text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p  style="text-align: justify;font-family:courier new;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Mais tarde, lembro-me de escolher receitas de bolos que a minha irmã fazia ao Sábado. Enquanto os ditos bolos coziam, dedicava-me a ler os capítulos explicativos do livro – o que fazer em cada situação, que menu, que decoração.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: courier new; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p  style="text-align: justify;font-family:courier new;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;O livro, que ainda existe, é “A mulher na sala e na cozinha”, de Laura Santos. Depois de alguns anos perdido, reencontrei-o – e, se antes me fazia sorrir, agora faz ainda mais. Capítulos como “o aniversário da filha” ou “merenda para o campo”, levam-me a imaginar as raparigas novas dos velhos tempos, que saíam de casa e eram presenteadas com livros de instruções como este – uma espécie de livro de auto-ajuda: como cuidar da casa, da vida, como fazer os outros felizes, como ser feliz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: courier new; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p  style="text-align: justify;font-family:courier new;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;E penso: qual é afinal o papel da mulher de hoje? Qualquer pessoa diria que um livro destes nos dias hoje seria ridículo, no entanto a mulher ainda é vista como cabeça de casal no que toca a culinária. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: courier new; text-align: justify;"&gt;  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p  style="text-align: justify;font-family:courier new;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Numa espécie de homenagem a esta memória, iniciarei um ciclo de receitas apenas deste livro (com as&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;devidas alterações).
