I said it last week in Crooked in Canada and I’m going to say again, “Arcelie Laoagan was probably dead before Christopher Watcheston raped her.”  The way I see it, according to Watcheston, she was begging him not to rape her, therefore there I’m thinking the woman would have probably put up quite a fight, if in fact she was alive before he yanked her pants and panties down around her ankles and slammed his dick into her.

What was it he said in court, something about being totally out of it after downing what two dozen beers was it, and smoking some drug I never heard of before?

Let’s assume that he is telling the truth about that. He would have been in no shape to fend off his victim if she decided to fight back, not if the way he described himself as being at the time of the murder is to believed

I’m thinking Watcheston was so f***ing out of it that he couldn’t fight his way out of a wet paper bag and that he struck her down first because he new the kind of  shape that he was in, he wouldn’t be able to take her on.

I think he blindsided her, cracked her over the skull once they were out of sight of the CCTV cameras.

There was video of her walking of the LRT platform with him wasn’t there?

I’m telling you, she was dead before he raped her, that’s how f***ing out of it he was.

If he did rape her when she was dead, that is going to come out eventually–maybe not in the trial, but if it happened, the way I theorized it happened, that story will eventually be told. I hear the trial has been delayed by the way, something about some new evidence, last minute evidence passed on to prosecutors by somebody who has come forward with this evidence.

I’m thinking it is going to be an eyewitness account of Watcheston striking the woman down first, and that while her body lay motionless on the cold ground, he raped her then and there, and that he may have even taken the time to see if she was alive after he was finished with her. Geez, I have a fertile mind sometimes, don’t you think?

Yeah, so anyway, the trial is expected to resume on Monday after the Watcheston defence team has time to review this new evidence. You know what else I’m thinking; Watcheston might have had a partner in crime waiting behind the church. For the past couple of days I have been bypassing a news story about a union representing Dutch nurses in Holland, something about hand jobs not being part of their job description when it comes to the home care they provide.

LIKE REALLY, it isn’t–and here I thought it was, that man had been blessed with such good fortune when they were no longer able to sexually satisfy themselves, or no longer had a wife, girlfriend, husband, boyfriend or whatever among the living to do it for them. So yeah, this union that represents Dutch nurses, NU’91, has launched a campaign called “I Draw The Line Here” in response to a complaint it received from a 24-year-old woman, who says that a 42-year-old disabled man asked her to perform a sexual act for him as part of his home care.

She wasn’t impressed of course, and promptly filed a grievance with the union, after the man tried to have her fired for refusing his request. Here’s the part I don’t get though, the woman apparently had been watching other nurses give this guy hand jobs before, and the part I don’t understand is the part where SHE DIDN’T SEEM TO BOTHERED BY IT THEN.

Seriously, she didn’t think the matter at hand at that time wasn’t important enough to take it to the union then.  She couldn’t have, otherwise whacking the guy off wouldn’t be a big deal for her now.

Maybe she was quietly getting off watching the other nurses stroke this guy, and just didn’t want to you know, miss out on other opportunities to “get herself off” on the job without having to touch the disabled man’s dick.

So like a true NHLer, ex MP Rahim Jaffer is going to skate, albeit not with the puck heading towards the other end of the ice. He’s going to skate on drink-driving charges. As far as this blogger is concerned that, is TOTAL F***ING BULLSHIT.

If it was me, you or somebody of less importance or as well known as Jaffer, who has some friends in high places, the judge would have thrown the book at us if we were up on the same charges.  And what about the Crown,  wouldn’t they  have went up and down each side of the judge if he even dared to cut us  as much slack as Ontario Court Justice Doug Maund did for  the cocaine sniffing party animal that used to be on the Canadian taxpayer’s payroll.

What a f***ing joke our crime fighters are when they are sitting on, in front of,  and behind the bench of our Canadian law enforcement team.

Yeah your honour, letting Jaffer skate on drunk driving and drug possession charges because he agreed to plead guilty to careless driving, accept a fine and donate $500 to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in a plea agreement sends a strong message to “people from his community” , the hoity-toity kind who look down their noses at others, right your honour. Like WTF man.

The cops, they are slacking off–some proof of that how out of control I think youth crime is, and the Crown, like WTF man–they are cutting deals with hired guns, hitmen who dime out their former biker buddies. And the judges, and there are lot of these kind–they are letting murderers skate when it comes to being criminally responsible for their actions.

Do I need to provide any examples of the latter to back up my mouth, or are your eyes open enough to know what I am talking about there?

I don’t know Canada, but law and order isn’t exactly working the way it should be, for if it was, judges wouldn’t be letting people skate on serious crimes–drink driving being one of those “serious crimes” that has motivated me into going off on this failure of the Canadian justice system.

Since I have kind of compared Jaffer’s slap on the wrist to that of a hockey player skating away; I think it is so cool that Air Canada delayed a flight to accommodate hockey fans at the terminal. In its 72 years of existence, Air Canada has never encountered such a delay.

In the end, it was worth the wait, huh flight crew.

Geez, I bet there were a few drinks pounded back on that flight after Team Canada, thanks to Sidney Crosby’s overtime goal, won Olympic gold.

This guy should have been gone from Canada a long f***ing time ago, but yet he is still in the country.

And, the other day, I heard that the judge dismissed the jury, meaning the trial is going to be delayed for how long now, and at what cost to taxpayers?

Like WTF man, like let’s get this f***ing show on the road your honour, and when its over instead of jailing  Reyat, take him to the airport and put his pathetic Indian ass on plane bound for anywhere but a place in Canada. No f***ing appeals, no nothing for him. Kick him out. Keep him out. Like I said, he should have been gone a long time ago.

Geez man, I would have thought by now that when it comes to this kind of stuff–the world had evolved beyond playing silly little games like the one Itawamba County Agricultural High School in Fulton, Mississippi is playing with Constance McMillen.

Like come on now, does it really matter who she brings as her date, and explain to me how cancelling the prom is  a win-win situation. If anything,  by cancelling the prom, school officials are putting  the beautiful looking Constance (check out her pic below)  at risk of personal harm if students start blaming her of the cancellation. But then again, the students are probably mature enough to know better, and will take their frustration out on school officials, instead of Constance.

Whoever is responsible for this lame call, that person isn’t fit to be a leader of students and he or she should tender her resignation right now. Like how childish is that person–and what does he or she hope to gain from their ridiculous act, satisfaction that he or she was able to stick it to the gay community.
