15-Year-Old Pupil Beats Neighbour To Death In Lagos

A 15-year-old Arabic pupil, Sodiq Isa is cooling off in police net after allegedly beating a neighbour, Johnson Adeboye, 26, to death with a stick in Townhall Street, Amukoko area of Lagos State. They had a disagreement after the deceased complained that the suspect was making noise with a plate. The suspect was alleged to have abused the deceased, which led to a fight. In the course of the scuffle, Isa, who is the third of four children, beat the deceased to death with a stick.

He was said to have been arrested by policemen from the Amukoko division before he was transferred to the State Department of Criminal Investigation, Yaba.

The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Joe Offor, confirmed the incident, adding that investigations were ongoing.

A sick intruder almost killed a pregnant mum after stabbing her belly when she told him she was pregnant. Insane intruder, Nathaniel Robinson ordered the victim to phone her boyfriend so he could hear her screams and he aimed the kitchen knife at her stomach when she told him she was expecting a baby.

The 25-year-old victim, who would not be named, grappled with the knifeman and almost bled to death at the scene.

She survived along with her unborn child, a baby boy, but said she was haunted by her three-minute ordeal – and the reason for the motiveless attack.
After bravely revealing a thick scar at the top of her stomach and other wounds, she told the Birmingham Mail:

“My boyfriend could hear my screams on the other end of the line. “I pleaded with Robinson to stop. I said: ‘Please don’t do this, I’m pregnant’. “But then he started to target my stomach. I grabbed the knife, which is why I had hand injuries. He was completely silent throughout."

Robinson struck at the victim’s home in Bournville late on the evening of May 23.
Police were alerted by a neighbour who heard her screams. But she was stabbed seven times, suffering nine injuries.

The victim lost so much blood that, when a 999 operator urged her to apply pressure to the wound, she replied: “Which one?”
She has since left that home to live somewhere else, still fears for her safety and is battling with the physical and psychological scars of the attack.

Recalling her night of horror, the victim said Robinson showed up at the flat and pulled out a "very large knife" when she asked him to leave.
She said:

“He asked me to sit on the bed, call my boyfriend and put him on loud speaker. “I did as he asked and tilted the handset towards him so he could talk, but he said nothing.

“He lunged across and started to stab me as soon as my partner picked up the phone. “He was only in the house for a total of three minutes – but it felt like an eternity. “When he left I started to panic that he would come back to finish me off. “I dragged myself across the floor to get to the front door to close it. “There was blood everywhere.

“I called my mum, who lived nearby, and an ambulance - I did not think I was going to make it. “My neighbour started banging the door and my mum had also arrived and was screaming at the door. “But the 999 operator said not to open the door to anybody until the police arrived.

“My neighbour had started to try to use a crowbar to get inside. “Eventually the police, my neighbour and the paramedics got in along with my mum, sister and partner. “It was very traumatic to hear my mum and sister outside desperately trying to get in.”

The victim was rushed to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital , where her only thought was for her baby, who is due next month.
She said:

“I had two operations to severe nerve damage on a finger on my left hand and to my knee. “The first wound was stabbed down into my knee and all of my tendons and ligaments were severed. “I had minimum pain relief and just kept asking about my baby. “I was awake during surgery because of the anaesthetic and I was terrified I would lose my baby. “I am very lucky we both survived.”

Robinson

Robinson, 25, of Bartley Green, admitted inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH) with intent and possession of a bladed article in October. He is due to be sentenced later this week.

The victim bravely helped police investigating the brutal crime by tracking Robinson down via social media as she recovered in hospital.
She said:

“I really hope he is given a lengthy sentence. “I have gone through all the anger, the tears and the heartache and now I want closure. “I hate the thought of him serving a short sentence and coming out to threaten me and my baby.

“I had to leave my old home because of a fear he would send somebody else to finish the job off. “He may be locked up at the moment, but this has affected all aspects of my life. “My scars are hyper-sensitive, I struggle to stand and walk for long periods and I have no sensation in my finger at all.

“I work with very vulnerable people and it has been very difficult. “I also know I will be very protective of my son when he arrives and I react badly to anybody who tries to touch my stomach. “I am angry a man who stabbed me seven times with a knife he brought to my house was not convicted of attempted murder. “My baby boy is due in January and I am hoping the new year will mark a new start and a new beginning."

Man Shoots 3 Friends Dead, Then Raped A Woman Who Saw Him Do It

According to MailOnline, 27-year-old William Miller allegedly killed three of his friends and then raped a woman who saw him do it. Miller, who was convicted of first-degree rape in Alabama in 2013, told police that it all started when he hit a deer while traveling to see his friends in Buckatunna, Mississippi, around midnight on Monday night. After arriving at the home of Lloyd and Sonya Taylor - about 16 miles from his home in Millry, Miller said he took methamphetamine and oxycodone. Under the influence of the drugs, Miller, Lloyd Taylor and another friend at the house, Jamie Gardner, decided to set off to find the roadkill.

Miller said one of the men started ‘more or less picking on me’, The Clarion-Ledger reported. ‘He kept on and it got physical,’ Miller told police.

Investigators believe Miller then shot and killed both men near Alabama-Mississippi state line around sunrise on Tuesday. He allegedly loaded the bodies in the car and returned to the home to kill Sonya Taylor.

Miller told a courtroom on Thursday that he entered the home and shot Taylor in the head, WDAM reported. Miller then sexually assaulted another woman at the home who saw Sonya Taylor die, police said. He allegedly then forced the woman to drive him to a location with a dirt pit, where he set fire to the car with the men’s bodies inside.

Miller then fled from police in the survivor’s car, eventually running into the woods. Following an 18-hour manhunt, he finally surrendered to police on Wednesday.

A 28-year-old man, Ikechukwu Godspower, who confessed that he relocated a few days ago from Abuja to steal in Lagos State before travelling to celebrate Christmas, has been jailed. PMN news reports that Godspower was sentenced to six months imprisonment with an option of community service for 72 hours within the court premises. However, since he had no fixed address where he would stay to perform the community service, he was taken back to the prison to serve the jail sentence, thereby foreclosing his plan to steal to travel for Christmas celebration.

Godspower was arrested for committing felony by the police and had confessed that he came from Abuja to Lagos to steal in order to celebrate Christmas in his village in the south-south. He was arrested after he attempted to vandalize a Toyota 4Runner SUV and after he was caught, he managed to escape into a canal.

He said he was later arrested at a nearby super market at Domino Pizza on Osolo Way after he broke the inner entrance door glass to steal in the super market. He first stole a bottle of soft drink from the fridge before he broke the inner entrance glass door to steal other items. But his plans failed as he was caught by security men on duty and handed over to the police at Aswani division.

During cross examination, Godspower said he did not know the spirit that was disturbing him that pushed him into compulsive stealing. He said he lives in Gwagwalada area of the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja from where he came to Lagos. He narrated that things were not easy for him there and he decided to come to Lagos to hustle and get money before he travels for Christmas.

On how he knew Lagos, he said he lived here before he relocated to Abuja a few years ago to also hustle there. He said since he came to Lagos, he had no fixed address where he stays and had nobody to accommodate him, adding that he sleeps anywhere at night.

The Shiite Sect on the orders of their leader, Ibrahim Alzak-zaky today afternoon in Zaria attacked the convoy of the Chief of Army Staff while on his way to pay homage on the Emir of Zazzau and attend the Passing Out Parade of 73 Regular Recruits Intake of Depot Nigerian Army, Zaria.
The sect numbering hundreds carrying dangerous weapons, barricaded the roads with bonfires, heavy stones and tyres. They refused all entreaties to disperse and then started firing and pelting the convoy with dangerous objects. The barricade was obviously a deliberate attempt to assassinate the Chief of Army Staff and members of his entourage while on a legitimate official assignment as Special Guest of Honour at the passing out parade which has earlier been widely publicized. The troops responsible for the safety and security of the Chief of Army Staff on hearing explosion and firing were left with no choice than to defend him and the convoy at all cost as well as open up the barricaded road for law abiding citizens. This is in line with the Nigerian Army Rules of Engagement and Code of Conduct. This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated from any individual or groups and should not be allowed to repeat itself. Abuchi Simon,37, was arrested and charged before Isolo Magistrate court after he repeatedly stabbed his neighbour, Ehis Ibhaze, over allegation of witchcraft and spiritual attack. According to P.M. News, the men, both residents of No 14, Ifelodun street,
Ilasamaja, Lagos, were not on good terms when the incident happened. Simon allegedly accused Ibhaze of waging spiritual war against his family which he claimed delayed his progress.

On the day the incident happened, Simon reportedly ambushed Ibhaze in the bathroom where he had gone to take his bath and attacked him with a knife. He was rescued by neighbours and rushed to the hospital. Simon was immediately arrested by the police and charged to court. He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs Joy Ugbomoiko granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties. He was remanded in prison custody pending when he meets up with his bail condition. The case was adjourned till 25 November, 2015.

38-Year-Old Woman Arraigned In Edo For Stealing Grinding Machine

A 38-year-old woman, Mary Irabor, was on Tuesday arraigned at an Oredo Magistrates’ Court in Benin for allegedly stealing a grinding machine. Police Prosecutor, ASP Sylvester Omor, told the court that Irabor along with others who have taken to their heels, stole the machine, worth N35, 000 on August 22, 2015.

The accused was said to have also collected a credit facility of N120, 480 under false pretext from one Evelyn Edobor. Irabor, however, pleaded not guilty to the three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and stealing.

Mrs C.A. Nwoha, the Magistrate, who granted the accused bail in the sum of N50, 000 and a surety in like sum, adjourned the case till November 27 for hearing.

Lagos State University Acting VC, Lecturers Abandon Offices Over Charms Planted In The Institution

The newly appointed acting Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University, Prof. Fidelis Njokanma has not stepped into his office at the Ojo campus of the institution, but operates from the institution’s College of Medicine at Ikeja. Njokanma presided over his first Senate meeting last Wednesday at LASUCOM amid tight security. According to reports, the acting VC was scared of the charms surrounding the Administrative Block and the Senate Building of the institution. The Admin Block houses, the office of the VC, as well as those of other principal officers of the institution.

The Lagos State Government through the university’s Governing Council led by Prof. Adebayo Ninalowo, appointed Njokanma, who hitherto was the Deputy VC, Academic, as the acting VC on November 7. He took over the reins of office from the immediate past VC, Prof. John Obafunwa.

The desecration of the Admin Block and the Senate Building with charms reportedly took place on March 16, 2015, at the height of the dispute between Obafunwa and members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities and the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, among other unions in the institution.

Obafunwa, who the union members accused of maladministration, also did not use the building in the last six months leading to the end of his tenure. His first four years as the VC of the university ended on October 31.

Other principal officers of the institution also shunned their offices in the building.

An Asaba Grade ‘A’ Customary Court in Delta State last Friday dissolved an 18-year-old marriage over a sexual intercourse by a mother with her son. The 45-year-old Mrs. Nkulumenna Owefa admitted before the court that she seduced her son in a hotel in Abagana, Anambra State, after she offered him the sum of N50,000. It was gathered during the proceedings of the court that the woman who sells trades at the popular Ogbeonogonogo market, Asaba deceptively asked his son (name withheld) to accompany her to Abagana near Onitsha, Anambra State where she booked into an hotel against her initial plan of meeting with one of her business partners at her residence in Asaba.

The son, who testified in court on what transpired between him and the mother before Senior Magistrate, Sylvester Oboh, said he was called upon by his mother to accompany her somewhere where she had bought some materials for sale. He said, “On our way to Abagana, somewhere around Toll Gate in Asaba, we were held in hold-up; I was with mum in her car and the glasses were wound up as the AC was on. So our conversation was not being heard by hawkers going about with their wares or other motorists.

“My mum told me that she was going to take over me as my father has taken over my sister and I thanked her, not knowing what she was up to. In Abagana, after a lengthy discussion with her friend, we retired into the hotel room, where my mum gave me a bottle of coke already opened and I felt weak when she now undressed me before putting my dick into her private part.”

The husband, Mr. Owefa, who was in court with her daughter, Adlyn to seek the dissolution of their marriage told the court, “All I need is the dissolution of this marriage. “My wife has committed the worst abomination and the only forgiveness I have for her is the dissolution of the marriage. My son remains my son because I know he was not seduced with ordinary hand.”

Fake Prophet Jailed For Engaging Two Women In Marathon Sex During Deliverance

A self claimed prophet, identified as Moses Okezie has been remanded in prison for allegedly defrauding money and engaging two different women in marathon sex in form of spiritual deliverance in Lagos state. Okezie who hails from Isiala Ngwa in Abia State and resides at 6 Olowo-Okere street, Idimu is now facing two different criminal trial before Magistrate court, Ejigbo for the alleged fraud. Okezie,
who is a father of four was first brought to the court sometimes in August 2015 for allegedly defrauding a 27-year old Philomena Ajil to the tune of N550,000 and took her to a hotel in Ikotun area and engaged her in sex deliverance for her to be successful in her business.

According to PM News, the sex romp lasted for several days before the victim realized it was a scam. Okozie was however granted bail by presiding Magistrate, Mrs J.O.E Adeyemi. Not remorseful by his earlier wrongdoing, Okozie went again and committed a similar offence.

Last week, Okezie was arrested and charged to the same Ejigbo court presided by Magistrate A.A. Fashola for allegedly defrauding another 26-year-old woman, Amarachi Dike to the tune of N1m, engaging her in marathon sex in a hotel under the false pretense of giving her spiritual empowerment for success. The police also recovered a Golf car with registration number AAA 821 BE which he used to lure women into his fraudulent activity.

One of the victims, Dike narrated how she fell into Okezie’s trap while she was returning from church service from Festac area to her base in Iyana Iba area. She said they pretended to be taxi operators plying from Festac to Apo junction near mile 2 area. She said from there, she lost her consciousness and they took her to Ikotun under the false pretence that they supply her goods which later turned out to prayer deliverance. She narrated that Okozie who acted as a prophet forced her to drink a substance, she said after that, whatever he asked to do, she would comply.

She said she borrowed money from her relations and was sending to Okezie thereafter, noting that he would engage her in marathon sex and explain to her that it was a deliverance session. She said she realized herself when those she borrowed money started putting pressure on her and she opened up that she was hypnotised and duped.

The matter was reported to the police and Okezie was arrested and charged to court. He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mr A.A. Fashola granted Okezie bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum. Okezie was remanded in prison custody pending when he perfect his bail. The matter was adjourned till 2 December 2015.

Jealous Wife Stabs Husband To Death With Kitchen Knife For Marrying A Second Wife

A jealous Asian woman has been arraigned for killing her husband in Abu Dhabi after discovering he had another wife when she saw a woman’s picture on his mobile phone. The woman told court she had no intention to kill her husband but that they were pushing each other when a knife she was grabbing pierced into his chest. She said the argument erupted when she found a woman’s picture on his mobile phone and that he confessed to her she was his second wife.

"She told the judge that she went mad and threatened him with a kitchen knife. She said the couple then pushed each other and the knife pierced into his chest by accident", the Arabic language daily 'Al Khaleej' said, adding that the judge adjourned hearings to Dec 9 to listen to more witnesses.

Married Man Dies During Marathon Sex With Prostitute In Osogbo

Virtually all the brothels located in Osogbo, capital of Osun State were deserted on Sunday following the death of a man who patronised one of the prostitutes at a popular hotel known as Morak. The development, which caused apprehension, forced most of the prostitutes in other
brothels to take to their heels. Tribune Online gathered that both the managers of almost all other brothels and ladies engaging in commercial sex in the hotels abandoned the brothels as police commenced investigation into the death of the yet-to-be identified man at Morak Hotel situated at Ago Wande area of Osogbo.

Sources told Tribune Online that the man might have died due to exhaustion after a marathon sex with one of the prostitutes. A shop owner at Ago Wande, who pleaded anonymity and claimed to have witnessed the evacuation of the corpse, told Tribune Online that "I was in my shop late that Saturday and before I left, many vehicles were parked near the brothel, but that did not raise any concern.

"When I resumed the next morning, I noticed that the brothel was virtually empty. There was no sign of life there at all. The entrance door was closed but door to the bar was slightly opened. Unknown to some of us, some of the occupants of the house confided in their friends about what happened before they ran away.

"Later around noon, policemen came and evacuated the body of the man. We were told his wife was among those that came with the police when the corpse was evacuated. But no one could identify the man in our area. His car was also taken away by the people that came with the police."

Confirming the incident, Osun State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Kola Shodipo, expressed the resolve of his command to unravel the mystery behind the man's death.

Fearless Robbers Storm Lagos Police Station, Sink Gunboat

Armed robbers on Sunday stormed the Marine Police Post of the Lagos State Police Command in the Epe area and exchanged gunfire with the policemen on duty.

During the attack, the fearless robbers attempted to steal the station’s gunboat and other ammunition.

The robbers, said to number about 20, came in a speedboat to the Marine beach at about 12.30am.

Policemen from the Epe division, the Rapid Response Squad and the Counter-Terrorism Unit, were mobilised to the scene to repel the attack.

A police source told PUNCH that the robbers, who escaped in their boat, riddled the station with bullets. The gunboat, which they attempted to steal, sank in the water.

He said, “It was at about 12am that the militants invaded the Marine Police Post, Epe. Their mission was to kill the policemen and dismantle the security structures around the place so that they could embark on a bank robbery maybe on Monday.

“The gunfire lasted for several minutes, and the whole area was riddled with bullets. Eventually, they succeeded in sinking the gunboat. No policeman was killed but some might have been injured by the bullets.”

Lagos Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, went to the station on Sunday and assessed the damage.

A Lord's Chosen pastor in Tanzania, Chukwudi Okechukwu, has reportedly bagged a 30-year jail term after being convicted of smuggling cocaine worth Sh3.1 billion. Anti-narcotics police allegedly believe Okechukwu is one of the top members of a drug syndicate operating in Tanzania, Nigeria and South Africa. He was jailed alongside a South African, one Stan Hycent and Pakistani Shoaib Mohammad Ayazi over the same offence. High Court Judge, Amir Mruma, reports say has ordered the accused to pay Sh9 billion in fines
. He and his three accomplices were reportedly hiding in a mansion in Dar es Salaam’s Kuduchi Mtongani suburbs when the police allegedly surrounded the house and arrested them.

Anti-narcotics police had received information about foreigners who were planning to smuggle into the country a huge quantity of cocaine and store it in a house in Kunduchi Mtongani. However, a surveillance team led by head of Anti-Drugs Unit, ADU, Godfrey Nzowa, was deployed to keep an eye on the mansion that the preacher and his accomplices had rented. The team had purportedly knocked on the front gate in their bid to arrest the suspected drug dealers.

Soon after the police knocked on the gate and introduced themselves, reports further revealed that the four suspects started running around the house in apparent fear and panic. There was an alleged cat-and-mouse chase drama inside the compound as the police tried to get hold of one of the suspects as he was attempting to jump over the fence. Three suspects were arrested inside the house.

The Nigerian suspect was reportedly the only one who managed to jump over the wall but was arrested after a chase by the police. Upon searching the house, anti-drugs police allegedly seized 81 packets of drugs which were later confirmed by a Chief Government chemist to be cocaine hydrochloride.

The suspected sex fiend wanted for a spree of three attacks in three hours Thursday morning across Lower Manhattan is in custody, authorities said Saturday.

Robert Bowie, 20, was arrested around 1 a.m. Saturday on a slew of charges including rape, robbery and burglary.

Bowie’s alleged rampage culminated in the brutal rape of a 40-year-old woman inside her apartment near the FDR Drive around 8:45 a.m. Thursday, police said.

He emerged from the building’s stairwell and tried to strike up a conversation with the woman outside her door before grabbing her and forcing his way into her apartment, cops said. He then allegedly raped her.

The vicious attack came roughly three hours after Bowie trailed a 33-year-old woman into her James Street building, grabbed her and tried to rape and rob her, authorities said. The gutsy woman fought back and her assailant ran off.

A young man had his whole body painted white and made to walk down the street as punishment for stealing a 63-year-old pensioner's cellphone on Tuesday, November 10. Gezani Munwanati from Makuleke Village in Limpopo, South Africa, said the boy, 20, went into his bedroom and stole the cellphone.

"I left my cellphone in my room when I went to buy bread. When I returned, it was missing. My grandson said he saw the young man enter the room just after I left and steal my phone." he said.

Gezani confronted the young man but he denied stealing the phone.

"I asked him for my phone but he denied he took it, he said. I took the boy to my house, but I couldn’t beat him up or kill him. So I did something he will never forget. I painted his body and made him walk 250 metres down the street with his body covered in paint. My aim was to teach all village thieves that if they steal from me, they will be in big trouble. I bought this cellphone for R1 400 a few months ago."

The repentant young man told Daily Sun he regrets his action.

"I would like to apologise to the old man for stealing his cellphone. I will never steal again as I have learned the hard way. I advise other kids not to commit crime. It’s not good. The first cellphone I stole was from the house of a local teacher."

Warrant Officer Sam Matsimbi urged members of the community to report crimes to the police instead of taking law into their own hands.

"We appeal to community members not to take the law into their own hands. Whoever they suspect stole from them should be reported to the police." Matsimbi said.

A parking ticket found in the small rented vehicle was to tell them much more than they could have hoped – or, indeed, have feared. It had been issued in the Brussels district of Molenbeek.

Immediately the French security services alerted the Belgian Police who in turn raided a Brussels neighbourhood in connection with the atrocity in Paris.

Belgian TV news reported an arrest has been made in the suburb of Molenbeek and a video posted on Twitter showed a man being handcuffed by what appear to be plain clothes officers and uniformed cops with guns as he lies face down on a wall.

The name of the person who rented the VW used by the attackers was linked to the person arrested in Brussels.

An bomb disposal team also arrived at the scene to determine whether there were explosives in the apartment.

A 20-year-old South Texas mother was arrested this week after her 3-year-old son was shot in the chest with a revolver he found inside of a vehicle, according to court documents.

Yesenia Cantu faces a Class A misdemeanor charge of making a firearm accessible to a child, which carries up to one year in prison if convicted. The McAllen Monitor reports Justice of the Peace Marcos Ochoa issued her a $10,000 bond, and that she was formally charged Monday.

The incident occurred at about 7:10 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2015.

Hidalgo County Sheriff's Deputies met with Cantu’s aunt who told them she was across the street from her house when Cantu and the child arrived at her house. The aunt said the young boy got out of the car and walked across the street to her while holding a revolver, according to a criminal complaint obtained by mySA.com.

The aunt asked the boy if she could see the gun in order to get it out of his hands, but the gun discharged as she was taking it away from him, according to the complaint.

Cantu later told deputies she found the revolver in her ex-husband’s car and she placed it in the center console of her mother’s car, which she was driving at the time of the shooting incident, according to the complaint.

She told deputies she was unsure when, or how her son knew the gun was inside the vehicle.

The McAllen Monitor reported the child survived the shooting after several surgeries.

In 2014, a Little Rock Arkansas man, Jimmy Roberts, reported his fiancé Andrea Reynolds missing and a statewide search took place. With Reynolds parents by his side, the trio reportedly never gave up looking for the missing woman, until now.According to reports, police eventually pinpointed Jimmy Roberts as a “person of interest” and obtained a search warrant for his home just last week.

What they discovered in his basement freezer was the remains of Andrea Reynolds. What is even more gruesome than what they found underneath his home, was the confession he made at the police station. Unbeknownst to her parents, the late-night search meeting BBQ’s left Andrea Reynolds literally right under their noses.

The video recorded confession of Jimmy Roberts sent chills up the spines of investigators. The following is part of the transcript released by Little Rock, Arkansas investigators: “I caught her cheating on me and I lost it…. I killed her and her boyfriend. I had to come up with something quick. So I reported her missing. Everybody began to search for her so of course I joined in. Every week we had meetings at my house and I barbecued for all the volunteers. But what they didn’t know is I put Andrea and her boyfriend in the meat grinder, made her into burger patties, and fed her to her parents. They were always so mean to me, all I could do was look at them and smile. Revenge never tasted so sweet. They had no idea! Well now they know!”

Lieut. Mark Hill called this “the most brutal, senseless act of violence I have ever seen in my 28 years of service.” Since learning of the death of her daughter Andrea, the mother, Kathy Reynolds, is being hospitalized for heart related issues and is in critical condition. Andrea’s father, Mike Reynolds, remains by his wife’s side. As for the murderer, Jimmy Roberts, he is being held without bond in the county jail awaiting his December court hearing.

Gallant troops of the Nigerian Military are moving closer to the main camp of the Boko Haram sect in Sambisa Forest.

Although they are encountering resistance from insurgents manning a number of small posts, the soldiers are unrelenting, as they are taking out the fringes and other noticeable obstacles.

On Saturday, Daily Post reported that one of such mini camps in Sambisa was demolished. Hours later, a correspondent was informed that the troops carried out a similar raid on another guard post, killing insurgents, who took to their heels on sighting the battalion.

Images obtained show an abode apparently occupied by the terrorists. A transmitter, a cylinder, wires, kegs, arms and ammunitions, dane guns, knives, cutlasses, mattresses, pillows, among others could be seen. Interestingly, the troops hit the camp as the terrorists were preparing a meal. A fresh chicken going through roasting process and what looked like cooked rice on large trays were also visible in the images.

Troops, have in the past few weeks, mercilessly dealt with the Boko Haram terrorists as they strive spiritedly to meet the December deadline set by President Muhammadu Buhari on total defeat of the sect.

The Group 'Anonymous' declares war on Islamic State after Paris attacks: 'We will hunt you down'

Hacker group Anonymous have declared war against ISIS after the attacks in Paris on Friday night.

Posting a video on YouTube, the group said it would use its knowledge to "unite humanity" and warned the terrorists to "expect us".

Behind their signature mask, a spokesperson said: "Anonymous from all over the world will hunt you down.

"You should know that we will find you and we will not let you go. "We will launch the biggest operation ever against you. "Expect massive cyber attacks. War is declared. Get prepared.

"The French people are stronger than you and will come out of this atrocity even stronger."

It isn't the first time the hackers have made threats against ISIS as they made similar threats after the Charlie Hebdo attacks in January.

The 'hacktivists' run an operation publishing a list of Twitter accounts it claims are spreading propaganda in support of ISIS.

French jets began bombing ISIS targets in eastern Syria tonight, according to France's defense ministry. This comes hours after the country's national police launched an international manhunt for a "dangerous" suspects wanted for involvement in the Paris attacks.

The French Ministry of Defense says the airstrikes is targeted at a command post and a terrorist training camp. 20 bombs have so far been dumped on ISIS’s de facto capital in Raqqah, Syria. The first target included a command post, jihadist recruiting center and a weapons warehouse, the ministry said.
