&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Convențiile sunt idei pe care le considerăm &lt;i&gt;sine qua non&lt;/i&gt; atunci când luăm o decizie. Mai periculoase decât simplele idei preconcepute, convențiile sunt standarde autoinduse la care aderăm în mod conștient sau inconștient. Unele sunt inventate de alții (legislația, procedurile de la job, clauzele unui contract). Toate pot fi îmbunătățite. Dar pentru asta e necesar să le provoci &lt;b&gt;și să te provoci&lt;/b&gt; să gândești diferit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;John Kenneth Galbraith (economist) spunea cu o ironie delicioasă că &lt;b&gt;o părere convenţională ne protejează de chinul de a gândi &lt;/b&gt;(“&lt;i&gt;The conventional view serves to protect us from the painful job of thinking&lt;/i&gt;”). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br&gt;

De altfel, oameni din toate părţile Globului s-au înşelat de-a lungul timpului de multe ori şi în privinţa unor lucruri majore, precum: forma pământului, originea vieţii sau zeităţile cărora le-au închinat propria existenţă.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt;Cât de des ne reevaluăm convenţiile personale?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="RO"&gt; O, da! Avem şi noi propriile convenţii. Unele ne sunt folositoare, pentru că nu avem timpul necesar să reinterpretăm istoria zilnic. Însă uneori evităm din comoditate &lt;i&gt;chinul gândirii&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br&gt;

&lt;/tbody&gt;&lt;/table&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Cei care citesc despre dezvoltarea personală sunt familiari cu acest  concept: &amp;#39;zonă de confort&amp;#39;. Este o stare a minţii şi corpului în care  suntem relaxaţi, încrezători şi mai ales lipsiţi de provocări.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;De  ce mai ales? Pentru că o provocare implică incertitudinea reuşitei,  doborârea unor obstacole, deci părăsirea unei zone în care eram comozi  şi fără griji.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
