Welcome to our Feast...

RUMI..."The Lovers will drink wine night and day. They will drink until they can tear away the veils of intellect and melt away the layers of shame and modesty. When in Love, body, mind, heart and soul don't even exist. Become this, fall in Love, and you will not be separated again."

I have a magnificent feast of a vision I AM choosing to share with you today, a space that I hold and own within my consciousness and within my being.

I own and celebrate my space of right and conscious relationship, of my partnerships made manifest on all levels, both my internal and external, where we choose to share in our Alchemy of “Singular Presence” by witnessing ourselves and each other with compassion, in grace and ease.

Our Beloved Agreements: Presence and Partnership

By our agreeing to join together in the Now, we also agree to more than just abandoning our attachments to our past and to our future, we agree to renounce them as well. By abandoning our all too familiar attachments and the stories we made up, we step into the mystery of our yet to be fully claimed potential, with the unfathomable and unfolding creative power of the universe infused within our Presence – within our Now – completely and absolutely . What exactly are we renouncing though?

Future Dreams

Often when two people attracted to one another come together, each has their own ideas of whom they want in a partner. This is as much an idealization as it is an idea and often we overlay the face of our very ideal upon our potential partner, in effect masking and obscuring the greater parts of their true essence. What comes with our idealization of our partner are all our expectations, attachments to outcomes, and projections into the future as we imagine what our lives might look like living our ideal outcome.

Past Nightmares

Then there is our past, the causal foundation and often unconscious filter of all of our ways of viewing and interacting with the world. The sum total of our experience filtered by our perceptions and colored by what we think and believe. It is the innate mechanics of our past perceptions that often will drive us to experience a similar outcome in our life repeatedly. We have all experienced our past repeating itself in one form or another and on some deep and often unconscious level it is our beliefs and assumptions as well as at times our fears that recreate our experience for us.” It happened before”, how many times have we heard or thought that?

Singular Presence: Claiming your Beloved NOW

There is a delicate and beautiful space through which to witness and discover another heart, another human, here in the Now. The more you choose to be in and live fully in the moment, the more you are able to see and recognize the true essence of the person who is standing before you. The beauty of being with and relating through our Singular Presence is that our truest essence of who we are, our greatness and our divinity, exists and lives with full measure, here and always in the Now. When we are anchored in the present we see the miracle of each others existence as well as our Divine mystery as it unfolds for us moment to moment.

We are all creating our lives and our worlds either consciously or unconsciously from one moment to the next. In any of our emerging moments we can consciously choose to create directly from our highest desires, our singular presence and through our thoughtful intentions.

A recent study shows that at best, most of us are living, operating, and consciously creating from our presence only 7% of our waking lives. The other 93% of our day we are creating directly from our unconscious minds. Your conscious choices, your fulfillment and creative nature made manifest are all sourced only from your presence, here and now. Depart from your presence and you are either left with yesterday or tomorrow.

When we unconsciously dwell in our past we re-create our past experiences, which we then experience here, again today, OR, when we project ourselves into and live in the future, we simply amplify our longing and sense of unfulfillment..... tomorrow never comes.

Your life is and can be a veritable FEAST, you can have just one apple or you can choose to have your orchard, which do you choose? Cultivating presence and clear intentions here in the alchemical moments that are Now is the only place that you are truly able to surrender your past and the nonproductive, repetitive experiences/patterns that were rooted in your past. Here Now, in and through your presence you are empowered to create exactly what you choose for yourself, for your loved ones, and for your world.

Here is your own brilliant truth today; You Can Fly!

There is a fine line between faith and fear, a fine line between excitement and anxiety. You are here, NOW, to fly rather than to fail or fall. I am inviting you to experience your own innate sense of divinity and wonder and to feel the wind in your wings right NOW.

For the brilliant truth of who you really are to emerge and be born, your false self is required to fade and pass. What might feel like falling or dying to you is in reality your own emerging moments of your truth and spirit flying.

We all are hungry and ready to have and experience our desired changes. There is an incredible yet quiet surge of “Divine discontent” that is growing now within each of us, both individually and collectively.

Hey! I can FLY!!! So Can You!

5 Years ago, I found myself at a point of transition; I was standing at my own proverbial crossroads. I had come to the end of a two year contract where I had moved most or all of my own personal work, projects and dreams aside in order to accomplish successfully the established goals and outcomes agreed upon in the contract. Mission accomplished.

I found myself returning to my dreams deferred, searching for a better definition, for a clear path and way forward, searching for the language that would describe who I truly am and what I could offer to my own community and world in service.

Essentially, I was at square one. More authentically and accurately, I was at the space and place of a part of myself fading and passing away while in the very same space a more powerful and purposeful part of me was emerging and being born.

I was learning to fly.

Now, five years later after countless small simple, conscious and powerful steps forward both symbolic and actual, I have learned to embrace what in the past felt as if I was falling / ending / passing (now as I surrender my past to the past) as an integral aspect of my flying and ascendancy. I am learning from moment to moment and in my own Singular Presence to "Travel Light".

When you surrender any aspect of yourself that is not true or does not serve you, you are releasing the weight of your burdens that keep you slow, heavy and earthbound. Again your key is to surrender your past.. TO your past.
