Morning Ritual

When living with a large family it is quite a challenge to have a “good” morning ritual. What is a “good” morning ritual supposed to look like? Here are some ideas: Find a quiet place. Gather your thoughts. Meditate, pray. Plan you day. Change/train your mind. Practice. Visualize. Concentrate. Next step: Have a healthy breakfast. Exercise. Hm…..sorry. Is that do-able? Let’s see. I get up early to get some quiet time before everybody else gets up and the house is busy. First…a cup of coffee (that’s a MUST). I turn on the laptop. Good self discipline let’s me ignore the “have to check email, have to check skype”. I find a quiet corner, on the couch, the dog cuddles beside me and starts snoring. I close my eyes….and have a hard time not to fall asleep again. BUT!…. I know this is important, so I get my book, read a few pages. Think and Grow Rich. Think. Plan.
