Making an Expanding Envelope Scrapbook

This basic Album can be used for many occasions by just changing the Designer Series Paper and cardstock used. For Example, some different ideas are Baby’s First Year, similarly, Child’s School Year, likewise, Recipes for the new Bride or a Weekend Get Away, or for instance, Grandparent Brag Book. I made this one for Christmas Memories.

Used to make the Christmas Version of the Expanding Envelope Scrapbook

I used Stampin’Up! Snowy Days Scrapbooking Kit (#166489) to make this fun, fast Memory Album as a result, the Designer Series Paper all matches and most importantly the Card Stock also coordinates. I used Garden Green (#102584), Real Red (#102482) and Pool Card (#122924) Card Stock. All the DSP came from the kit. I used Red Foil Paper with Adhesive Sheet (#152334) added to the back to cut out the letter for the Title with the Alphabet A La Mode Dies (#160750). The adhesives I used were Tear & Tape (#154013) and Multipurpose Liquid Glue (#110755) Green Glue! The best envelopes (they are thicker and have a square flap) Basic White Medium Envelopes (#159236)

Measurements for Expanding Envelope Scrapbook

• 12 x 12 Card Stock cut to 6 x 12 – you will use both half to create the Album – Scored at 5 1/4″ and 6″
• 6″ x 6″ Coordinating Card Stock
• 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper – you need 3 – I used 2 matching and 3rd was coordinating
• 6″ x 2″ Designer Series Paper – I used same as above
• 6″ x 1″ Coordinating Card Stock
• 5 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ Card Stock – you need 12 – I used 3 Coordinating colors, 4 of each
• 5 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ Basic White card Stock – you need 12
• 2″ x 1″ Designer Series Paper – you need 12 – folded in half to make tabs
• 5 1/2″ x / 3/4″ Red Foil Paper with Adhesive Sheet on Back – Used to cut out letters
• 13 Basic White Envelopes

Many of you have been following my on this new life journey through cancer. Well, I finished Radiation today and got to ring the Bell! I was not sure I would make it, thank you for all your support – The prayers, rides, cards, financial, the lotions, help making cards, more cards, cooking food, prayers, hugs and talks to calm me down when my skin was falling off. Thank you everyone.

Stamping??? 

I made it up!  You know Crazy People get to do that!

I wanted to do a new class and I thought – you know those food carts that POP UP and are just there (and have amazing food) – I thought that is what I will do for my new class, POP UP and have amazing stamping!

Mine will be a bit more scheduled than some food carts!  It will for the next few months be on Sunday afternoon’s at 1:00pm.  Sound familiar?  Yes, workshops were always Sunday at 1:00pm!  Not every Sunday – Not on Super Bowl Sunday, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day!  You can go here to check out the schedule dates and THE STAMP SET/BUNDLE I will be using.  You can click through to different months and double click on the date.  I also have paper calendars, if you want one let me know and I will drop it in the mail to you.

I am so thankful to have a church family to spend time with and to celebrate the love of Christ during this Christmas, they have opened their hearts and homes for me.  I am so grateful for my Stampin’UP! family that is part of my daily life, even when I come up short.  The card above was from Ann H. one of my SU family.  I am so thankful that Christ died on the cross for me, rose the third day and is in Heaven with the Father.  My all of you know and rest in the Peace of Christ.
