La &lt;b&gt;crostata&lt;/b&gt; è un dolce che soddisfa tutti i gusti e può essere preparato con diversi tipi di farcitura, come marmellata, frutta e creme. La &lt;b&gt;crostata primavera&lt;/b&gt; è una torta farcita con crema e decorata con fragole, kiwi e banane. Importante nella perfetta riuscita di questo dolce è far intiepidire un po&amp;#39; la crema prima di utilizzarla perchè il calore renderebbe la base del dolce troppo morbida. La torta sacher o &lt;b&gt;sachertorte &lt;/b&gt;è un dolce tipico dell&amp;#39;Austria, diffuso in tutto il Mondo, la cui ricetta originale è gelosamente custodita dalla pasticceria dell&amp;#39;hotel Sacher di Vienna. L&amp;#39;ideatore di questa torta è il pasticciere austriaco &lt;b&gt;Franz Sacher&lt;/b&gt; che la realizzò nel 1832 servendola durante una festa in cui erano presenti esponenti dell&amp;#39;alta nobiltà, il dolce fu così apprezzato che al giovane pasticciere austriaco furono ordinate altre torte da ogni parte dell&amp;#39;Austria.
