this first set is one of my absolute FAVORITES!! the pink dahlia fabric has always been a customer favorite! i decided to use a kimono top instead of a regular onesie, and also threw in the normal bib, and burp cloth!

this birdie tales set is another goodie i found at Joann’s. it is part of Debbie Mumm’s fabric collection. this set includes a large chenille baby blanket, a sensory blanket, bib, and two burp cloths!

this last set is perfect as a baby shower gift! it includes a purse for mom, 2 burp cloths, a sensory blanket, and a bib!

(if any of these are left after the purse party, they will go into my etsy shop!)

imagine my surprise when i went into the local Bed, Bath, and Beyond today and saw these staring at me!!! i love love love them all, and am so bummed because i literally just finished the guest bathroom not too long ago and sort of did the master bathroom…might have to rethink the whole master bath and coordinate these bath towels in there somewhere!! would it be silly to ask for bath towels for Christmas?!

i love the Andalucia line by Patty Young! the brown polka dots against the pink flowers are one of my favs!

because i get a lot of baby gift orders, i find that people either want a set that includes EVERYTHING (matching diaper bag, blanket, bibs, burp cloths, onesie, etc., OR just a small set that they can include with a gift card or something straight from the baby mamma’s registry!  this set is one of the smaller sets! instead of using a regular white or pink burp cloth, i decided to use a sage one- to bring out the color from the flower stems!

this set is now in my shop!

this next diaper bag is also made with decorator weight fabric from Hancocks. i love the butterflies and the flower stems throughout the print! it’s fairly feminine but not overly pink, that is until you look inside! the interior is a pink and white polka dot print, and instead of a magnetic flap closure, this one has a zipper flap. (yup, still trying to perfect the zipper…)

both bags are lined with the usual fusible interfacing as well as fusible fleece- so they are fairly sturdy without being too stiff!

first, here are two custom orders that i just finished up!

this Mocca gift set is one of my favorites! it was made for a baby shower gift, and i’m hoping the recipient liked it as much as i do!! the set includes a sensory blanket, a soft block with ribbons, an applique onesie, and a fabric decorated burp cloth.

i also had a request for a Breast Cancer Awareness bag. this is another new design i’ve been working on. i had previously made a small tote bag that was solid white with the word “hope” appliqued on it, and thought it would look great in this new style! it’s simple, but sends a powerful message at the same time!

and now, for some newly listed items in the shop!

here’s another Breast Cancer Awareness tote bag! when i first found this fabric i thought it was too cute to pass up! not your usual pink ribbon design- you know me, anything with birds and i have to have it!! this tote has a solid pink base and a decorative grosgrain ribbon dividing it from the main fabric. the interior is a pink and white gingham print that has the pink breast cancer ribbons on them, and it’s large enough that you can stash not only your wallet, cell phone and keys, but magazines and books as well!

i’ve also had a request for some drink cozies (everyone’s jumping on the green wagon!) so i thought i’d make a few sets for the shop! these are great for holiday gift giving  or as stocking stuffers and come tucked inside reusable drawstring bags! one set is made out of Alexander Henry’s Starling fabric (one in pink and the other in white), and the second set is made with some cute tree prints!!

because i love cards so much,  i’m really excited to be doing a Sugarhouse Ink giveaway!! as i’ve mentioned in the past, i’ve worked with the owner of Sugarhouse Ink and was thrilled to participate in their first official birthday by holding a giveaway! last year we got our holiday cards from them and was pleased with how fast they came- from what i remember it was all less than a week from the moment i sent my picture to the time i got the cards in the mail! Sugarhouse Ink now has a  shop on Etsy (as well as having a regular online shop). the great thing about the etsy shop is that they are all digital designs- so for $15 you can get a high resolution copy of your card that you can print  yourself! great if you’re in a time crunch!

this is one of my favorite remakes, and every time i hear it driving i’m always singing along! i’m always forgetting to search for the artist by the time i get home (that last name is a hard one!!) and when i came across this post i finally remembered to Google it! (aren’t those cupcakes cute!!) if you want to learn more about the artist go here!

this one is made with Joel Dewberry’s Ginseng fabric and the interior is made with Anna Maria Horner’s Chocolate Lollipop fabric. it can be used as a casual clutch and is lined with fusible fleece so it’s soft enough where it will help protect any electronic gadgets you might want to store in it! i had a few friends tell me that they loved using it as an pouch for their diaper bags! it’s large enough to carry a diaper wipes container as well as a few diapers and hand sanitizer! perfect for when you don’t want to lug around an actual diaper bag!
