I look at the Voigtlander 40mm f1.4 Nokton Classic with multi-coated lenses and the Voigtlander Color Skopar 21mm f4 on the Sony A7r full-frame 36mp camera. These well-made lenses look great on the A7r, are very compact, and my early tests show they work great for everyday use. See test links below:

We look at using NEX crop sensor lenses on the all new Sony A7r which is a Full-Frame sensor camera. See for yourself that the video clips look great. Stills are first rate as well and are still 16mp in size. So you may not need to run out and buy the expensive new full-frame glass. We tested the Zeiss 24mm f1.8 e-mount; the Sony 50mm f1.8 e-mount; the Sony 16mm f2.8 e-mount and the 18-55 kit lens that I got with my NEX-7. All worked great but the standouts were the Zeiss 24mm and the Sony 50mm both f1.8. The OSS also works on the 50mm f1.8 but not on the 18-55 kit lens for some reason.
