FOX News Digital is seeking a Project Manager. Responsibilities include: - Lead and manage both complex and simple projects. - Develop and maintain a thorough and documented project plan - i.e., outline project scope with client, set resource needs, set project goals, create the project plan, and oversee creation and delivery. - Manage internal and external client relationship and communication to stakeholders throughout the project development/QA process. - Build strong working relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders. - Lead a team of developers and quality assurance analysts, both onsite and offshore, through all phases of project lifecycle. Essential Skills and Experience: - Excellent PM skills. - Strong knowledge of Internet development in a fast-paced environment. - Has led a number of significant web-based software projects from start to finish ** from definition of requirements through release and ongoing maintenance. - Min. 3-5 yrs demonstrated experience managing complex projects. - Good presentation skills; excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to communicate with business people about business issues and with technical people on technical delivery detail - Experience in working with remote staff.

The Lead Web Application Developer will work with the AASHE's IT Team as the lead programmer for the <a href="http://www.aashe.org/stars/">Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS)</a> online reporting tool.
