Celebrating Remembrance/ Veteran's day

Take some time today to remember. Here in Australia we celebrate by observing one minute’s silence at 11.00 am on this day each year to remember the sacrifice of those who died, or otherwise suffered in Australia’s cause in wars and war-like conflicts.

When I was in paris and visitng the Arc de Triomphe I took some photos of the eternal flame and the Tomb of the unknown soldier. Here is a background for you made from one of the photos. If you would like to use it you can grab it here Enjoy.
