HE MIGHT be old, but that hasn't stopped the elderly bank robber dubbed the "geezer bandit" from needing a calender. Quite how the brazen thief, wanted in more than six heists will know which financial institution to rob next is unclear.
But investigators are now forensically examining a day planner that the thief dropped on their last job at a Bank of America in San Luis Obispo, CA.
During the robbery, a teller placed some cash and red dye in a bag, which the suspect placed in his day planner before running off.
Capt. Chris Staley of the San Luis Obispo police told CBS LA: "I think the shock of the dye pack actually exploding in the bag created a diversion enough for him to obviously drop both the money and the other items that he was carrying.
The FBI also recently revealed that the masked robber may, in fact, not be a "geezer" at all, and could even be a woman.
Whoever they are, the "Geezer Bandit" is wanted for robbing banks in Temecula, Bakersfield and Goleta.
A $20,000 reward has been offered for information leading to his - or her - arrest and conviction.

Cops say that naked, 300lb, bodybuilder, Ruben Azru vicously attacked a couple in their San Bernadino, CA, home.
Officers explained that the couple arrived home to find the nude muscleman on their front porch, but whe the 35-year-old husband confronted him, Azru exploded and began pummelling the guy.
Colton police Cpl. Ray Mendez told the San Bernadino Sun: "The suspect violently attacked the husband, causing major head trauma and injuries.
"As the husband is getting beaten, the wife comes out and the suspect shifts his attention to her."

Azru then picked up and threw the woman around, causing facial injuries and multiple deep cuts to the top of her head.
Mendez added: "It's a good thing our officers arrived on scene so quickly."
Azru fled the scene after the attack but neighbors surrounded him in a backyard of another home, but he wasn't done yet.
Officers tried to taser the mad meathead, but he didn't respond to it.

Mendez explained: "It took four police officers to handcuff him and it took four sets of handcuffs to restrain him."
Arzu was booked on suspicion of attempted homicide, while his victims were receiving treatment.

Heather N. Daughdrill, 28, became infatuated with the youngster when she was teaching him about the good book and cops say she had "innappropriate sexual contact" with him between June and October this year.
Officers claimed she would pick him up from school without his parents knowledge and take him off for the saucy sex sessions.
Detectives also discovered as series of explicit text messages between the pair, according to The Town Talk.
A police source revealed: "There were a few shocked faces when we realized just what had been going on between the pair."
Daughdrill is charged with four counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile; eight counts of sexual battery; three counts of 2nd degree kidnapping; one count contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile; and one count indecent behavior with a juvenile.
CPSO officials say that Daughdrill also has pending charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and three counts of 2nd degree kidnapping in Beauregard Parish with the same 13 year-old boy.
Bond has been at $47,000 at $200,000.

A EVIL mom who used her own kids to produce child porn has been sentenced to 25-years in prison.
Candice miller took the more than 1000 sick pics of her son and daughter, then 10 and 14 engaged in various sexual positions and could be seen performing sex acts on one of the children in some of them.
The 32-year-old admitted to her sick crime and admitted to e-mailing them to evil pedophile Steven Demink, 41, who persuaded women across America to sexually assault their kids as a form of therapy, by telling them he was a psychologist.
Prosecutors say Miller met Steven Demink online and they had graphic chats about Miller being nude around the 10 and 14-year-old victims and about Miller taking showers with them.
Investigators say the conversations progressed to the point where she and the man talked about sexually abusing the minors and capturing it on camera.
Court documents show that Demink targeted single mothers, and in some cases, promised a date if they followed through with his directions.

He also talked to an Oregon woman about the sexual development of her eight-year-old autistic son, telling her to engage in sexually explicit conduct with her son as a way to teach him about sex.
She did so while Demink watched on a web camera.
He was jailed for life, the sentence which Miller faced.
Instead she only got 25 years for her role in the sick scheme.

Walking up to the car, he probably thought the gun in his hand would be enough to get a good score.
But what he hadn't banked on was his victim being a 6ft 2 and 250 pound mixed martial arts fighter who wasn't in the mood to be robbed.
After asking Justin, who did not wish his last name to be used, for a light, Miranda pulled the piece.

Justin told the Chicago Sun Times: "He asked me for my wallet, for my phone and my keys. I told him I don’t have a wallet, I only have cash. He cursed me — like ‘m-----f-----.’”

Justin said he handed over the $30 in cash he had stuffed in a his car’s cup holder, but Miranda was not satisified.

After the gun jammed when he tried to rack it, picked up the bullet and ordered Justin out of the car telling him: "Look, m-----f-----, it’s a hollow point. I’ll blow your brains out.’”

Looking at the man facing him, Justin said and was pretty certain he was about to take a bullet.

But he remained calm and let his training take over.

Grabbed the mugger's gun, he wrestled with him and laid the smack down on the would be thief.
By the time it was over Miranda had two black eyes and cuts to his face, but best of all he'd accidentally shot himself in the ankle with his own gun during the struggle.
Justin told officers at the scene that he was a mixed martial arts fighter.
Miranda was brought to a hospital for treatment before he was taken into custody on $350,000 bail on charges of armed robbery and aggravated discharge of a firearm.

A BOSTON boffin who taught maths at two of the city's top universities has been charged with running a meth lab out of her home. Irina Kirsty, 74, was caught with a huge amount of "hazardous materials" needed to make the highly addictive and often deadly drug in her apartment.
Cops said in a statement that, investigators from several law enforcement agencies found evidence that their home was being used to make meth while, "other items believed to be dangerous were detonated by the State Police bomb squad."
The news came as a shock to the academic community as Kirsty has been an adjunct Math professor at Suffolk University since 1985 and has also taught math at Boston University.
Her 29-year-old son Grigory Genkin, pleaded not guilty to the same charges last month. He was arrested last month after turning himself into authorities, police said.
Kristy will face charges of "distribution of meth, conspiracy to violate the drug law, and drug violation in a school zone," said Middlesex District Attorney office spokeswoman Cara O'Brien told the Boston Globe.
O'Brien added more details about the case will come to light during the arraignment Dec . 21.
Suffolk University has placed Kirsty on administrative leave through the end of the semester, while a spokesperson for BU told the paper it was a "personnel matter."

A DUMB mom has been busted trying to sell her eight-month-son for $7000, cops said.
Kenia Quiala Bosque arranged a meeting to hand over the newborn, unaware that the prospective buyer was an undercover cop.
Officers had been tipped about her intentions and launched a sting to catch out the dastardly parent.
But although she set a fee and arranged a meeting with the supposed buyer, she failed to show up to the meeting near her Miami, FL home.
Still, investigators said they had enough evidence to arrest her on baby selling charges.
The situation was "a sign of the times," Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle told NBC Miami when asked why the mother may have wanted to sell her child.
When she failed to show up Monroe County Sheriff's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement went to her home as they feared for the baby’s safety.
Sheriff Bob Peryam said: "We are just so glad we were able to obtain this information in time to intervene before anything could happen to endanger this child."
She has been charged with adoption violation and is being held in Miami-Dade jail on a $5,000 bond.

A TWO-YEAR-OLD girl has been snatched during an alleged carjacking and cops are frantically trying to find her.
Bianca Jones was driving with her father Deandre Lane, 32, near their Detroit, MI home, when a man with a gun held him up and drove off in his silver Mercury Grand Marquis on Friday.
The alleged hijacker apparently hadn't noticed the child buckled into her car seat, but the car was recovered 10 minutes later, less than a mile away.
But the little girl was gone.
Police Chief Ralph Godbee, however said that the story from ex-con Lane, who is currently in custody on unrelated charges, remains in question.
He told the Free Press that they: "Will not comment on the quantity nor the quality of any evidence or information we have gathered to date.
"However, in the interest of allaying some of the fears of the public regarding the apparent randomness of Bianca's disappearance, the authenticity and credibility of the original version of events is under intense scrutiny by our investigative team."
A reward for information that leads to the child's return was increased to $17,500 after an anonymous donor contributed $15,000.
Godbee added the search remains "priority one."
Detroit police, along with the FBI, Michigan State Police, Wayne County Sheriff's Office and several community groups are scouring the city for the little girl.

Online jail records say she was released Sunday and is scheduled to appear in court next month.

A TWISTED killer snapped pictures of his young victims before running errands with the female corpse in the trunk of his car.
Craig Lede allegedly beat Dana Nelson, 28, and John Ketsemidis, 29, over a drug debt of just $40.
It's thought all three were hooked on prescription drugs, which were linked to a pill clinic which has recently closed.
Lede told cops he killed the couple because he was tired of being "screwed about" over a small debt, so he'd killed the pair.
Sheriff Al Nienhuis told Bay News 9 that Ketsemidis and Nelson had gone to Lede’s home to talk about their debt when he attacked them with a bat.
According to the arrest warrant: "Once the victims were down and helpless, the defendant struck them in the head and upper body several times causing eventual death."
After taking the sick pictures, he stuffed Nelson's body into the trunk of her boyfriend's car and went to Ketsemidis' parents home where he demanded $40.
They refused to hand over the cash and called cops, when they saw he was driving his son's car.
After finding the bodies, police said that Lede confessed to the double murder.Sheriff Nienhuis added: "Although we cannot link this heinous and senseless crime directly to the abuse of prescription drugs, there is little doubt that it significantly contributed to the deaths of these two young people.
"This is a perfect example that prescription drug abuse is not a victimless or a non-violent crime."

THEY say "Hell hath no fury" but Jesua Tatad's ex-husband did literally get burned.
Rather than the fiery flames however, it was boiling water followed with a baseball bat beating on her ex-husband as he slept.
The 39-year-old, who still shared a home with his attacker despite their divorce, suffered 60 per cent burns across his body.
Prosecutors said Tatad waited until her ex, who had just finished a night shift, was asleep, before pouring a full pan of boiling water over his body.
Then as he leapt up in pain she was waiting with the bat and she allegedly smashed him in the head.
San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said: "The victim is in ‘pretty bad shape’ but will survive. He’s in for a long, long recovery.
He added that the man was unable to speak because of his injuries.
Explaining that Tatad wasn’t cooking anything prior to the incident and deliberately boiled the water for the attack he said: "It wasn’t like she was cooking breakfast. She boiled up that pot of water to pour on him."
Tatad was charged with several felonies, including assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated mayhem and torture.

She is being held on $600,000 bail.

JUDITH BELLO CALL BLOWS 1993 COLD CASE WIDE OPEN

SHE vanished in 1993, leaving her three-year-old son in day-care, her job and her home and sparking a huge manhunt from cops.
Investigators knew Judith Bello was having problems with her husband and viewed her disappearance as suspicious because she was close with her family and it seemed unlikely that she would leave her little boy.
With little to go one however, the case quickly went cold, until this week when a woman claiming to be Judith called sheriffs this week.
The woman told Snohomish County sheriff's detective Kelly Willoth that she had seen her profile on the sheriff's web site.
Since receiving the call, detectives worked to confirm the caller's identity and through several conversations with her family, along with other evidence, investigators now believe she is alive.
But investigators don't know why she didn't contact her family or the sheriff's office until now.
Willoth told the Herald: "This case shows that "there are a lot of reasons why people go missing, and not all of them are bad. Sometimes people just don't want to be found."

He added: "These allegations...I didn't do any of these things to these people, just know these people who are lying are ruining my life," Morris said.
"They keep on lying, but you know, the truth will prevail and that's why we have courts and stuff like that."
Morris and alleged accomplice Coray Eubank are out of jail on bond, each charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license.

Cops believe more victims are out there and are urging them to come forward.

But Morris said the accusations have made her the victim.

He said: "If anybody's a victim, it's definitely me."

A TWISTED mom who killed her kids so she could improve her relationship with her boyfriend has been jailed for life for the "horrendous crime."
Sharon Hinojosa wanted to cement her relationship so she started the blaze at her Huron Township, MI, trailer which killed her children Anthony, four and Alayna, three.
The man, who she pulled from the flames and his child escaped the inferno.
Sentencing her to life behind bars,, Wayne County Circuit Judge Daniel Hathaway said her acts "constituted a complete betrayal of what being a mother stands for."
But the 31-year-old claimed she loved her kids and apologized for her actions.
"You think you're mourning? I'm mourning, too," she said.
Her family couldn't sympathize and Alayna's grandmother, Denise Jones, told WXZY it was cowardly for Hinojosa to "disregard these children like a bag of garbage."
She added that she hopes that while in prison, Hinojosa hears her children asking: "What did we do to you? to deserve an awful death."
Attorney Ira Harris read a statement on behalf of Anthony's grandparents which read: "Even wild animals would go to great lengths to protect their young."

A CREEP thief snuck into a church and stole a couples wedding clothes and jewelry on the night before their big day.
Caty and Jack Parker had been rehearsing the ceremony in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Des Moines, WA when the thin, female burglar struck.
When they returned to their dressing room they found the bride’s bag, shoes and jewellery and the groom’s wedding ring were missing.
It contained Caty’s family heirloom jewellery was gone – but luckily her wedding dress had not been taken.
She told King 5:"I was devastated at that moment. It took me a while to realize it’s not the stuff that is important it's who you marry."
Jack added: "Pretty much everything got stolen – except for her dress – that she needed for the next day."
Thankfully the couple managed to replace the stolen goods before their nuptials.
But the thief went onto use their stolen ATM cards, in total charging $600 to their accounts.
Dressed all in black, was caught on surveillance camera lurking in the corridors of the Holy Trinity Lutheran church before she robbed the bridal party.
Now the Parkers hope someone will be able to identify the woman, who is slight and wire a pony tail.
Jack explained: "She walked out with three or four bags. She just went in and snatched it and walked out the door like nothing happened.
"She walked out there and we think she might have had a car out there."
The newlyweds added that they hope the woman gets the help she needs.
Cops are investigating.

DOG SHOOTS OWNER: COPS NOT LOOKING FOR LEADS

THIS dog is literally a pain in the ass for his barking mad owner.
Cops said they weren't looking for any leads in this case because his paws were all over the scene of the crime after he somehow shot the duck hunter in the buttocks.
The Utah duck hunter was sprayed when the murderous mutt stepped on his shotgun and blasted him.
The two were in his canoe like boat when the man got out to either set up or collect decoys.
Box Elder County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Kevin Potter told KSL that the man had laid his 12 gauge shotgun across the bow of the boat.
He said: "The dog did something to make the gun discharge. I don't know if the safety device was on. It's not impossible the dog could have taken it off safety."
Potter did not have information on the type of dog that stepped on the shotgun.
The men called 911 and walked to the main road to wait for emergency crews.
Potter added that, the fact the man was wearing waders likely helped prevent a more serious injury. His canine companion could be in the running for hunting dog of the year.

A VEGAS chainsaw massacre has seen a couple charged with killing a man and then dumping his body in the street.
Cops say maintenance man Anthony Stiger and his wife Melanie Constantini, both 20, murdered Harold Myles Shilberg, before abandoning their apartment and going on the run.
Investigators found a bloody electric saw and clothing at the crime scene in their Las Vegas apartment.
Cops said the couple was videotaped at a rental store in Las Vegas buying a garment-sized box like the one in which Shilberg was found.
Stiger denied the couple were cold blooded killers and has instead claimed that Shilberg was killed in self defense.
He told KTNV: "I'm not going to sit here and say I take full responsibility for it, because he's a grown man just like I am.
"When he grabbed the saw, I grabbed it back. I got the opposite end of the saw. I grabbed the saw and basically was fighting for my life in the sense of trying to get him not to cut me."
He added that he wasn't for running away, but he had been encouraged to get his two-year-old away from the grisly scene by his grandparents, who own the apartment complex.
He said: "It wasn't about running. The only reason why I left was because my grandmother assured me that she had already called the police, they were on their way and everything was fine.
"I wish I had contacted the police myself."
Both he and his wife have been charged with felony murder and conspiracy charges that could carry the death penalty if they are convicted.

DIRTY Jerry Sandusky allegedly abused one young boy more than 100 times and then threatened his family to keep quiet about his sordid encounters, one of his victims has revealed.
The scandal hit former Penn State football coach allegedly began abusing the man now 29, when he was just 10-years-old after meeting him through his charity, The Second Mile Organisation.
His lawsuit alleges: "The sexual abuse occurred on multiple occasions and at multiple locations within Pennsylvania and outside of Pennsylvania; in the facilities of Penn State, particularly the football coach's locker room."
Then he threatened the boy that no one would believe him if he told anyone and "made a threat to his family," his attorney Jeffrey Anderson said.
"His molestation was enabled by the negligent oversight of Sandusky by Second Mile and Penn State."

His alleged victim added: "I am hurting and have been for a long time because of what happened, but feel now even more tormented that I have learned of so many other kids were abused after me."

As we reported here Sandusky described as a "sexual predator" by attorney general Linda Kelly is charged with more than 40 offenses against eight young victims.The most serious is deviate sexual intercourse against six of them, along with four counts of unlawful contact with a minor.
He faces 460 years behind bars if convicted of all charges.

DEADLY Dutchman Joran Van Der Sloot is rubbing salt in the already deep wounds by launching an astonishing $10 million lawsuit against his victim's father.
The shameless accused killer, who allgedly admitted to cops that he killed Peruvian student Stephany Flores in a Lima hotel room is claiming his human rights were violated when he was extradited from Peru to Chile, to face murder charges.
He reportedly confessed to killing the 21-year-old after he found her reading about the Natalee Holloway case on his laptop.
He has long been prime suspect in the disappearance and presumed death of the pretty American teenager, who vanished on the small Caribbean island of Aruba where she was celebrating her graduation.
Peruvian prosecutors however maintain that he planned to kill Flores, so he could rob her.
Now according to El Commercio he's claiming his arrest in Chile and subsequent extradition to Peru was a violation of human rights.
According to the Lima daily El Comercio, van der Sloot claims there was pressure from Peru's then-President Alan García Pérez on the Chilean government to extradite after he was arrested in Arica, Chile shortly after Flores was killed.
Several other Peruvian officials are named in the lawsuit, along with the murdered girl's father, Ricardo Flores.
It's not the first time the Van der Sloot has raised the same issues of due process and police irregularities, but all his claims that have been dismissed by Peruvian courts.
Peruvian prosecutors are seeking a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison for van der Sloot.

Plus, it says it went to the scene and found no skid marks, and it further alleges that House "left the vehicle running for over fifteen minutes while it was submerged until it died on its own causing unnecessary damage to the vehicle's engine."
House, of course, denies the charges but Judge John R. Froeschner said they needed a trial to try and determine what happened.
He wrote: "In the humble opinion of this court, this case involves quizzical factual circumstances that compel credibility determinations which this court may not make at the summary judgment stage."
No date was set for the trial.

But Judge Daniel Craig went right up in our estimation when he branded the Kardashians "f***king idiots" for their criminal TV show.
Speaking to GQ magazine the James Bond star said: "Look at the Kardashians, they're worth millions. I don't think they were that badly off to begin with but now look at them.
"You see that and you think 'what, you mean all I have to do is behave like a f***ing idiot on television and then you'll pay me millions.
"I'm not judging it - well, I am obviously."
The James Bond star who managed to keep his marriage to Rachel Weisz under wraps in the summer, added: "I think there's a lot to be said for keeping your own counsel.

"It's not about being afraid to be public with your emotions or about who you are and what you stand for, but if you sell it off it's gone."You can't buy it back - you can't buy your privacy back. ROBYN GARDNER MYSTERY: GARY GIORDANO FREED

HE REMAINS prime suspect, but although he's been dubbed a "mean bastard" by the chief prosecutor, today Gary Giordano is a free man.
Quite what happened to his girlfriend, Robyn Gardner remains a mystery, but Giordano has denied any involvement in her death from the start.
Instead he has never wavered from his story that the saucy 35-year-old dental assistant, was swept away by strong currents while they were snorkelling off the holiday isle of Aruba.
Cops looked hard at Giordano who was having money troubles when he took out a whopping $1.5 million insurance policy on the former dental assistant before the trip.
But prosecutors have been unable to make anything stick and for the moment he's a free man although prosecutors say they are still trying to build a case against him.
They will also seek his extradition if an appeal's court ruling issues a reversal and orders the 50-year-old businessman back to jail.
Aruba Solicitor General Taco Stein maintains that Giordano is lying, saying: "We know for a fact that he is not telling the truth. We are determined to go on with this investigation, not only for ourselves and for justice, but for the relatives of Robyn Gardner."
He added: "We know he has been lying about what happened.We know his story is not true."
Kelly Reed, a cousin of Gardner's, said the family hopes attention to the case will generate a lead that will help investigators resolve the case.
She said in a statement: "Needless to say, our family is very disappointed that even after all this time, we are no closer to finding out what happened to our Robyn.
"We trust that the FBI and the Aruban authorities will continue their fervent efforts to investigate her disappearance."
