Tips Menghadapi Tekanan, Tips Mengurangkan Tekanan

Pendahuluan

Kita adalah sebaik-baik makhluk ciptaan Allah, namun kita masih tidak terlepas daripada menghadapi tekanan ketika bekerja. Pelbagai tekanan yang dihadapi menyebabkan hati menjadi runsing dan semua kerja tidak akan terlaksana. Tidak mustahil bagi individu yang berhadapan dengan masalah ini akan terbawa-bawa ke rumah hingga anak-anak pula menjadi mangsa. Namun, hati akan menjadi tenang sekiranya kita kembali kepada Allah. Apa jua yang dilakukan mestilah berdasarkan kepada Al-Quran dan Al-Sunnah disertai dengan niat yang ikhlas semata-mata untuk mendapat keredhaan Allah.Terdapat beberapa tips yang kita boleh amalkan bertujuan mengurangkan tekanan hidup. Antaranya ialah :

1) Biasakan diri berada dalam keadaan berwuduk

Jiwa kita akan menjadi tenang jika kita membiasakan diri mengambil wuduk sebelum melakukan pekerjaan. Kerja yang susah akan menjadi senang dan mudah diselesaikan. Para pelajar misalnya, disarankan agar membiasakan diri mengambil wuduk sebelum mengulang kaji pelajaran agar apa yang dibaca akan mudah diingati.

2) Perbanyakkan membaca Al-Qur'an

Ganjaran yang besar akan diberikan Allah bagi sesiapa yang membaca Al-Quran walaupun satu ayat. Waktu yang sesuai bagi kita untuk membaca Al-Quran ialah selepas solat lima waktu dan waktu-waktu lain seperti ketika berehat dan sebelum tidur. Oleh itu, jadikanlah Al-Quran sebagai

teman paling akrab pada sepanjang waktu.

3) Banyakkan Solat Sunat

Sebagai makhluk paling mulia di sisi Allah, kita disuruh membanyakkan amal ibadat kita sehari-hari. Antaranya, dengan mendirikan solat sunat. Solat sunat hajat, solat sunat taubat, solat sunat tasbih adalah antara pelbagai solat sunat yang terdapat dalam Islam. Kita bangun pada sepertiga malam dan mendirikan solat-solat sunat tersebut agar beroleh ketenangan dan kekuatan daripada Allah.

4) Selalu berdoa kepada Allah

Allah telah berpesan iaitu jangan menyembah selain daripada-Nya. Ini bererti kita disuruh berdoa hanya kepada Allah yang Maha Esa dan dilakukan secara berterusan. Waktu-waktu mustajab berdoa adalah pada malam Jumaat, tengah malam, pagi sebelum waktu Subuh, malam hari raya, ketika waktu azan dan iqamah. Insya-Allah, Allah akan memakbulkan doa setiap hamba-Nya yang benar-benar ikhlas. Namun, kita perlulah sedar bahawa sebarang rezeki tidak akan datang bergolek sekiranya tanpa usaha yang bersungguh-sungguh. Maka kita perlulah berusaha supaya mencapai sesuatu di samping berdoa hanya kepada Allah yang Esa.

5) Bersangka baik dengan Allah

Kita sebagai manusia biasanya tidak akan terlepas daripada berhadapan dengan ujian dalam hidup. Semuanya itu adalah ujian daripada Allah yang Berkuasa bertujuan menguji keimanan kita sebagai hamba Allah. Oleh itu, kita mestilah bersangka baik dengan Allah dan janganlah menyalahkan-Nya jika terjadi sesuatu ke atas diri kita. Kita juga mesti percaya bahawa tentu ada hikmah di sebalik kejadian itu.

6) Lakukan kegiatan luar seperti bersukan

Orang ramai selalu berkata bahawa badan yang cerdas akan membentuk otak yang cergas. Segala tekanan sewaktu bekerja akan dilupakan apabila kita melakukan aktiviti-aktiviti luar yang dapat menyihatkan tubuh badan seperti bersukan. Situasi akan menjadi lebih menggembirakan jika kita meluangkan masa membawa keluarga pergi beriadah. Ikatan kekeluargaan juga akan bertambah erat dan kukuh.

7) Amal diet dengan disiplin yang kuat

Pengambilan makanan yang berlebihan dan tidak seimbang juga merupakan salah satu faktor tekanan sewaktu bekerja. Oleh itu, cara untuk mengurangkan tekanan adalah mengamalkan diet dengan disiplin yang kuat. Diet yang tidak terkawal akan menyebabkan kegemukan dan menimbulkan penyakit kronik yang lain seperti lemah jantung, darah tinggi, kencing manis.

8) Menangis dengan sepuas hati

Tekanan yang dihadapi sekiranya melibatkan individu yang lain dapat diredakan melalui luahan hati kita dengan menuliskan rasa ketidakpuasan hati kita itu dalam sehelai kertas. Sikap cuba menyimpan perasaan tersebut dalam hati boleh menyebabkan diri merana. "Luaran lain hati

lain" ada sesetengah individu apabila mereka mengalami sesuatu tekanan, mereka seolah-olah tidak menunjukkan permasalahan mereka itu. Sebagai contoh, bila dilihat bersama rakan-rakan tetapi dalam hatinya hanya Allah yang Maha mengurangkan tekanan yang dihadapi di tempat kerja.

9) Hargai kebolehan diri sendiri

Kita perlu mempunyai satu sikap yang dipanggil yakin diri. Apabila kita mempunyai keyakinan diri, maka kita tidak akan mempunyai masalah untuk melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan yang disuruh oleh pihak lain sewaktu bekerja. Kita yakin bahawa kita boleh melakukan kerja yang disuruh dengan mudah dan tiada sebarang masalah yang dihadapi. Apa yang penting ialah, kita mesti menghargai kebolehan diri sendiri dan memulakan hidup dengan lebih ceria.

10) Cintai diri sendiri

"Cintailah diri kamu sendiri sebelum kamu mencintai diri orang lain". Jelas daripada maksud sepotong hadis ini, kita dapat memahami bahawa kita perlu mencintai diri sendiri terlebih dahulu berbanding orang lain. Diri kita yang selama ini masih pada tahap lama dalam pekerjaan perlu dipertingkatkan dengan cara yang dinyatakan di atas. Kita perlu memulakan kehidupan kita dengan ceria dan penuh dengan senyuman. Kesimpulan Sebagai kesimpulannya, tekanan kerja bukanlah satu bebanan yang sukar untuk diatasi. Dengan usaha yang gigih dan kesabaran yang

tinggi serta jalan penyelesaian yang jitu, bebanan yang kita alami pastinya akan dapat diselesaikan dengan jayanya

The Crack Rock Steadiest

"They first started out under the name of 'No Commercial Value' in 1990 when Scott Sturgeon aka The Stza & Alec Shaheed Mohamed met each other in High School in New York. They found that they shared musical tastes and started a band. Alec played the bass while Stza was on guitar and singing, they also had an extra female vocalist and a drummer. No Commercial Value broke up in 1993 with one 8 song demo recording under their belt. No Commercial Value was the more Ska influenced of the bands.

Alec had decided to start a band called Agent 99 while Stza went to form the more successful 'Choking Victim' along with Jon Bon Dolan, then they acquired additional band members such as Skwert as the drummer (Jon quit) and Sasha Dubrul on Bass. Eventually Sasha quit after recording 'Crack Rock Steady EP' & Demo and Alec returned to hail the thick strings, after recording 'Squatter's Paradise' he got kicked out and 'Pezent' Shayne became the bassist, and as the cycle goes he got kicked out to allow Alec to return once more, then Shayne was allowed back in Choking Victim and became their bass player until the end.

Stza then met Ezra aka Tryla G. and asked him to join as Choking Victim's second guitarist and back up vocalist. Choking Victim then hit the big time when they were asked to join Hell Cat after popular demand for their contribution to the Hell Cat's 'Give 'em the boot' compilation with the song 'Infested'. They recorded their debut 'No Gods/No Managers' in 1999, right before they broke up.

All in all they managed to record a demo titled 'Crack Rock Steady', two 7"; 'Squattas Paradise' & 'Victim Comes Alive', two EPs; 'Crack Rock Steady' & 'Squattas Paradise/Crack Rock Steady'.

After the break up of Choking Victim The Stza and Ezra decide to start a band called Leftover Crack, and they recruited good ol' Alec to be their bass player (permanently this time), they also hooked up with ex-Agent 99 drummer, Ara Babajian. They once again acquired fame from 'Give 'em the boot', when they had 'Crack City Rockers' placed in 'Give 'em the boot II' and then they recorded 'Mediocre Generica' in 2001. After Mediocre Generica Ara quit the band and made space for JP, their current drummer.

Leftover Crack also made an additional version of Leftover Crack called Crack Rock Steady 7 which has all the members of Leftover Crack, plus three others. Crack Rock Steady 7 recorded 'Baby Jesus, Sliced Up In The Manger' split with F-Minus for Hell Bent Records in 2001.

Proof that these guys really have a passion for music itself, is their inability to stay still in the conformist world of band starting. So far the busiest member has been Ezra, who has started great bands such as InDK & Morning Glory. InDK went for a more pop punk kind of sound but broke up pretty quick with one Demo, one EP and one full length called 'Kill Whitey'. Morning Glory is still around and sports members from many great bands, including JP from Leftover Crack. And ex-Choking Victim drummer, Skwert, started American Distress where he sings instead of playing drums."

D-Beat

D-beat (also known as Discore and kängpunk, in Sweden) is a style of hardcore punk developed in the early 1980s by imitators of Discharge, for whom the genre is named. Discharge may have themselves inherited the beat from Motörhead. The first such group was The Varukers. The vocal content of D-beat tends towards shouted slogans. The style is distinct from its predecessors by its minimal lyrical content and greater proximity to heavy metal. It is closely associated with crust punk, which is a heavier, more complex variation. D-beat bands typically have anti-war, anarchist messages and closely follow the bleak nuclear war imagery of 1980s anarcho-punk bands. The style was particularly popular in Sweden, and developed there by groups such as Anti Cimex, Mob 47, Driller Killer, , Wolfpack, No Security, Totalitär, Avskum, Skitsystem, and Disfear. Other D-beat groups include Disclose, from Japan; Crucifix, From Ashes Rise, Tragedy and Final Conflict, from the U.S.; Ratos de Porão, from Brazil; and MG15, from Spain.

Propagandhi is a Canadian punk band formed in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba in 1986 by Chris Hannah and Jord Samolesky. The band is currently located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

While their earlier work draws from the punk rock and skate punk tradition, recent Propagandhi records have moved towards a heavier and more technical heavy metal-influenced sound.

The band are an active veganarchist band supporting animal liberation and veganism. They are known for championing various anarchist causes and have taken an active stance against human rights violations, sexism, racism, homophobia, imperialism, capitalism and religion.

F.Y.P (aka Five Year Plan) was Todd Congelliere's rock and pop punk predecessor to his current band Toys That Kill. The group began as a one man band with a cheap Fisher Price drum machine providing the beat (per 7" liner notes).

From 1989, when Todd began work on the first EP until disbanding in 1999, F.Y.P gained notoriety (not to mention a noticeable increase in talent) in the DIY punk scene for touring the world several times bankrolled and set up by the Conge (per liner notes to last album entitled "Toys That Kill"). While still a band, during its ten year span, F.Y.P toured Europe several times, Japan once, and the U.S. numerous times. They released over a dozen records on Recess Records before disbanding and received coverage in music magazines such as Maximumrocknroll, Razorcake and flipside.

Scott Sturgeon, also known as Stza Crack, (pronounced "Stizz-uh") (born March 4, 1976) is a musician who has fronted several skacore bands in the New York City area, the best known being Choking Victim and Leftöver Crack. The stage name Stza is a tribute to the Wu-Tang Clan, in which the members would take their stage names and scratch it on a turn table, taking the sound "za", such as GZA (Genius) and RZA (The Razor).

Biography

In 1990, Sturgeon and a friend of his, Alec Baillie, formed No Commercial Value, which later evolved into Choking Victim and then again into Leftöver Crack. Although many members of these bands have come and gone, Sturgeon remained a constant figure, writing the vast majority of the lyrics and music and becoming the bands' self-appointed spokesperson. Stza played live in Choking Victim, the original incarnation of Leftöver Crack. Sturgeon is also associated with the band Morning Glory through Leftover Crack member Ezra Kire.

In 2005, he played solo (doing acoustic shows) and in a new band, Crack Rock Steady Seven, featuring members of The Infested in Europe. 2006 saw him in Mexico City forming yet another regional Crack Rocksteady Seven, the CRS7mx featuring members of Niño Zombi. Fall of 2006 he returned to the United States and toured with Leftöver Crack, their tour with Citizen Fish was dubbed Cracktoberfest 2006. Most recently Stza has been involved in the creation of yet another punk/ska band, this time with members of Casa de Chihuahua, The Slackers, and The Degenerics (Nico Ramirez, Ara Babajian and Frank Piegaro respectively) called "Star Fucking Hipsters". Star Fucking Hipsters' debut album was released September 30th, 2008 on the Fat Wreck Chords label.

Sturgeon, along with other members of Leftöver Crack, resides at 155 Avenue C, better known as C-Squat
