Cele ciocolatii, cu frunze, sunt primite de la nasa fetitei mele. Sunt colorate cu foi de ceapa rosie. Nu-i asa ca-s frumoase?&lt;br /&gt;

Oul cu linii colorate este un experiment. Am vazut pe Pinterest (&lt;a href="http://pinterest.com/pin/20055160813060265/" target="_blank"&gt;vedeti poza AICI&lt;/a&gt;) ca se pot vopsi ouale cu bucati de matase naturata infasurate pe ele. Am gasit cateva cravate din matase 100% si am pus in aplicare proiectul. Dupa cum se vede, nu a fost un experiment reusit. ^_^. &amp;nbsp;Noroc ca am avut de anul trecut cateva benzi de plastic ce se muleaza pe ou cand il introduci in apa fierbinte ^_^.&lt;br /&gt;

Este momentul pentru &lt;a href="http://amainbucatarie.blogspot.ro/2011/12/provocarea-secreta-editia-1.html" target="_blank"&gt;Provocarea secreta&lt;/a&gt;! Repartizarile luna aceasta au fost facute de &lt;a href="http://www.alldaycooking.net/" target="_blank"&gt;Nicol - All day cooking&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;si mi-a fost repartizat blogul &lt;a href="http://micutabucatarie.blogspot.ro/2013/01/pui-macao.html#more" target="_blank"&gt;Micuta bucatarie a Ramonei&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Desi blogul repartizat este un blog nou, deschis in 2012, am descoperit postate multe retete frumoase. Mi-a fost greu sa aleg o reteta cu care sa particip la provocare, nu pentru ca nu am avut din ce alege ci pentru ca am avut prea multe optiuni. Pana la urma m-am oprit asupra retetei &lt;a href="http://micutabucatarie.blogspot.ro/2013/01/pui-macao.html#more" target="_blank"&gt;Pui Macao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;pentru ca este o reteta gatita in stil asiatic si pentru ca este conforma cu dieta pe care o urmez. Am facut foarte mici modificari fata de reteta initiala, dar nu foarte importante: in loc de zahar am folosit indulcitor, in loc de piept de pui am folosit pulpe superioare dezosate de pui, am adaugat si 5 cm dintr-o radacina de ghimbir si nu am folosit praz pentru ca nu am gasit.&lt;br /&gt;
Multumim Ramona! A fost delicios!&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta de fata este pentru 4 portii si este conforma cu dieta Dukan - zile PL.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 kg pulpe superioare de pui, dezosate si fara piele&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ardei gras rosu&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 morcov mare&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 telina mica&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 tulpini de telina Apio&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 cm radacina ghimbir&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa mica&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri sos de soia (aliment tolerat)&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri zeama de lamaie proaspat stoarsa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingura indulcitor Sly&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri otet&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri ulei de masline (aliment tolerat)&lt;br /&gt;
- seminte de susan pentru decor - optional (atentie! nu sunt conforme cu dieta Dukan!)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pulpele de pui le-am taiat fasii subtiri de un deget. Le-am stropit cu cele doua linguri de zeama de lamaie si am condimentat cu sare si piper macinat. Am amestecat bine, apoi am bagat castronul la frigider pana cand am taiat legumele.&lt;br /&gt;

Mancarea asta se face la foc iute si este gata in cateva minute, deci este OBLIGATORIU ca toate ingredientele sa fie pregatite si la indemana!&lt;br /&gt;
Morcovul, radacina de telina, tulpinile de telina Apio si ardeiul gras rosu le-am taiat bastonase subtiri, ceapa am taiat-o solzisori, usturoiul l-am tocat marunt, iar ghimbirul l-am razuit pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mici.&lt;br /&gt;

Am pus wok-ul pe foc mare si l-am lasat sa se incinga. Am turnat uleiul si am calit in el cateva &lt;u&gt;secunde (!)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/u&gt;usturoiul tocat marunt si ghimbirul ras fin. Imediat am adaugat carnea de pui.&lt;br /&gt;

Am adaugat telina Apio si ardeiul gras rosu si le-am dat si lor 2 minute sa se imprieteneasca cu celelalte ingrediente.&lt;br /&gt;

La sfarsit am adaugat indulcitorul, sosul de soia si otetul. Am amestecat bine, am mai lasat 2 minute si am oprit focul. Mancarea este gata! Ati observat ce repede s-a intamplat totul? Legumele sunt fierte dar sunt ferme, carnea este patrunsa cat trebuie si totul miroase fenomenal de bine! De gust ce sa mai zic!&lt;br /&gt;

Cred ca am mai spus si cu alta ocazie ca ardeii umpluti cu carne sunt preferatii mei. Bunica mea, Dumnezeu s-o ierte, le facea un minunat sos cu gem de macese si erau asa buni ca abia ma puteam opri din mancat.&lt;br /&gt;
Pofta de ardei umplut aveam, ingrediente sa incropesc ceva conform si asemanator aveam, prin urmare m-am apucat de treaba.&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta de fata este conforma cu dieta Dukan - zile PL. Ar fi fost conforma si cu dieta Montignac - faza I daca nu adaugam morcov in compozitia de carne.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g piept de pui&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 morcov&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 conserva cubulete de rosii in bulion&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- 12 ardei grasi, nu prea mari&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 foi dafin&lt;br /&gt;
***Sos:&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri pasta de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 conserva cubulete de rosii in bulion&lt;br /&gt;
- piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingura indulcitor&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Carnea am tocat-o impreuna cu ceapa si morcovul. Peste ea am adaugat cubuletele de rosii in bulion si am condimentat cu sare si piper macinat. Compozitia obtinuta am indesat-o in ardeii curatati de cotoare si seminte.&lt;br /&gt;

Ardeii umpluti i-am asezat intr-o craticioara si am turnat apa cat sa-i acopere un pic. Am adaugat foile de dafin si putina sare, am acoperit cu un capac, apoi i-am pus sa fiarba la foc mititel pentru o ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp am pregatit sosul.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o craticioara am pus pasta de tomate si am calit-o un pic la foc mic. Am adaugat cubuletele de rosii in bulion, piper macinat si indulcitorul, am amestecat bine si am lasat sa fiarba molcom vreo 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Ardeii umpluti i-am servit fierbinti, alaturi de sosul dulceag de rosii.&lt;br /&gt;

Pieptul de pui este destul de fad si poate fi greu de inghitit, mai ales de cei care s-au cam saturat de piept de pui (cei la dieta ma vor intelege), dar cu ardeiul si cu sosul a mers de minune. Data viitoare voi adauga ciuperci si mai multa ceapa.&lt;br /&gt;

Cine ar fi crezut ca poti face chiftele fara sa le tavalesti prin faina si fara sa le prajesti in ulei mult? Uite ca se poate!&lt;br /&gt;
Aceste chiftelute au fost foarte bune, iar ideea mea de a adauga in compozitie si busuioc (am congelat anul trecut o caserola) s-a dovedit a fi una inspirata. Tot o idee inspirata a fost si coacerea compozitiei de chiftele in formele de briose. Cele coapte in tava nu au avut o forma definita, dar cele coapte in formele de briose au iesit perfecte. De acum inainte doar asa le voi coace si va sfatuiesc si pe voi sa procedati la fel!&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta de fata este conforma cu dieta Dukan (zile PL). Daca nu folositi morcov in compozitie, reteta este conforma si cu dieta Montignac.&lt;br /&gt;
Din ingredientele de mai jos mi-au iesit 25 de chiftelute, din care 7 au fost coapte in forme de briose.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g piept de pui&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 morcov&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 conserva cubulete rosii in bulion&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingura zdravana de busuioc tocat (eu am avut congelat)&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pieptul de pui l-am tocat impreuna cu ceapa si morcovul.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un bol am amestecat toate ingredientele pana cand am obtinut o compozitie omogena.&lt;br /&gt;

Cu o lingurita am pus gramajoare de carne in tava captusita cu folie de silicon (puteti folosi hartie de copt daca nu aveti folie de silicon!), apoi mi-a venit ideea de a coace restul compozitiei in forme de briose.&lt;br /&gt;

Cand am iesit de la birou, in drum spre casa am trecut prin piata. Pe o taraba tronau cateva verze micute dar dolofane, cu frunze fragede si crocante. Instantaneu am simtit in nari miros de varza calita, cu rosii si marar! Bineinteles ca am cumparat o capatana de varza si m-am grabit spre casa sa-mi ostoiesc pofta.&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta de mai jos este conforma cu dieta Montignac si cu dieta Dukan (zile PL). Pulpele le-am gatit cu pielea pe ele, dar eu am inlaturat pielea cand mi-am pus in farfurie.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- o capatana varza (a mea a avut aproape 1.5 kg)&lt;br /&gt;
- pulpe inferioare de pui&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 conserva de cubulete de rosii in bulion&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- marar si cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Varza am tocat-o marunt si am frecat-o in pumni cu un praf de sare.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o tava cu peretii inalti am pus un strat generos de varza (tineti cont ca la gatit varza pierde mult volum!) si am turnat o cana cu apa. Peste varza am asezat pulpele de pui si am presarat piper macinat, cimbru si marar.&lt;br /&gt;
Tava astfel pregatita am bagat-o la cuptor, la foc moderat, pe raftul din mijloc.&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa 40 minute am scos tava din cuptor si am intors pulpele si pe partea cealalta. Deasupra lor am turnat conserva de rosii in bulion si am bagat iar tava la cuptor.&lt;br /&gt;

Ce mirosuri mi-au invadat casa! Mi-am multumit in gand ca m-am gadit sa fac varza la cuptor pentru cina, mai ales ca nu te poti pune cu poftele nebune.&lt;br /&gt;
Mesenii au fost incantati de alegerea mea si mi-au multumit cu farfurii goale si zambete largi.&lt;br /&gt;

Si pentru ca dieta pe care o urmez ma obliga sa devin "experta" in prepararea puiului, astazi va prezint o placinta din piept de pui foarte buna si satioasa. Este conforma cu dieta Montignac si cu dieta Dukan - toate fazele. Poate fi consumata ca atare sau langa o salata de verzituri daca aveti voie legume in ziua respectiva. Si pentru pachetel este minunata!&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente pentru o tava cu dimensiunile 30X17 :&lt;br /&gt;
- 700g piept de pui&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 fire ceapa verde&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri cu varf branza de vaci degresata&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pieptul de pui l-am tocat impreuna cu ceapa verde.&lt;br /&gt;

Am amestecat bine, apoi am adaugat branza de vaci degresata (eu am folosit Delaco 0.2% grasime) si am amestecat iar.&lt;br /&gt;

Spuneam la postarea &lt;a href="http://cristina-cristinasworld.blogspot.ro/2013/05/maioneza-fara-ulei.html" target="_blank"&gt;Maioneza fara ulei&lt;/a&gt; ca am facut o salata la care am folosit acea maioneza. Ei bine, asta e minunata salata! Poate nu este cea mai aratoasa salata, dar este foarte gustoasa, satioasa si conforma cu dietele Montignac si Dukan (zilele PL). Noi am servit-o la cina, dar poate fi mancata si la micul-dejun. De asemenea poate fi luata si la pachetel.&lt;br /&gt;

- 2 conserve de ton in apa, scurse de zeama&lt;br /&gt;

La sfarsit am adaugat piper macinat dupa gust. Nu am adaugat sare pentru ca nu mi s-a parut ca are nevoie si va sfatuiesc sa gustati salata inainte de a adauga sare.&lt;br /&gt;
Am servit-o imediat mesenilor, presarata cu ceapa verde taiata rondele.&lt;br /&gt;

Ca si voi, cei care cititi acest articol, am fost sceptica cand am vazut reteta asta pe &lt;a href="http://www.retete-dukan.ro/maioneza-dukan/" target="_blank"&gt;site-ul retete-dukan.ro&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;si nu am crezut ca este posibil sa obtii acasa maioneza fara ulei. Ei bine, ma felicit ca am avut curajul sa incerc pentru ca s-a dovedit a fi o maioneza foarte buna!&lt;br /&gt;
De Paste am adaugat in maioneza preparata astfel un castravecior murat si am obtinut un minunat sos pentru ouale fierte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 galbenus fiert&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 galbenus crud&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingurita mustar (eu am folosit fara zahar)&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 linguri branza de vaci degresata&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prima data am mixat 1 minut, la viteza maxima, galbenusurile cu mustar, un pic de sare si piper macinat.&lt;br /&gt;

Am adaugat branza de vaci degresata si am mixat iar, la inceput la viteza mica, apoi la viteza mare pentru doua minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Am luat cu o lingurita din maioneza, ca sa se observe ca nu iese deloc curgatoare. Sta batoasa si nu curge! Gustul este minunat si cu greu iti dai seama ca nu este maioneza adevarata!&lt;br /&gt;
Eu am folosit maioneza la o salata de ton cu legume facute la gratar, reteta ce va urma in viitorul apropiat.&lt;br /&gt;

Un experiment reusit dupa umila mea parere.&lt;br /&gt;
Carnea a ramas frageda, iar iaurtul ii da un gust acrisor. Se preteaza foarte bine la micul dejun, la cina, ca gustarica intre mese si chiar la pachetel.&lt;br /&gt;
Aceasta reteta este conforma cu dieta Montignac si cu dieta Dukan - toate fazele. Atentie la doza zilnica permisa de tarate de ovaz si tineti cont daca consumati si alte feluri de mancare ce contin tarate de ovaz!&lt;br /&gt;
Din ingredientele de mai jos mie mi-au iesit doua tavi mari (vorbesc de tava de la aragaz) si cateva snitele la tigaie (pentru ca am probat sa vad daca merg facute si in tigaia antiaderenta).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g iaurt 0.1% grasime&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingurita boia de ardei dulce&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 lingurita piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 lingurita cimbru&lt;br /&gt;
- sare&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 linguri tarate ovaz&lt;br /&gt;
- 700g piept de pui fara os si fara piele&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un castronel am amestecat iaurtul cu ouale, condimentele si taratele de ovaz. Pieptul de pui l-am taiat felii pe lat si l-am amestecat in compozitia cu iaurt.&lt;br /&gt;

Cu o lingura am luat fiecare bucata de pui si am asezat-o intr-o tava captusita cu hartie de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Tava astfel pregatita am bagat-o in cuptor, pe raftul de sus, la foc moderat spre mic, unde a stat pana cand bucatile de pui au prins culoare frumoasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Aceasta salata este foarte gustoasa si merge mancata ca atare sau acompaniata de o bucata de friptura. Este conforma cu dieta Montignac, dar si cu dieta Dukan - zile PL.&lt;br /&gt;
Poate fi un aperitiv colorat, sau un mic-dejun delicios si plin de savoare, o cina usoara sau alegerea perfecta pentru pachetel la serviciu/scoala.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 6-7 ridichi marisoare&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 cepe verzi&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 castravete potrivit&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 oua fierte&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri zdravene de branza de vaci 0.2%&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingurita otet&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Legumele si ouale fierte le-am taiat dupa bunul plac, apoi le-am amestecat intr-un bol cu branza de vaci degresata. Am adaugat si otetul, apoi am potrivit gustul cu sare si piper macinat.&lt;br /&gt;
O minunatie! Neaparat sa incercati!&lt;br /&gt;

Poate nu arata prea comercial mancarea asta, dar va asigur ca este foarte gustoasa si n-o sa aveti nici un regret daca veti alege sa o preparati si voi. Spanac + ou = dragoste eterna, asta cred ca stie toata lumea, dar ce te faci cand nu ai voie sa folosesti ulei si nici faina? Pai faci caserola de spanac cu oua&amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley6855.gif" src="http://smilys.net//lachende_smilies/smiley6855.gif" /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 500g spanac&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 conserva de cubulete de rosii in bulion&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingura pasta de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spanacul spalat bine l-am oparit cateva minute in apa clocotita, apoi l-am lasat la scurs. Dupa ce s-a scurs bine de apa, l-am tocat marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o cratita am "calit" ceapa si usturoiul, taiate marunt, in 3 linguri de apa. Peste ele am adaugat si putina sare si piper macinat. Cand au devenit sticloase am adaugat pasta de tomate si cubuletele de rosii in bulion. Am lasat acest amestec sa fiarba cateva minute, apoi am adaugat spanacul tocat.&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa ce mancarea a fiert cateva minute, am gustat daca mai este nevoie de sare sau piper, apoi am nivelat mancarea cu o spatula si am spart deasupra 3 oua. Focul l-am micsorat si am acoperit cratita cu un capac.&lt;br /&gt;

Aburul fierbinte isi face bine treaba si ouale s-au gatit foarte bine, ba chiar galbenusul a ramas moale. Daca nu va place galbenusul moale, mai lasati mancarea sa fiarba cateva minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Mancarea asta este conforma cu dieta Montignac - fazaI si cu dieta Dukan - zilele PL (croaziera, consolidare, stabilizare), dar si cei care nu tin dieta o vor aprecia. Cum retete postate de ea am mai incercat si mi-au placut, am hotarat sa fac si aceste chiftelute.&lt;br /&gt;
Ea recomanda si bicarbonat de sodiu, dar eu nu am folosit.&lt;br /&gt;
Chiftelutele au iesit foarte gustoase si sunt foarte satioase.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 conserve de ton in suc propriu&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 linguri branza de vaci 0.2% grasime&lt;br /&gt;
- marar proaspat&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
- piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tonul din conserve l-am lasat cateva minute la scurs intr-o strecuratoare.&lt;br /&gt;
Am folosit ton de la doua marci: Clever si Pelicanul. Tonul de la firma Pelicanul este foarte bun, dar foarte sarat, prin urmare nu a mai fost nevoie sa adaug sare la chiftelute.&lt;br /&gt;

Intr-un bol am amestecat toate ingredientele: tonul maruntit si scurs bine de zeama, ouale, branza de vaci, ceapa taiata marunt, usturoiul tocat si mararul taiat marunt. Am adaugat si piper macinat, dupa ochi.&lt;br /&gt;

Tava am bagat-o la cuptor pe raftul din mijloc, la foc moderat.&lt;br /&gt;
Nu stiu din ce cauza s-a format pelicula aceea albicioasa dintre chiftelute, dar pot spune ca este foarte buna.&lt;br /&gt;
Zici ca s-a scurs oul din compozitie... Chiftelutele nu au avut insa de suferit si au fost minunate!&lt;br /&gt;

In cadrul provocarii &lt;a href="http://amainbucatarie.blogspot.ro/2013/01/provocarea-bucatar-curajos.html" target="_blank"&gt;Bucatar curajos&lt;/a&gt;, la sectiunea fel principal, a fost propusa reteta &lt;a href="http://sim0na-world.blogspot.ro/2012/11/tocanita-de-pui-cu-piure-de-cartofi-si.html" target="_blank"&gt;Tocanita de pui cu piure de cartofi si cascaval&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Din cauza dietei pe care o urmez, am renuntat la piure, iar tocanita am transformat-o in friptura la cuptor. Nu am folosit deloc ulei, in rest am folosit toate ingredientele indicate pentru tocanita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 pulpe superioare de pui, dezosate si fara piele&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ardei capia rosu&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ardei capia verde&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g rosii mititele&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Am aprins focul la cuptor, sa aiba ragaz sa se infierbante.&lt;br /&gt;
Pulpele le-am asezat in tava, iar peste ele am pus ceapa taiata marunt si ardeii taiati bastonase mici. Am presarat peste tot sare si piper macinat, apoi am turnat 200ml apa.&lt;br /&gt;
Tava astfel pregatita am bagat-o la cuptor, pe raftul din mijloc, la foc moderat.&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa 40 minute am scos tava din cuptor, am intors pulpele si pe partea cealalta si am adaugat rosiile taiate marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
Am avut norocul sa gasesc niste rosioare tare bune, zemoase si cu gust dulceag. O minunatie!&lt;br /&gt;

Carnea a iesit foarte frageda, iar legumele au format un sos minunat! Cu siguranta voi mai face acest fel de mancare! Nici nu zici ca este mancare de dieta!&lt;br /&gt;

De ce i-am zis aspic si nu piftie? Pentru ca la &lt;a href="http://cristina-cristinasworld.blogspot.ro/2012/02/racitura-de-pui.html" target="_blank"&gt;piftia (racitura) de pui&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;am fiert tacamuri de pui pana a scazut apa la jumatate, acest lucru ajutand la inghegarea preparatului, pe cand la acest aspic am folosit supa de pui gata preparata si bucati de pui gata pregatite (in cazul meu, la cuptor).&lt;br /&gt;
Aspicul asta se vrea a fi o alta varianta de a prezenta la masa carnea de pui, iar daca urmati dieta Dukan intelegeti la ce ma refer&amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley1386.gif" src="http://smilys.net//smiley_opfer/smiley1386.gif" /&gt;. La un moment dat nici nu vrei sa o mai vezi!&lt;br /&gt;
Cand tii dieta trebuie sa fii foarte creativ, altfel te plictisesti repede si capitulezi usor. Prin urmare voi prepara amaratul asta de pui in atatea feluri de o sa le pierd sirul &amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley1653.gif" src="http://smilys.net//zwinkernde_smilies/smiley1653.gif" /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 300ml supa de pui strecurata&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 piept de pui fara piele, fiert sau copt la cuptor sau pe gratar&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 pliculet gelatina&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
- sare si piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eu am folosit o cutie goala de lapte pentru a obtine o forma dreptunghiulara pentru aspicul meu, ca o toba, dar asta nu este o conditie obligatorie.&lt;br /&gt;
Gelatina am lasat-o la hidratat in apa rece pentru 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Carnea am taiat-o marunt. Data viitoare o voi taia in betisoare mai grosute ca arata mai bine la taiat.&lt;br /&gt;
Usturoiul l-am taiat feliute, iar supa de pui am incalzit-o.&lt;br /&gt;

Gelatina hidratata am incalzit-o la bain-marie pana s-a topit, apoi am dizolvat-o in supa calda de pui. Am potrivit gustul supei cu sare si piper macinat, apoi am pus in ea usturoiul taiat. I-am dat ragaz vreo 10-15 minute sa-si traga sufletul si sa se parfumeze cu usturoi, apoi am turnat-o peste carnea din cutia goala de lapte. La gura cutiei am pus o strecuratoare pentru ca nu-mi place sa vad usturoiul in aspic/racitura.&lt;br /&gt;

Puteti pune in aspic si legume fierte: morcov, brocoli, fasole pastai. Asta insa numai daca consumati aspicul in zilele in care aveti voie sa consumati legume. Eu am preferat sa-l fac fara legume in el si in zilele PL am adaugat in farfurie ceapa verde si ridichi.&lt;br /&gt;

De pe blogul Ramonei am ales sa fac pentru provocare o reteta cu pui:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://cozinhaderamona.blogspot.ro/2011/04/pulpe-cu-usturoi-si-ierburi-aromatice.html" target="_blank"&gt;Pulpe cu usturoi si ierburi aromatice la cuptor&lt;/a&gt;. Fata de reteta originala eu am facut urmatoarele modificari: nu am folosit ulei deloc, nu am folosit rozmarin pentru ca nu-mi place, iar in loc de cartofi am folosit ciuperci pentru ca dieta mea interzice cartofii.&lt;br /&gt;
Friptura a fost foarte aromata din cauza vinului alb si a mentei, carnea a fost frageda si buna. Multumesc Ramona pentru idee!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1kg pulpe inferioare de pui, fara piele&lt;br /&gt;
- 150ml vin alb&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 lingurite menta uscata&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingurita cimbru uscat&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 lingurita piper macinat&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 kg ciuperci&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pulpele de pui le-am pus intr-un castron si am turnat peste ele vinul alb. Am adaugat si ierburile, apoi am amestecat bine. Castronul l-am bagat apoi la frigider pentru o ora, pentru ca marinata sa parfumeze bine puiul.&lt;br /&gt;

Intre timp am taiat ciupercile in sferturi, am curatat usturoiul si l-am taiat feliute subtiri si am pregatit o tava cu peretii inalti.&lt;br /&gt;

Am asteptat cu rabdare sa treaca o ora de cand am bagat castronul la frigider, apoi l-am scos si am asezat pulpele marinate peste ciupercile din tava. Deasupra am turnat marinata din castron. Am presarat sarea, piperul si feliutele de usturoi, apoi am bagat tava la cuptor, pe raftul din mijloc, la foc mediu.&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa o jumatate de ora am scos tava din cuptor si am intors pulpele si pe partea cealalta. Am bagat apoi iar tava in cuptor, unde a mai stat 20 minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Foarte buna friptura asta! Sotul si fetita mea au mancat cu mare pofta. Ciupercile sunt foarte aromate si sunt o companie placuta pentru carnea frageda si parfumata. Menta aia din marinata face toti banii! Data viitoare voi folosi menta proaspata :)&lt;br /&gt;

Reteta de fata a rezultat in urma dorintei de a manca ceva dulce dar conform cu dieta pe care o urmez. Planul era ca desertul asta sa fie doar pentru mine, dar sotul si junioara nu au avut aceeasi parere&amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley1382.gif" src="http://smilys.net//essende_smilies/smiley1382.gif" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Rulada a fost foarte buna si cu siguranta voi repeta acest experiment, dar voi tripla ingredientele, ca sa ajunga la toata lumea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley1653.gif" src="http://smilys.net//zwinkernde_smilies/smiley1653.gif" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are gustul dulce-acrisor si a disparut de pe farfurie in mai putin de 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Tava folosita de mine este mica si are 15 cm latime si 25cm lungime.&lt;br /&gt;

- 400g iaurt 0.1% grasime&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- esenta de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;

Indulcitorul l-am topit in doua linguri de apa fierbinte.&lt;br /&gt;
Iaurtul l-am mixat cu ouale, indulcitorul topit si esenta de vanilie. Compozitia rezultata am turnat-o in tava captusita cu hartie de copt.&lt;br /&gt;

Am bagat tava la cuptor, pe raftul din mijloc, la foc moderat. Cand blatul este inchegat si se desprinde usor de marginea tavii, este gata.&lt;br /&gt;
Am lasat blatul sa sa racoreasca cateva minute, apoi l-am portionat in 8 fasii de circa 3 cm latime, taiate paralel cu latura mica. Fiecare fasie am rulat-o usor, obtinand astfel mini rulouri.&lt;br /&gt;
Blatul este subtire (0.5 cm), moale si pufos. Cred ca merge facuta si o rulada cu el&amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley2964.gif" src="http://smilys.net//nachdenkliche_smilies/smiley2964.gif" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Pe 13 aprilie o fetita frumusica si-a serbat ziua de nastere. Mama ei m-a rugat sa pregatesc cu aceasta ocazie un tort, lasand la alegerea mea forma si culoarea. O singura dorinta trebuia indeplinita: tortul sa fie de ciocolata.&lt;br /&gt;
De ceva vreme admiram pe Pinterest o &lt;a href="http://pinterest.com/pin/20055160811722517/" target="_blank"&gt;poza cu un tort&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;foarte simpatic. Prin urmare, inspirata de acea poza, am ales sa decorez tortul asa cum vedeti. Georgiana a fost incantata de forma finala!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://cristina-cristinasworld.blogspot.ro/2011/06/chec-simplu-cu-cirese.html" target="_blank"&gt;Blatul&lt;/a&gt; a fost unul tarcat, crema din interior a fost ganache de ciocolata cu lapte, iar la exterior l-am invelit cu ganache roz de ciocolata alba.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
***Blat:&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 oua&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cani zahar&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cana lapte&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cana ulei&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 cani faina&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 plicuri praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 linguri cacao&lt;br /&gt;
***Crema interior:&lt;br /&gt;
- 500ml frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
- 300g ciocolata cu lapte&lt;br /&gt;
***Crema decor:&lt;br /&gt;
- 300ml frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
- 150g ciocolata alba&lt;br /&gt;
- cateva picaturi colorant alimentar&lt;br /&gt;
***Decor:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 con gol de inghetata&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 tableta ciocolata cu lapte&lt;br /&gt;
- inimioare de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blatul este cel de la &lt;a href="http://cristina-cristinasworld.blogspot.ro/2011/06/chec-simplu-cu-cirese.html" target="_blank"&gt;Checul simplu cu cirese&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;si l-am facut cu o seara inainte de ornare.&lt;br /&gt;
Am batut ouale cu zaharul cateva minute apoi am adaugat laptele si uleiul. Am mai mixat un pic, cat sa se amestece bine toate.&lt;br /&gt;
Faina am pus-o intr-un castron separat si din ea am luat 4 linguri si le-am pus intr-un castronel. Peste faina din castronul mare am adaugat praful de copt si am amestecat bine. Jumatate din compozitia rezultata am turnat-o intr-un alt castron.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-unul dintre castroane am adaugat cele doua linguri de cacao, iar in celalalt am pus doua linguri de faina. Am amestecat bine cele doua compozitii.&lt;br /&gt;
Am aprins focul la cuptor si l-am lasat sa se incalzeasca bine.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o tava rotunda, captusita pe fund cu hartie de copt, am inceput sa "construiesc" blatul: in mijlocul tavii am turnat doua linguri de coca alba, peste ea am pus doua linguri de coca maro, apoi iar coca alba si tot asa pana cand am terminat cele doua compozitii. Tot timpul coca se toarna in mijloc, una peste alta.&lt;br /&gt;

Am batut usor tava de masa pentru ca cele doua compizitii sa se aseze mai bine, apoi am bagat-o la cuptor, pe raftul din mijloc, la temperatura moderata. Dupa 50 minute blatul avea o culoare frumoasa, aurie, si a trecut testul scobitorii. L-am lasat sa se raceasca in tava in care l-am copt, pana a doua zi.&lt;br /&gt;
A doua zi am taiat blatul in patru foi egale.&lt;br /&gt;

Crema ganache este usor de facut. Prima data am folosit-o la&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://cristina-cristinasworld.blogspot.ro/2011/10/prajitura-rigo-jancsi.html" target="_blank"&gt;Prajitura Rigo Jancsi&lt;/a&gt;. Acelasi mod de lucrul l-am folosit la ambele creme. La cea roz, am topit in frisca lichida colorantul alimentar.&lt;br /&gt;
Am topit ciocolata in frisca lichida. Compozitia nu are voie sa fiarba. Se tine pe foc doar pana se incalzeste frisca si ciocolata incepe sa se topeasca. Compozitia rezultata, dupa ce s-a racit, am bagat-o la frigider, unde trebuie sa stea minim trei ore. Este de preferabil sa stea peste noapte, deci ar fi bine daca ar fi facuta in seara dinaintea pregatirii tortului.&lt;br /&gt;

In mijlocul tortului am pus o gramajoara de crema de ciocolata, peste ea am turnat ciocolata topita, apoi am adaugat conul de inghetata si inimioarele de zahar.&lt;br /&gt;

Luna aceasta, la &lt;a href="http://amainbucatarie.blogspot.ro/2013/01/provocarea-bucatar-curajos.html" target="_blank"&gt;provocarea Bucatar curajos&lt;/a&gt;, a fost propusa pentru desert reteta &lt;a href="http://bucatariacorinei.blogspot.ro/2012/01/prajitura-cu-morcovi.html" target="_blank"&gt;Prajitura cu morcovi&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Din cauza de dieta obligatorie, am folosit doar o treime din cantitatile recomandate de &lt;a href="http://bucatariacorinei.blogspot.ro/" target="_blank"&gt;Corina - Pofta vine gatind&lt;/a&gt; si astfel am facut doar cateva prajiturele, cat sa dispara rapid si sa nu fiu tentata sa capitulez in fata ispitei. Eu nu am gustat, dar ceilalti membrii ai familiei mele au declarat ca sunt extraordinar de bune si m-au pus sa promit ca le voi prepara si pentru masa de Paste. Deci Corina draga, adauga inca doi fani la fan-clubul prajiturii cu morcovi &amp;nbsp;&lt;img alt="smiley5475.gif" src="http://smilys.net//essende_smilies/smiley5475.gif" /&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente (pentru 6 prajiturele coapte in forme de&amp;nbsp;muffins):&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 morcov mare&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ou&lt;br /&gt;
- 30ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 1/2 linguri cu varf de faina (30g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 lingurita praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingura zahar&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lingurita rasa scortisoara macinata&lt;br /&gt;

Morcovul l-am razuit pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mici.&lt;br /&gt;
Faina am amestecat-o cu praful de copt si cu scortisoara.&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un castron am mixat 1 minut oul cu zaharul, apoi am adaugat morcovul ras si uleiul.&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa ce le-am mixat cateva secunde, am adaugat si faina imbunatatita si am mixat iar pana cand toate s-au imprietenit si au format o coca moale, curgatoare, fara cocoloase.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu am ales sa coc prajitura in forme de muffins&amp;nbsp;din silicon si nu a fost nevoie sa le ung cu nimic.&lt;br /&gt;

Am bagat tava la cuptor pe raftul din mijloc, la foc mediu. A fost nevoie de fix o jumatate de ora pentru ca prajiturelele sa se coaca si sa fie gata. In casa mirosea divin!&lt;img alt="smiley5179.gif" src="http://smilys.net//verliebte_smilies/smiley5179.gif" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In magazine exista o mare varietate de abtibilduri cu ajutorul carora putem decora ouale pentru Paste. In majoritatea anilor trecuti asta a fost metoda aleasa de noi pentru decorarea oualor. Junioara a fost foarte incantata ca poate sa faca ea treaba asta, iar eu am fost incantata de rezultat. Le-a facut frumoase, nu?&lt;/div&gt;

Un mic sfat: nu ungeti ouale vopsite cu unsoare pentru luciu decat DUPA ce ati lipit abtibildurile, altfel abtibildurile nu se mai lipesc de ou! Bineinteles, abtibildurile se lipesc pe ouale uscate si reci.&lt;br /&gt;

O metoda foarte usoara de ornat ouale vopsite!&lt;br /&gt;
Aveti nevoie de ousor golit si vopsit, ochisori si urechiuse de iepuras desenate pe o hartie si apoi decupate, un petic de blanita sau cateva fire de lana, o carioca neagra si un copil istet si dornic sa ajute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oul crud se inteapa la ambele capete cu un ac gros. Suflam pe la un capat al oului si continutul va iesi destul de usor pe la celalat capat, deci aveti grija sa tineti oul deasupra unui castronel.&lt;br /&gt;
Ouale golite se vopsesc in vopsea speciala pentru oua, se lasa la zvantat, apoi se orneaza dupa imaginatie.&lt;br /&gt;
Ousorul din poza a fost ornat de junioara mea in urma cu doi ani. Anul trecut am implicat-o si pe junioara in pregatirile pentru Paste si am rugat-o sa ma ajute sa decoram ouale. Cred ca nu este greu de imaginat bucuria ei, mai ales dupa ce i-am spus ca vom incerca ceva nou &amp;nbsp;:D&lt;br /&gt;
Citisem pe internet ca se pot decora ouale si cu ajutorul creioanelor de ceara, asa ca am hotarat sa aplicam aceasta metoda pentru a infrumuseta ousoarele noastre. &lt;br /&gt;

Am fiert ouale, am pregatit vopseaua pentru oua in cateva borcane si junioara si-a adus creioanele de ceara.&lt;/div&gt;

Ouale fierbinti le-am pus unul cate unul in suportul pentru oua si junioara a desenat pe ele tot ce i-a trecut prin cap. Datorita caldurii degajata de ou, creionul de ceara se topeste frumos si culorile sunt foarte intense.&lt;/div&gt;

Initial a vrut sa deseneze flori si inimioare dar, cand intorcea oul, ceara topita se intindea cum vroia ea in locul in care venea in contact cu degetelele sau cu suportul pentru ou. Prin urmare a trasat doar cateva linii de diferite culori si a renuntat la ideea initiala. Ulterior am vazut pe internet ca poti desena pe ouale reci si apoi le vopsesti. Dupa ce au fost desenate cu creioanele de ceara, ouale au fost bagate in vopsea de oua, preparata dupa indicatiile de pe pachet. Le-am lasat in vopsea cateva minute, apoi le-am scos pe servetele de hartie. Dupa ce s-au uscat, junioara le-a uns cu un strat subtire de ulei, ca sa capete luciu. Pentru asta i-am dat o pereche de manusi de unica folosinta si i-am turnat putin ulei in palma. Nu trebuie mult ulei pentru aceasta operatiune. Cu un strop de ulei dai luciu la cateva ousoare.&lt;br /&gt;

Astea sunt ousoarele noastre de anul trecut. Junioara a infrumusetat trei oua: unul pentru mine, unul pentru tati si unul pentru ea. Restul le-am vopsit normal.&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa cum se observa din poze, vopseaua de oua a colorat doar partile de coaja care nu au fost acoperite de ceara colorata. Au iesit foarte frumoase si interesante!&lt;br /&gt;

Sambata trecuta am dat intamplator peste postarea &lt;a href="http://bucatariacorinei.blogspot.ro/2010/03/pizza-pe-lipie.html" target="_blank"&gt;Corinei (Pofta vine gatind) - Pizza pe lipie&lt;/a&gt;. Pentru ca aveam toate cele necesare si pentru ca pofteam la pizza de ceva vreme deja, am zis sa incerc si eu sa vad ce iese. Ei bine, de atunci am mai facut de inca trei ori, asa de mult ne-a placut! Modul de lucru este foarte simplu si pizza iese foarte buna. Lipia libaneza se comporta exemplar pe post de blat de pizza: este subtire, nu se rupe, nu se intareste la cuptor. S-a dovedit a fi o idee excelenta pentru pofticiosii puturosi :D&lt;br /&gt;
Obligatorii sunt doar lipiile libaneze, ca restul este optional si dupa bunul plac al degustatorului. Prin urmare nu voi da o lista de ingrediente, ci voi da cateva sugestii de ingrediente ce pot fi folosite deasupra lipiei: ciuperci, mezeluri, branzeturi, ardei gras, gogosar, ceapa, masline, boabe de porumb, piept de pui, ananas, rosii, spanac, oua, sos de rosii, usturoi, busuioc, ketchup, lastari, carne tocata etc.&lt;br /&gt;

Lipia am uns-o cu sos de rosii, am pus deasupra tot ce-am dorit, apoi am bagat tava la cuptor, la foc moderat, pentru aproximativ 10-15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Da, am avut noroc! Am reusit sa mai fac inca o zama saptamana asta! Sunt tare mandra de mine ca am reusit sa introduc in meniul zilei de ieri o ciorba :D Ai mei nu sunt foarte incantati, dar asta nu i-a impiedicat sa manance ce li s-a pus in fata. Si pentru ca farfuriile au fost golite, consider ca am castigat inca o batalie in razboiul intern anti-supa/ciorba :D&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientele de mai jos sunt pentru o oala de 4 litri.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa mijlocie&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 punga legume congelate pentru ciorba de vacuta fara vacuta (ardei gras, praz, fasole verde, mazare, morcov, telina) 400g&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 cartofi mari&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 conserva cubulete de rosii in bulion&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 l zeama de varza&lt;br /&gt;
- frunze de telina (eu am avut congelate)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ou - optional&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In oala in care urma sa fac ciorba am pus uleiul la calit. In el am calit ceapa pana a devenit sticloasa, apoi am adaugat legumele congelate (nu trebuie decongelate inainte!) si le-am calit impreuna cateva minute. Peste ele am turnat 3 litri de apa si zeama de varza, apo am adaugat si cartofii taiati cubulete mai mari. Focul l-am pastrat mic si am lasat ciorba sa fiarba in tihna.&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa ce cartofii au fiert, am adaugat rosiile in bulion si am lasat ciorba sa ajunga iar la fierbere. Dupa un clocot scurt am oprit focul si am adaugat frunzele de telina congelate.&lt;br /&gt;
Oul l-am batut bine intr-un castronel. Peste el am adaugat un polonic de ciorba fierbinte si am amestecat bine, apoi am turnat totul in oala de ciorba, amestecand repede cu o furculita. Au rezultat niste zdrente tare dragute, care dau bine in farfuria de ciorba.&lt;br /&gt;
Daca vreti ca ciorba sa fie de post, renuntati la ou. Oul nu este obligatoriu!&lt;br /&gt;
Minunata! Asta e cuvantul care imi vine in minte cand ma gandesc la ciorba asta :D&lt;br /&gt;

Neaparat sa repet reteta asta! Mi-a placut foarte mult!&lt;br /&gt;

P.S. Zeama de varza nu am fiert-o in prealabil. Am adaugat-o odata cu apa peste legume. Da, ati citit bine: DOUA INGREDIENTE!!!&lt;br /&gt;
Si cica biscuitii astia sunt sanatosi, dietetici, digestivi si vegani. Nu intru in detalii tehnice, ca nu e domeniul meu, doar scriu ce-am vazut la altii.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru ca nu contin faina, lapte, oua, grasime, sunt buni si pentru cei care au intoleranta la acestea.&lt;br /&gt;
Si sunt de post! :D&lt;br /&gt;
No, dupa atatea laude cum era sa trec pe langa reteta asta fara sa o incerc macar?&lt;br /&gt;
Am incercat-o si pentru ca biscuiteii ne-au placut mult, am zis sa trecem reteta si pe blog, ca sa vada si altii si sa incerce.&lt;br /&gt;
Reteta permite adaugarea de nuci, stafide, cipsuri de ciocolata, bombonele colorate, nuca de cocos, fructe uscate, fructe confiate, cacao, alune, esente, rahat etc. De asemenea, biscuitii pot fi inveliti in ciocolata. Bineinteles ii puteti lasa si asa, simpli.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente (12 biscuiti):&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 banane mari, bine coapte&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cana fulgi de ovaz&lt;br /&gt;

Am aprins focul la cuptor si l-am lasat sa se incinga.&lt;br /&gt;
Am strivit bananele cu o furculita si le-am amestecat cu fulgii de ovaz. Eu am adaugat si cateva bobite mici de ciocolata amaruie.&lt;br /&gt;

Tava am bagat-o in cuptorul incins, pe raftul din mijloc, la foc moderat spre mare, timp de 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Desi de felul meu sunt "ciorbareasa", gatesc foarte rar supe si ciorbe pentru ca sotul si fetita mea nu prea le agreeaza.&lt;br /&gt;
Supa de fata am facut-o dupa multe negocieri si a iesit foarte deasa pentru ca numai asa mi-a fost acceptata dorinta de a gati pentru cina o supa.&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientele folosite sunt pentru o oala de ciorba/supa de 4 litri.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ceapa mijlocie&lt;br /&gt;
- 50ml ulei&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ardei gras verde&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 morcov nu prea mare&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 telina mica&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 radacina patrunjel&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 conopida mica&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 conserva cubulete de rosii in bulion (400g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 100g taitei foarte subtiri (de post)&lt;br /&gt;
- sare&lt;br /&gt;
- frunze de telina (eu am avut congelate)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Toate legumele au fost spalate, curatate si taiate marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
In oala in care urma sa fac supa am pus uleiul la incins si am calit in el ceapa, ardeiul gras si morcovul. Peste ele am pus 1 lingurita rasa de sare. Cand ceapa a devenit sticloasa si ardeiul s-a inmuiat, am turnat deasupra lor 3 litri de apa. Am adaugat si telina, patrunjelul si conopida.&lt;br /&gt;
Focul l-am pastrat mic si am lasat supa sa ajunga la fierbere.&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa ce a fiert cateva minute, am adaugat rosiile in bulion si am lasat supa sa dea cateva clocote, apoi am oprit focul. La sfarsit am adaugat frunzele de telina si fideaua subtire. Am acoperit oala cu un capac si am lasat fideaua sa se gateasca in supa fierbinte.&lt;br /&gt;
