WANTS and NEEDS

Everyone has wants, and everyone has needs, but does everyone really think about each one? Or if there is ever a difference between the two. I also love to make people think, and those two questions aren't really simple enough to just answer. Well thats where i started my project I'll be taking two photos of each person with one WORD to describe their wants and their needs. It could be the same or completely different. You never know, the project has begun but i dont plan on finishing it till the end of summer. Here is a teaser of what i have so far, and if your interested in participating let me know.

Follow your dreams, there is always something out there that someone wants to do. Dont limit yourself. I mean its so much easier said then done, but TRY IT! DO IT! you wont regret it. You'll learn new things about yourself you never knew. Just dont stop yourself from doing what you want to do.

I really don't, but when people offer to help me out. Give me support, push me and show me opportunities, i take them and i run with it. But if i feel that your not sincere i stay away. If ever i never needed money to survive, let say i was rich, or was stable. I wouldnt charge people for shoots, but thats not the option i have, i have to eat, i have to pay my bills, and put clothes on my back. I just love what i do so much. My passion and ideas drive me wild, i see no limit, and with where i see myself it may take some time. But im not giving up, with everything else i had i may have, but not with the visions i see doing this. I say this before ill say it again, you can shoot for the stars but im reaching for galaxies, either your with me, or your against me.

Time passes by

Sooner then later ill be in egypt enjoying myself on a cruise taking millions of photos, and then ill be back in toronto, and probably miserable that i even came back from my vacation. Im beyond excited for this trip. Even though i am egyptian and i was born there, didn't mean i got to experience going to the pyramids or going on a cruise down the nile. I mean i moved to brooklyn when i was 3 so even if i did get to experience it,i wouldnt remember. Im even more excited ill have my laptop and my camera with me so im going to go camera frenzy and upload them while im there. I just hope by the time i get back i have enough shoots so i dont worry about having any free time. I have had other things going on, but i do have a project i came up with while i was taking a shower, yes alot of ideas come while im in there. So im going to start working on that asap, and have it ready by the summer hopefully.

Times drawing near till i go away to Egypt, im so excited i cant wait. Well either way I've been doing a couple of shoots here and there. This shoot was for Shocka, a local toronto artist, he was real nervous yet excited told me his concepts. The shoot turned out with ease, until the sun started to set and then we both started to freeze. here is a few photos

New mindset

Everyone tries to change for the new year. But yet most people dont keep their words. Apparently i come off as a real ignorant type to certain people. I guess its because of how harsh i say whatever it is i have to say to get a point across. Well i guess im going to cut that down this year, and so on and so forth. I noticed something though, if you do something almost all your life its harder to change when your older. Thats like the saying "you cant teach an old dog new tricks". I wanna right all my wrongs, and i dont want anything negative in my life. Ill try my best to not wish bad thing upon people, even if they did me really wrong, Ill just wish the best for them, and move on with my life and my new lesson. Im going to egypt next month, and im pretty excited about it, my home land with my camera. Ill come back with a blank slate on my mind and a harder drive. Until then im zoning.....

Before i start a shoot i want to get to know the person, if i already don't. I want to understand their limits, and what they want to see and do. With Jemz she was down for the sexy, romantic shot. So she got this hotel room, the bubbles for the bath the rose petals, the outfit the make up baby oil candles. SHE WENT ALL OUT!! The photos turned out just as good as well. Check them out.

SO earlier this week i did a shoot for my friend Andrew. Its been a long time since we planned it, so it finally happened. He was kind of delayed on his way, he had to make a stop because he wasnt feeling to well. I told him maybe we could postpone it, he said nah he was determined. SO he made it, we went outside to this spot and we shot for a bit, he was FREEZING, but it wasnt that cold. We went to the mall to relax for a bit then was gonna finish the shoot. His stomache couldnt agree with him. SO we will finish another day.

What happened with Y2K, yeh i thought so, all of this is just fear, put into everyone to distract us even more from what the guvernment has planned. 200 came and we were fine, 2001 came and 9/11 happened coincidence??? I think not, everyone who doesnt know you need to watch LOOSE CHANGE google it.
