My coffee almost knocked over one morning while driving. I say, "oh *%#*. Momma almost had a major accident!! (w/coffee spilling on leg) & (yes, I speak in 3rd person for whatever reason with boys.)
Colton says, "mommy, did you wet your pants?"

The boys told a lady at the dentist office, that when they grow up they want to be a "po-po guy and a fire-truck guy"!
It was a proud moment for me! So glad they weren't telling a police officer this.

Muckle Sandwich

Was laying w/boys tonight so they go to sleep (still talking after a freaken hour).
Anyways...laying with Chance and he has his head laying in my neck.
He lifts his head up and shows his fist to me and whispers, "wanna "muckle" sandwich?...I have my husband to thank for that!

At a Micky D's across from Graceland. A lady walks in with "dorag" on.
My son (Colton) who have NO filter say, "look mommy, a pirate!" I'm so proud! Ugh

Toys

Colt: Mommy, I don't want another toy, I have enough.
Chance: ummm, I want another toy.
Colt: We don't have to have a toy all the time, Captain America doesn't get toys all the time.
Mommy: thinking, why can't they have this mentality when we pass toy isle at any store??? My stress level would drop drastically if they did!

Boys acting up, shocker, and I was giving them a talk.
I say, "boys, I keep giving you chance after chance!"
they both laugh and say, "mommy, you don't have 2 chances, you have 1 Chance and 1 Colton.".
WILL they EVER take me seriously?????

Music and Movies

When walking up to Fiesta Texas today, boys hear Tejano music playing. They turn around to look back at me (in their stroller), and Colton says, "Mom, its Rio music". My kids sure do know their movies and music! :)

Boys asked me tonight if my "friends" (aka--my students), get folder marks. I said, yes. They ask, WHY. I tell them. Colton says, "Im gonna go tell them NO, bad boy". (they assume its only boys) Then Chance starts singing, "Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you!"

Chance got a folder mark today. Not listening and hands not to himself. I asked who him who he couldn't keep his hands off of. (actually, not his brother this time). He tells me, "he called me a crybaby". I asked him, why he called him a crybaby. Chance looks at me, like Im the idiot and says, "cause I was crying".

Sweet Boys

ME: "honey, thank you, that is so sweet" I WAS getting all teary eyed.
Chance: "yeah, but daddy isn't booifull"....then those tears turned to laughter!

Weather Reports...

I was getting reading for bed this week. My bedroom door opens and Chance walks in. He first asks where Colton was. I told him he was in bed. Then he starts to crawl in my bed. The boys usually sneak in our bed nightly around 2-3am, not 10pm.
As Chance is getting comfy in my bed, I say, "Chance, you really need to get in your own bed". He then replies.
Chance: "I need to watch the weather report."

My mom and sister had the boys in their car, driving to meet me. A teenager cut my off, almost hitting them, and my mom (CC) had a few choice words to say.....The F Bomb and *hole to be exact.
Then my nark of a son says:
Chance: "My Mommy says that ALL the Time!"
I am raising a big tattle tailer!!!
