Dá prá ver pela foto da &lt;a href="http://www.chezcris.com/"&gt;Cris &lt;/a&gt;como a massa dissolve na boca. Para a sobremesa: Torta de pêras quente com crumble e sorvete de creme. Levar ao fogo baixo, por 5 minutos, mexendo sempre. Desligue e acrescente noz moscada moída a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Montagem&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Onde bem entender, mas que possa ir ao forno, coloque o nhoque com presunto e ervilhas + molho por cima + parmesão cobrindo tudo. Compre sempre fresco. Nunca. Eu disse: Nunca! Congelado. Procure uma rotisserie para comprar massas frescas. Um bom nhoque é uma mão na roda, porque só precisamos preparar o molho colocar ele dentro e está feito!&lt;br /&gt;Ervilhas: prefira sempre as frescas e as congeladas. Em 2008 ganhou medalha de ouro no World Beer Cup em San Diego na categoria belga pale ale. É fechada com rolha e pode envelhecer na garrafa entre 2 e 10 anos. Tem um dourado intenso, é encorpada, possui um aroma potente e um sabor marcante muito diferente, te lembra de tudo sem que você possa especificar nada.
