Desligue a batedeira, junte o fermento em pó, as claras em neve e com uma colher de pau, mexa delicadamente com movimentos circulares de baixo para cima. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Passe margarina na forma e polvilhe com farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
Despeje a massa e bata a assadeira com a massa algumas vezes numa superfície dura a fim de eliminar eventuais bolhas de ar que podem expandir e causar a quebra do bolo na hora de desenformar. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao forno, que deverá estar com temperatura alta e deixe assando nesta temperatura por 10 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Passados os 10 minutos, abaixe para temperatura média e deixe por aproximadamente mais 20 minutos.Fure o bolo com um palito e ,se sair seco, é porque já esta assado.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES DO CREME&lt;br /&gt;
1 leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
3 gemas (reserve as claras)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher das de chá de essência de baunilha (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
i colher de sopa rasa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres de amido de milho dissolvido em um pouquinho de leite ou água&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque tudo em uma panela de fundo grosso,(exceto o amido)leve ao fogo mexendo sempre,quando começar a ferver junte o amido dissolvido mexendo sem parar por pelo menos dois minutos.Despeje todo esse creme em cima da massa já assada.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;
Descasque 1 K de maçã e corte em pedaços grandes,coloque em uma panela juntamente com 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar e uma pitada de canela em pó.Leve ao fogo mexendo sempre,deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos.( pode ser feito essa etapa no micro-ondas também,deixei 4 minutos).Espalhe toda a maçã por cima do creme.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as três claras em neve até ficar bem firme,coloque 3 colheres das de sopa de açúcar e continue batendo até ficar bem dura.Espalhe esse merengue por cima das maçãs e leve ao forno em temperatura baixa até dourar.Deixe esfriar e leve a geladeira.Sirva gelada.&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela, junte o óleo e o alho, leve ao fogo para dourar. Adicione o frango desfiado,2 cubos de caldo, o colorau e a pimenta, refogue bem, quando estiver bem sequinho, coloque o tomate e o cheiro verde. Deixe refogar mais um pouco, experimente o sal e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Em outra panela amasse bem a mandioca cozida até virar uma massa espessa (melhor amassar enquanto está quente). Junte a margarina o leite, o leite de coco,1 cubo de caldo. Misture bem e leve ao fogo mexendo sem parar, se ficar muito grosso, coloque mais leite até ficar um purê mole, fácil de espalhar. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Unte um pirex ou assadeira com margarina e polvilhe farinha de trigo, coloque metade do purê, espalhe bem, coloque o frange espalhe. Cubra o frango com a muçarela, pressione com uma espátula ou colher, despeje o restante do purê espalhe bem, salpique queijo parmesão. Leve ao forno em temperatura alta para gratinar.&lt;br /&gt;

2 colheres (de sopa) de essência de panetone&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de essência de baunilha &lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa mel&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de leite em pó&lt;br /&gt;
250 gramas de frutas cristalizadas&lt;br /&gt;
200 gramas de uvas passas&lt;br /&gt;
1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
raspas de 2 laranjas&lt;br /&gt;

PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma vasilha, faça uma esponja com 1 xícara de farinha de trigo, o fermento e a água. Misture bem e deixe descansar  coberto 20&lt;br /&gt;
minutos em um lugar fechado,pode ser dendro do forno.&lt;br /&gt;
 Junte a esponja, o restante da farinha com as gemas, o açúcar, a margarina, a pitada de sal , leite em pó as essências e o mel . Misture até que a massa fique homogênea. A massa deve ser bem sovada  manualmente  ou use a batedeira por 5 minutos com a hélice própria para bater massas de pão.&lt;br /&gt;
Se a massa ficar dura coloque mais um pouquinho de água,mais ou menos 50 ml.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de pronta deixe a massa descansar numa bacia por 1 hora coberta com filme plástico. Ela ira dobrar de&lt;br /&gt;
volume. Despeje a massa em uma bancada  untada com óleo, abra com as mãos deixando em formato retangular, coloque o recheio. Enrole como rocambole,amasse bem até formar uma bola bem homogênea.Corte a massa em 4 partes iguais, faça 4  bola e coloque cada uma em uma forma própria de papel. A massa deve crescer por mais uma hora. Após esse tempo, faça um corte em cruz e pincele com a margarina. Asse em forno preaquecido a  180 °C por aproximadamente 40 minutos à uma hora, depende do forno de cada um.&lt;br /&gt;
DICA: Se quiser deixar os panetones mais apresentáveis é só decorar,eu decorei com fondant e frutas,mas pode ser com chocolate,frutas secas, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
Outra coisa,para embalar,espere esfriar por completo.Para congelar,embale com filme plástico depois de frio,e leve ao congelador.quando for consumir,retire do congelador 4 horas antes e decore a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

200 g de margarina sem sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 colherinha de café de sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara  (chá) de água morna&lt;br /&gt;
1 caixinha de creme de leite 200 ml&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES DO CREME DE CONFEITEIRO PARA O RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;
5 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de essência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres das de sopa de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher das de sopa de margarina sem sal&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES PARA A CALDA&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
5 colheres das de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;

COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
coco ralado a gosto&lt;br /&gt;

PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
Vamos começar pelo creme,para que na hora de rechear já esteja frio.Na batedeira,bata as gemas e o açúcar até formar um creme fofo e claro,junte a baunilha,o amido de milho e o leite,vá colocando o leite aos poucos,bata por uns 5 minutos.Despeje em uma panela de fundo grosso,junte a margarina e leve ao fogo baixo mexendo até engrossar,deixe cozinhar por mais 2 minutos,tire do fogo e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO DA MASSA&lt;br /&gt;
separe todos os ingredientes necessários.Comece fazendo uma esponja,na batedeira bata, o fermento,1 colher de sopa do açúcar que já está separado e, a água morna.Bata por 3 minutos,tampe e deixe crescer por 10 minutos.Passado os 10 minutos,é pra ter dobrado de volume,(se isso não acontecer,interrompa o processo porque o fermento não tá legal).Se a esponja cresceu,despeje em uma bacia,junte o creme de leite,os ovos,o restante do açúcar,o sal,a margarina e um pouco da farinha,misture tudo e vá colocando farinha até obter uma massa macia que desgrude das mãos.Sove em uma bancada enfarinhada por aproximadamente 10 minutos.volte a massa pra bacia,cubra com um pano e deixe crescer por 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de crescida,é hora de abrir a massa,com um rolo,corte pedaços pequenos para abrir mais facilmente,abra bem fininha,corte pedaços retangulares,recheie com o creme, (coloque o creme numa manga de confeitar para facilitar na hora de rechear).Aperte bem a massa para não vazar o creme,enrole o rolinho fazendo um caracol.Se quiser pode colocar um pouco do creme por cima também.Vá colocando na assadeira untada com margarina.Asse em 180° por aproximadamente 30 minutos.Enquanto a rosca está assando,leve ao fogo o leite e o açúcar da calda,quando ferver desligue o fogo.Quando as rosquinhas já estiverem quase todas douradas,vá espalhando a calda por cima de todas elas,deixe acabar de dourar.Tire do forno,pincele todas elas com o leite condensado,salpique o coco e deixe esfriar.esfriar. INGREDIENTES DA COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;
2 caixinhas de gelatina de limão&lt;br /&gt;
375 ml de água fervendo&lt;br /&gt;
375 ml de água gelada&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml de chantili&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO DA MASSA &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Separe 4 claras e 4 gemas. &lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras em neve e reserve. &lt;br /&gt;
Na tigela maior da batedeira, coloque as 4 gemas com 1 xícara de chá de água fervente e bata até espumar bastante(aproximadamente 15 minutos). &lt;br /&gt;
Sempre batendo e aos poucos, primeiro coloque 2 xícaras de chá de açúcar. Depois de alguns minutos, aos poucos, incorpore 2 xícaras de chá de farinha de trigo e continue a bater até ficar homogênea.(aproximadamente uns 10 minutos). &lt;br /&gt;
Desligue a batedeira, junte o fermento em pó, as claras em neve e com uma colher de pau, mexa delicadamente com movimentos circulares de baixo para cima. &lt;br /&gt;
Passe margarina na forma e polvilhe com farinha de trigo. &lt;br /&gt;
Despeje a massa, leve ao forno, que deverá estar com temperatura média, deixe assando por aproximadamente 30 minutos.Fure o bolo com um palito e ,se sair seco, é porque já esta assado.Retire o bolo da assadeira e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto o bolo esfria faça a gelatina.Ferva 375 ml de água,despeje o pó da gelatina em uma tigela,misture a água quente até derreter tudo,adicione os 375 ml de água gelada Reserve.Pegue a mesma assadeira que assou o bolo e forre por dentro com plástico ou filme de pvc,despeje a gelatina e leve ao freezer até endurecer,de vez em quando dá uma olhada para que não congele.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO DO RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;
em uma tigela misture o leite condensado com o limão,misture delicadamente,coloque a raspa e o creme de leite,misture mais um pouco,leve á geladeira enquanto a gelatina não fica pronta.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando a gelatina já estiver durinha,corte o bolo ao meio,coloque um dos discos em cima da gelatina, umedeça a massa com um metade do leite, coloque o recheio,cubra com o outro disco,molhe com o restante do leite,cubra com um plástico, leve á geladeira por no mínimo 4 horas antes de virá-lo no prato de servir e confeitar com chantili&lt;br /&gt;

Em um processador ou mesmo no liquidificador,triture uma xícara de amendoim torrado e limpo,até virar uma farinha bem fina,para que o amendoim não vire uma pasta ruim de bater no liquidificador,coloque 2 colheres de açúcar mascavo pra ajudar no processo. reserve&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as 3 claras em neve e encorpore ao creme mexendo delicadamente.Em uma assadeira de fundo falso ou,em um refratário,monte a torta da seguinte forma:Dissolva o chocolate no leite e umedeça as bolachas forrando o fundo do recipiente,em seguida espalhe um pouco do creme,espalhe o amendoim moído por cima,outra camada de bolachas e assim sucessivamente até acabar,cuidando para que a ultima camada seja de amendoim.&lt;br /&gt;
OBS:  A minha, decorei com pasta americana e chantili com chocolate,fiz para o dia das mães, por isso o capricho,mas isso fica a critério de vocês.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES PARA 4 PESSOAS::&lt;br /&gt;
350 g de arroz arbóreo &lt;br /&gt;
200 g de damascos secos picados em cubos &lt;br /&gt;
150 g de queijo brie picado em cubos  &lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola pequena picada &lt;br /&gt;
100 g de queijo  parmesão ralado &lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de vinho branco seco &lt;br /&gt;
2 tablete da caldo de legumes &lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Coloque os damascos em um recipiente e cubra com o vinho, para hidratar. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Derreta 1 colher da manteiga na panela e adicione a cebola picada. Enquanto frita, coloque o arroz e deixe fritar mais um pouco. Quando perceber que o arroz está quase grudadando no fundo, jogue aquele vinho branco no qual você tinha deixado o damasco de molho. Quando o vinho estiver quase seco, acrescente o caldo de legumes e água quente. Ponha o suficiente para cobrir o arroz.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mexa e deixe cozinhar em fogo médio, deixe ferver por cerca de 7 minutos. Se precisar, acrescente mais água (quente). Quando estiver quase al dente, abaixe o fogo, coloque os damascos e comece a mexer rapidamente. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desligue o fogo, adicione o restante da manteiga e o queijo ralado. Tape a panela e deixe descansar por uns 4 minutos. Abra e adicione o queijo brie picado. Misture delicadamente para não desmanchar o queijo.&lt;br /&gt;

azeite, sal pimenta e cheiro verde a gosto&lt;br /&gt;

Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;

Preparo da carne seca:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 Corte a carne seca em cubos pequenos, coloque-os num recipiente com  água . Leve à geladeira e troque a água a cada três horas. Faça isso umas três vezes, para dessalgar bem a carne. &lt;br /&gt;
 Cozinhe a carne seca na panela de pressão por 15 min.&lt;br /&gt;
 Retire do fogo, espere esfriar e desfie a carne.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
 Em uma panela ,cozinhe a abóbora no caldo de carne,(usando a água e 2 cubos de caldo de carne).&lt;br /&gt;
  Refogue a cebola ralada na manteiga, em fogo médio.&lt;br /&gt;
 Quando a cebola estiver dourada,junte o arroz e a carne seca desfiada,  refogue por alguns minutos,coloque o caldo que foi cozido a abóbora,verifique o sal,junte a pimenta e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo.Se for preciso acrescente mais água aos poucos.amasse a abóbora com um garfo,junte ao arroz quando este estiver quase cozido,junte o queijo e o cheiro verde.Sirva imediatamente.&lt;br /&gt;

Bater na batedeira as claras em neve,quando estiver firme,coloque metade do açúcar e continue batendo mais um pouco.Reserve.Em outro pote da batedeira bata as gemas e o restante do açúcar até formar um creme grosso, adicione o óleo, continue batendo,dissolva o chocolate na água quente e vá alternando a farinha com o chocolate dissolvido batendo sempre até a massa estiver bem homogênea,desligue a batedeira,misture delicadamente o fermento, as claras em neve e a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a massa numa forma untada e leve ao forno pré - aquecido por 25 minutos aproximadamente,isso vai depender do seu forno.&lt;br /&gt;

PREPARO DO RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma panela junte todos os ingredientes,leve ao fogo baixo mexendo sem parar deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos após começar ferver.&lt;br /&gt;
Desligue o fogo.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

PREPARO DA COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Em outra panela junte os ingredientes da cobertura,exceto o creme de leite, leve ao fogo brando mexendo sem parar,quando ferver deixe cozinhar por dois minutos,junte o creme de leite misture bem,desligue.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Corte o bolo ao meio,molhe com leite, espalhe o recheio depois cubra com o brigadeiro mole.&lt;br /&gt;
OBS: Usei raspas de chocolate ao leite e chocolate branco,chocolate granulado e florzinhas de glacê real para decorar.&lt;br /&gt;

MODO DE PREPARO:&lt;br /&gt;

Tempere as costelinhas com o alho batido, o sal e pimenta-do-reino.Deixe no tempero por uma hora.coloque em uma  panela grande, 2 litro de óleo,leve ao fogo para aquecer.quando estiver bem quente,coloque as costelas para fritar.Deixe em fogo alto até ficar dourada.Retire-as do óleo e escorra em papel absorvente.Escorra o óleo da panela e nessa mesma panela volte as costelas,e a água quente.Deixe cozinhar até que as costelas fiquem macias e que a água quase seque.Acerte o sal arrume a carne em uma travessa.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma panela , junte o leite e a manteiga.Leve ao fogo. Deixe levantar fervura em fogo médio.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto isso, em uma tigela média, misture as gemas , o leite condensado e a maisena,junte ao leite fervente mexendo sem parar até engrossar.Deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por aproximadamente 5 minutos.Desligue o fogo e junte a baunilha e o creme de leite.Deixe esfriar antes de usar.&lt;br /&gt;
