CUB Enterprises experienced a record rate of growth at 522% in 2011, and expects the rapid growth trend to continue through 2014.

Clermont, FL – CUB Enterprises growth rate in 2011 exceeded expectations by reaching 522% with the last two quarters being primarily responsible for the growth, closing the year with just under $26,000 in revenues. The company paid off nearly half of its $15,000 in long-term liabilities, bringing the remaining balance down to $7,770.

The growth of the business was primarily related to the sports nutrition and business services divisions, accounting collectively for 90% of the total growth in 2011.

The executive team set the 2012 revenue goal at $125,000 and is currently looking at avenues to obtain additional funding to expand the business and fuel growth through 2014. The board has currently approved up to a $15,000 increase in long-term liabilities for this purpose.

The CEO of CUB Enterprises, Christopher Clai, posts his public letter of support for the Domestic Partnership Registry. The letter was sent to Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs after she decided to be against the registry.

The City of Orlando recently approved a Domestic Partnership Registry, it was passed unanimously. Now Orange County, the County in which Orlando resides was considering it. Below is the letter the CEO, Christopher Clai sent to her earlier this morning. Unfortunately as of its writing, Mayor Jacobs said she would not permit the registry (article). We are disappointed by her position and feel that Orange County may no longer be a good venue for our growing business. Here is the letter, in its entirety.

—

Dear Mayor Teresa Jacobs,

As a business owner who does the majority of their business in Orange County, I felt the need to reach out to you regarding your recent change of heart on the Domestic Partnership Registry.

The Domestic Partnership Registry would help fill a gap for those who have no interest in being married or remarried such as senior citizens who don’t want to divorce a loved one whose passed, or those who currently cannot get married such as gay and lesbian couples, the rights to see their loved ones and get them through difficult times. Many people these days also have no interest in being married, regardless of sexual orientation, which is their choice, and nobody should decide differently for them.

Equality for people of all ages, color, creed, nationality, sexual orientation, and disability is a “god given right”, or in my words a basic right as a human being. As the leader of Orange County, you should be embodying that same principal and protecting the rights of ALL your constituents, neighbors, family, and friends. Unfortunately, your decision showed that you rather continue to discriminate against a minority for no legitimate reason.

Leaders have to make unpopular decisions from time to time, which may upset a small minority but benefits the overall community. In many cases, even that minority who is opposed to the change would benefit. This is one of those moments in time.

There are more pressing matters facing our community than social equality but unfortunately it must be brought up so that our economy and community can continue to move forward. If Orange County does not approve the Registry, Orange County is essentially not supporting its largest city, Orlando, who unanimously passed this same measure because they recognized the importance of it. There is no legitimate or responsible reason not to pass this Registry!

The economy is rapidly changing, and we are moving into an era that discrimination will no longer be tolerated by any individual, for any legitimate reason. It’s time for Orange County to take the initiative to innovate, stimulate the economy, and move forward with this Registry. So will Orange County be a leader? That’s your call.

Equality is good for citizens, good for business, good for everyone. Make the right decision and support the Domestic Partnership Registry.

Peace,
Christopher Clai

Orlando, FL — As part of our continued company efforts toward environmental sustainability, CUB Enterprises joined the EPA’s Green Power Partnership.

“Our goal in working with the EPA was to further solidify our commitment toward a greener future and bring awareness for other companies to step up and be leaders in our communities”, said Christopher Clai, CEO of CUB Enterprises.

As part of the partnership, CUB Enterprises is required to purchase Renewable Energy Credits equivalent to its power usage until it is able to generate its power needs through renewable energy systems.

CUB intends to meet the requirements of the EPA’s program in full by the end of the first quarter in 2012. Furthermore, the company plans to focus efforts on evaluating and determining how to move from traditional energy sources to alternative energy sources over the next few years.

Innoverti has been around as a concept for nearly two years, providing services to a select clientele and expanding only on referrals.

Innoverti provides a wide-range of services including:

Business Consultation

Credit Card Processing

Registered Agent Services (Florida)

Search Engine Optimization

Marketing

Branding

Corporate Image

Web Design

Innoverti is also in the early stages of development on two major software automation components that they feel would greatly impact the Central Florida area.

The first, is called Tourix. Tourix is a tour management system that allows hospitality companies that operate tours, to run them quickly and efficiently with minimal employee oversight. It provides an end-to-end solution from the start of a sale to the completion of a tour. Providing the most benefit in times of exceptions, by handling all the reschedules and communications between your customers and staff, for you.

The second, is called ARCS. ARCS is a community management solution that automates many of the obligations of a homeowners association or community manager so that they can focus on other aspects of their operation. It handles the acceptance of payments online, and by phone for residents to pay assessments and fines, along with a full spectrum of functions for board members, committees and managers.

The innoverti division operates under the same time schedule as CUB Enterprises of 11 am – 8 pm, but can schedule services earlier than that time. The primary goal for the later scheduling is to permit businesses to reach us after peak hours, when many businesses seek advice.

BearCubHouse.com is a social network targeted toward the gay bear community, a subset of the greater gay community.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Clermont, FL – On September 6th (Labor Day), CUB Enterprises launched the first phase of its niche social network. Called the “Facebook for Bears” by its beta testers, BearCubHouse.com is a social network targeted toward the gay bear community, a subset of the greater gay community.

“ We have created a place where everyone can feel comfortable, and make friends with other bears and bear admirers around the world.” – Ryan Fowler, Co-Founder of BCH

“The majority of bear websites now that are out there, seem to be over-glorified personals with some very minor social functionality. They seem to use social network as a buzzword, versus what they actually are. When people think Social Networking, they think Facebook and MySpace. That’s what we closely resemble in comparison to.” – Christopher Clai, Co-Founder of BCH

BCH was designed with many differences in mind in comparison to many existing bear-related websites. Its core focus is on bringing the community together and creating friendships. Though for those of legal age, the site does offer an adult side and features for hookups and dating.

BCH allows and encourages those under 18 to join who are exploring their sexuality, to feel more comfortable and meet like-minded people.

BCH also offers two levels of membership. It’s free membership provides users with a fully-featured profile, photo galleries, blog, chat, private messaging, and group chats. For $59.99 a year (other payment options available), users can upgrade to a premium membership which includes unlimited audio / video chatting, file attachments, greater photo capacity, online whiteboard, be on the top of search results, first access to new features, and an expanding list of further features.

In the future, BCH will continue to expand as a central portal for the gay bear community which includes events, and group functionality. In addition, interest sections like cooking, technology, and comedy will soon follow.

The website’s press release can be viewed at (for additional information):
