claras em neve e reserve. Bata as gemas, o açúcar e a manteiga até que fique um creme clarinho e encorpado. Adicione, alternando, a farinha e o leite. Bata levemente. Coloque as gemas e incorpore à massa, delicadamente. &amp;nbsp;O chocolate granulado, se quiser (meus filhos gostam), misturando.Por último o fermento, misture , sem bater, com um espátula mesmo. Coloque em forma untada e&amp;nbsp;polvilhada&amp;nbsp;e asse em forno médio 180º graus preaquecido por 40 a 45 minutinhos. Então resolvi fazer um pavê, simples mais delicioso (não ficou um migalhinha).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Usei:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 xícara de chocolate em pó&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1/2 &amp;nbsp;xícara de ovomaltine&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Para polvilhar : ovomaltine a gosto&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;1 colher (sopa) de manteiga&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;leite com achocolatado para molhar o bolo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Como fiz:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Cortei o bolo em fatias finas (deixei o bolo na geladeira de um dia para o outro para ficar mais firme ao cortar).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Fiz um brigadeiro mole com o leite condensado, creme de leite, chocolate, ovomaltine e a manteiga.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Numa forma refratária, coloquei uma camada do bolo, umedeci com o leite achocolatado, adicionei metade do brigadeiro mole, mais uma camada de bolo e por último o brigadeiro mole. Polvilhei o ovomaltine e levei para gelar por algumas horas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ficou muito bom. Faça com sobras de bolo de outros sabores, creme de ovos, frutas secas ou em calda, emfim, vale usar sua criatividade e criar uma sobremesa deliciosa para sua família.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Beijinhos e um lindo dia!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
