2 latas de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
1 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher das de(sobremesa)de margarina sem sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;
300ml de chantimix(eu usei o da marca Amélia)&lt;br /&gt;
chocolate granulado preto e branco&lt;br /&gt;
cerejas e folhas de hortelã,ou ,feita com casca de limão&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
CALDA PARA MOLHAR O BOLO&lt;br /&gt;
600ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
casca de uma laranja&lt;br /&gt;
5 cravos da índia&lt;br /&gt;
1 pitada de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;
5 colheres(sopa) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras em neve.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Na batedeira,bata as gemas o açúcar e o óleo até formar um creme claro,junte a farinha e o chocolate dissolvido na água quente,misture bem, bata por mais 5 minutos.Coloque o fermento,bata em velocidade baixa por 1 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
Com uma colher de pau ,ou um fuê,agregue as claras delicadamente á massa,despeje em uma assadeira (de35cm por 25cm)untada com margarina e enfarinhada.Leve ao forno médio por aproximadamente45 minutos ,ou até que espetando um palito ele saia limpo.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto o bolo assa,em uma panela junte todos os ingredientes do recheio,leve ao fogo baixo mexendo sempre até engrossar( o ponto é de um mingau grosso)&lt;br /&gt;
Faça um chá com todos os ingredientes da calda,coe, e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
Despeje o bolo em uma superfície,corte-o ao meio,forre a mesma assadeira com um plastico grande que dê para envolver o bolo,coloque uma parte do bolo ,regue com a calda para umedece lo,despeje o recheio reservando um pouco para espalhar por cima,coloque a outra parte do bolo regue com a calda,cubra com as pontas do plastico,pressione levemente para nivelar,leve a geladeira por aproximadamente 8 horas.&lt;br /&gt;
Na batedeira,bata o chantilly até dar o ponto,cuidando para não virar manteiga.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

RENDE 1 DISCO GRANDE&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
100 grs de farinha de trigo branca&lt;br /&gt;
250 grs de farinha integral&lt;br /&gt;
30 grs de fermento fresco &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher(chá)de sal&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
400ml de água morna&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTES DO RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr de queijo tipo Brie&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr de queijo tipo mussarela &lt;br /&gt;
Orégano&lt;br /&gt;
Tomate cereja&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 maço de rúcula lavada e escorrida&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MOLHO PARA PASSAR NA MASSA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Molho triturado no liquidificador, de 1 tomate,2 colheres(sopa)de azeite,algumas folhas de manjericão,2 colheres(sopa)de molho &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO DA MASSA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma vasilha coloque a farinha, faça um buraco no meio e adicione o sal, o fermento diluido com o açúcar em água morna e o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Com as mãos vá amassando e agregando a água pouco a pouco até dar o ponto de não grudar nas mãos, as vezes não necessita utilizar toda a água, amasse por uns minutos e deixe dobrar de tamanho.&lt;br /&gt;
Uma vez crescida a massa,  abrir com um rolo e colocar em uma assadeira untanda com um fio de azeite. Depois é só passar o molho triturado, colocar o recheio,exceto a rúcula e assar em forno já aquecido com temperatura média.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
 1 cebola ralada&lt;br /&gt;
 2 xícaras (chá) de arroz arbóreo&lt;br /&gt;
 1 xícara (chá) de vinho branco seco&lt;br /&gt;
 3 cubos de caldo de galinha&lt;br /&gt;
 500ml de água quente&lt;br /&gt;
 4 abobrinhas italianas raladas ou batidinhas com a faca &lt;br /&gt;
 1 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado &lt;br /&gt;
 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
 1 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
 pimenta do reino e salsinha a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
 fatias de bacon frito para decorar(opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela alta, colocar o azeite, refogar a cebola, acrescentar o arroz e refogar novamente. Acrescentar o caldo, o vinho  e a água, mexendo sempre e em fogo alto. Quando o arroz estiver  quase pronto, colocar a  pimenta e adicionar a abobrinha. Quando ela estiver cozida, retirar do fogo, adicionar a manteiga e o queijo e misturar bem.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES&lt;br /&gt;
14 espigas de milho verde&lt;br /&gt;
400g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
500ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher das de (café)de sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rale o milho em um ralador,enxague os sabugos com os 5oo ml de água,juntar essa água ao milho ralado.&lt;br /&gt;
Coar em uma peneira, ou em um tecido, de tramas não muito juntas.Espremer bem com as mãos para extrair todo o liquido.&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela,junte o milho,o açúcar,e o sal.Leve ao fogo médio mexendo sempre,quando começar a ferver,abaixe o fogo e deixe cozinhar por 30 minutos mexendo sem parar.&lt;br /&gt;
Despeje em um pirex,deixe esfriar leve á geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;

50g de fermento biológico&lt;br /&gt;

1 xícara(chá)de aveia&lt;br /&gt;

COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 maço de cheiro verde picado&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de orégano&lt;br /&gt;
3 tomates em cubinhos sem sementes&lt;br /&gt;
100g de queijo parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;
300g de queijo branco picado (eu usei tofu na mesma proporção)&lt;br /&gt;
2 saches de sazom vermelho&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma tigela grande,coloque a aveia e a farinha.No liquidificador bata os restantes dos ingredientes,despeje essa mistura na farinha,com uma colher grande misture muito bem,tem que ficar uma massa mole que ainda grude nas mãos.Cubra com um plastico,coloque a tigela dentro de um saco plastico,feche e deixe descansar por uma hora.&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto isso prepare a cobertura,misture tudo(é impossível a gente não começar a comer a cobertura, pois fica muito bonita e cheirosa )Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

1e1/2 colheres (sopa) de fermento  em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
  RECHEIO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1e1/2 latas de creme de leite  &lt;br /&gt;
1e1/2 latas de leite condensado  &lt;br /&gt;
375ml de suco de maracujá &lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de gelatina incolor sem sabor hidratada&lt;br /&gt;

COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Polpa de 1 maracujá grande maduro&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres(sopa)de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 colher das de (sobremesa)de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
50ml de àgua&lt;br /&gt;
300ml de chantilly industrializado(o que vem em embalagens longa vida,é só bater em casa)&lt;br /&gt;

PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras em neve e reserve. &lt;br /&gt;
Em uma vasilha, coloque as gemas e as 12 colheres de água. Bata bem. Acrescente o açúcar e bata mais um pouco. &lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a farinha de trigo e continue batendo. &lt;br /&gt;
Retire da batedeira e junte o fermento. &lt;br /&gt;
Por último, misture devagar as claras em neve até a massa ficar homogênea. Coloque em forma untada e enfarinhada. (assadeira com 30 cm de diâmetro)&lt;br /&gt;
Leve para assar em forno médio e pré-aquecido. &lt;br /&gt;
No liqüidificador , bata bem todos os ingredientes da mousse e, em seguida, leve à geladeira por alguns minutos. &lt;br /&gt;
Depois do bolo assado, corte-o fazendo 3 discos.Forre a mesma assadeira em que o bolo foi assado com um plastico grande que dê para envolver o bolo,coloque o primeiro disco,disponha a metade da mousse,repita a operação,cubra com o plastico, aperte levemente ,leve para gelar por aproximadamente 4 horas. &lt;br /&gt;

Parta os jilós ao meio, coloque em um recipiente com tampa,no liquidificador,bata todos os ingredientes da marinada,despeje sobre os jilós,misture muito bem,tampe e deixe na geladeira de um dia para o outro,ou tempere de manhã para assar a noite.Em uma assadeira arrume os jilós com a parte cortada para cima,distribua as azeitonas sobre cada um deles,espalhe o tempero da marinada e, bastante azeite de boa qualidade  por cima.Leve ao forno.Frite o alho em uma frigideira,(não deixe dourar muito para que não queime no forno)espalhe por cima dos jilós,deixe assar até secar a marinada e ficarem sequinhos mas,tenros por dentro.Tire do forno, finalize com salsinha picada e um fio de azeite.Sirva quente.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque em uma panela a maisena, o leite, as 100 gramas de manteiga e as 200 gramas de mussarela, leve ao fogo e vá mexendo até que engrosse. Depois adicione o queijo parmesão e mexa até que derreta. Bata no liquidificador,os avos,o leite,o óleo,  as uvas passas ,o açúcar,o sal e o fermento,despeje em uma bacia grande,junte a aveia,o triguilho,o okara e por ultimo a farinha de trigo mexendo sempre.Amasse com as mãos até formar uma massa homogênea mas, bem macia, se precisar coloque mais um pouquinho de farinha.Cubra com um pano limpo,coloque a bacia dentro de um saco plastico,feche bem e deixe crescer em lugar quente por 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;
Despeje a massa na mesa enfarinhada ,forme uma bola,corte-a em quatro partes,dê uma leve amassada em cada pedaço ,abra e enrole,coloque em assadeira untada com margarina,deixe crescer por mais 30 minutos,pincele os pães com gema,leve ao forno em temperatura minima até que eles dobrem de tamanho,aumente a temperatura para médio,quando estiverem dourados já estará  pronto.&lt;br /&gt;

A revista norte-americana Shape conversou com especialistas para listar 15 hábitos comuns do desjejum e que prejudicam a silhueta.&lt;br /&gt;
Pense antes de comer: sempre que algum colega chegar com um cupcake ou outra guloseima, pare, respire fundo e considere se o sabor do doce compensará os quilinhos que ele trará.&lt;br /&gt;
Não se engane com o suco: muitos dos sucos de laranja embalados são ricos em açúcar e acabam sendo uma escolha pouco saudável. Tomar um copo d'água e ingerir a fruta inteira acaba sendo a melhor opção, pois a fruta contém fibras, vitaminas e minerais e ajudam na sensação de saciedade.&lt;br /&gt;
Opte por recheios saudáveis: quem gosta de panquecas, omeletes e sanduíches deve escolher recheios proteicos, como queijos sem gordura, clara de ovo e peito de peru no lugar de caldas açucaradas, mel etc.&lt;br /&gt;
Não caia em tentações: pães são uma delícia, mas são tentações difíceis de resistir. Tente escolher cereais integrais e torradas no lugar do pão branco e dos doces, com baixo índice glicêmico, que deixam com fome antes do almoço.&lt;br /&gt;
Não abra mão do café: se não tiver problemas de saúde ou intolerância à cafeína, não precisa deixar o cafezinho de lado. Só não exagere para não ficar com insônia.&lt;br /&gt;
Maneire no complemento do café: o que você acrescenta ao café é que te engorda. Açúcar, xaropes, chantilly, entre outros ingredientes, podem tornar uma xícara de café em uma verdadeira bomba calórica.&lt;br /&gt;
Prepare-se para a fome: se está sempre atrasada para o trabalho e não tem tempo de parar para o café da manhã, aposte nos lanchinhos saudáveis e sem açúcar, como o mix de castanhas e frutas.&lt;br /&gt;
Olho na porção: uma porção de proteína magra, frutas e grãos integrais é uma ótima forma de preparar seu corpo para o resto do dia, mas não exagere no tamanho das porções para não ficar com gordurinhas sobrando.&lt;br /&gt;
Resista às máquinas de guloseimas: evite os doces e as gorduras que estão presentes nas guloseimas. Dê preferência para as lojas de conveniência, onde pode adquirir frutas, iogurte desnatado e barras de proteína.&lt;br /&gt;
Prepare-se para encarar o buffet: você pode se satisfazer sem se sentir completamente pesada. Invista nas proteínas e evite os doces.&lt;br /&gt;
Tenha um mantra: lembre-se do ditado 'tenha um café da manhã de rei, um almoço de princesa e um jantar de mendiga' e mantenha-o na cabeça para perder peso.&lt;br /&gt;
Não confie nas barras de cereal: granola e barrinhas servem para matar a fome rapidamente, mas têm tantas calorias quanto uma sobremesa.&lt;br /&gt;
Atenção com as vitaminas: lembre-se que a primeira refeição do dia deve te nutrir, não te estufar, então evite combinações com muito açúcar e evite ainda qualquer tipo de coquetel pela manhã.&lt;br /&gt;
Obrigue-se a comer: mesmo que acorde sem fome, force-se a tomar o café da manhã para não desacelerar o metabolismo, mesmo que coma coisas leves como frutas, torradas e iogurte.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar um copo de água: incluir um copo de água no desjejum traz benefícios porque hidrata e dá a sensação de saciedade.&lt;br /&gt;

MASSA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 2 colheres de sopa de achocolatado &lt;br /&gt;
 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
 1 pitada de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mousse&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 200 gramas de chocolate ao leite &lt;br /&gt;
 1 lata de creme de leite &lt;br /&gt;
 4 claras em neve&lt;br /&gt;
 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
 1 colher de chá de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
 1 envelope de gelatina em pó sem sabor&lt;br /&gt;
 1/2 xícara de chá de água&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Decoração&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
 raspas de chocolate&lt;br /&gt;
 cerejas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Massa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras em neve na batedeira, junte as gemas e o açúcar. Acrescente o achocolatado, a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mexa e coloque numa fôrma de borda removível untada e polvilhada com farinha de trigo. Asse em forno médio (180°C) pré-aquecido.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mousse&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Para o mousse, derreta o chocolate ao leite com o creme de leite  em banho-maria ou no microondas. Bata as claras em neve e junte o açúcar  com a baunilha. Reserve. Hidrate a gelatina com a água fria, deixe repousar por 3 minutos. Leve ao microondas por 30 segundos para dissolver. Misture com o creme de chocolate e as claras em neve, mexendo suavemente com um batedor de arame.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desenforme o bolo, forre a mesma forma em que foi assado com papel alumínio, coloque o bolo e cubra com a mousse. Cubra a forma com filme plástico e leve à geladeira até firmar. Desenforme e sirva gelado. Em se tratado daquelas opções de “passar no pãozinho”, tão presente no desjejum e lanche, aí vão algumas diferenças entre o requeijão cremoso e o cream cheese, no que se refere ao valor calórico e composição nutricional. Se estiver de dieta, prefira o cream cheese, que tem 75 calorias, já que o requeijão possui 82. Valores esses, encontrados em 30 gramas dos produtos em suas versões tradicionais. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O teor de proteína, nutriente essencial à manutenção dos músculos, pode ser encontrado em maior quantidade no requeijão, que se compõe de 2,8 gramas e o cream cheese 2 gramas. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O cream chesse proporciona benefícios àquelas pessoas que precisam ficar atentas a pressão arterial, devido o seu teor de sódio que é de 107 miligramas, enquanto o do requeijão é de 227 miligramas. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
O requeijão possui sabor mais suave do que o cream chesse, isto se deve ao fato de que o PH do primeiro é neutro, enquanto o segundo apresenta PH ácido. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quanto à gordura saturada, que está associada a doenças cardiovasculares, o cream cheese é mais saudável que o requeijão, por conter menos moléculas dessa. Por outro lado, quem ganha a disputa do cálcio, bom para os ossos, é o requeijão que contém doses maiores do mineral. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tanto o requeijão quanto o cream chesse são produzidos à base de leite fermentado e pasteurizado. O requeijão diferencia-se em sua fórmula, onde a matéria-prima sofre mudanças de temperatura.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;
500 g de biscoito de maisena&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de pêssego em calda&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
A mesma medida (da lata de leite condensado) de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres de sopa de amido de milho dissolvido no leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de margarina sem sal&lt;br /&gt;
coco ralado,cerejas e hortelã para decorar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata no liquidificador,a calda,a metade do pêssego,e o restante dos ingredientes,menos o coco,a cereja,e o hortelã.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao fogo mexendo sempre, até engrossar. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;
Pique os pêssegos e separe&lt;br /&gt;
Molhe os biscoitos com guaraná ou leite adoçado, forre o fundo de uma travessa ou pirex. &lt;br /&gt;
Alterne, bicoitos, o creme  até acabar.&lt;br /&gt;
Para terminar, salpique côco ralado,os pêssegos picado,decore com as cerejas e hortelã.&lt;br /&gt;

Essa receita era da minha avó,me lembro que esse pudim era feito la em casa só quando tinha alguma festa.A gente morava na roça,os costumes eram outros...Minha avó se foi e minha mãe passou a fazer o pudim,bem,agora eu já passei a receita pra minha filha.&lt;br /&gt;
É incrível como uma coisa tão simples e fácil de fazer pode ser tão gostosa.Também não sei porque demorei tanto pra colocar essa receita aqui,mas não vamos perder mais tempo.&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTES DO PUDIM&lt;br /&gt;
600 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
3 xícaras(chá)de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras(chá)de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
CALDA&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara(chá)de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara(chá)de água&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela junte o açúcar e a água,leve ao fogo até virar um caramelo,caramelize uma assadeira de buraco no meio.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Bata todos os ingredientes do pudim no liquidificador,despeje na forma caramelizada leve ao forno em banho Maria com água quente.Cozinhe por aproximadamente 1 hora e 30 ou até que esteja firme.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES&lt;br /&gt;
5 ovos (usei ovos caipira)&lt;br /&gt;
500ml de leite morno&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher(sopa)de sal&lt;br /&gt;
6 colheres (sopa) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola grande picada&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de fermento biológico fresco&lt;br /&gt;
1 k e 1/2 aproximadamente de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MODO DE FAZER MASSA&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata todos os ingredientes da massa( exeto a farinha ) no liquidificador &lt;br /&gt;
coloque em um recpiente grande (pode ser  uma bacia ou tijéla grande)&lt;br /&gt;
coloque 1 k da farinha misture bem com ma colher,va colocando aos poucos mais farinha,amasse com as mãos até obter uma massa homogenia e macia.Cubra com um plastico,coloque a bacia dentro de um saco plastico,amarre para ficar bem fechado,deixe crescer em lugar quente até dobrar de volume.Cerca de 30 minutos.Polvilhe farinha na mesa de trabalho,despeje a massa,amasse, faça uma bola,&lt;br /&gt;
corte em 3 partes.Arrume cada parte em assadeiras de bolo inglês,ou se você não as tem faça enrolado mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;
