This is a photo of the Eyelet Round Capelet. You may have already looked at this capelet on the piece-by-piece.net web site. Previously, it was shown knit with Plymouth Encore yarn. Same pattern but it is now knit with a multicolor boucle yarn. It was knit with Patons Canadiana Boucle. This yarn gives the Eyelet Round Capelet a whole new look!

Knit Hat for All Sizes pattern by Kathy North of Designs by KN. I just completed knitting this beanie hat. It fits a young baby. I used Skacel Big Print 100% SuperWash yarn. Since this yarn is smaller gauge, I used the directions for the medium hat up until 5" and then followed the extra small size directions.

Great pattern! :)

Just finished knitting the 2nd sock in this pair. The socks are from the same yarn dye lots and I started each at the beginning of the skein. But, look at the difference. Kinda neat how that works with hand-knitted socks.

This Fall, I've been knitting and crocheting donations for Snug Hugs for Kids in IL. Each year, Snug Hugs for Kids helps 40,000+ children and families in IL. Today, I mailed 36 hats and 11 scarves to this charity. Hope these items help keep a few kids warm, this winter.
