Service was very through, we have a couple of large dogs so carpets were pretty dirty and they now look and smell new again. Will definitely use Culbertsons next cleaning.

We had problems with pet stains that kept returning after cleaning. We had the carpet professionally cleaned by another company and were assured that the problem was taken care of. Three days later the stains were back. We had the carpet cleaned again a couple of months later just before Thanksgiving by Culbertson’s and what a difference! The stains have not reappeared and the carpet looks super. Culbertson’s prices were great, they were very friendly and easy to work with, showed up when they said they would and did a great job!

I’ve known of Culbertson’s since I first moved to Salem in 1976, and the business was located close to downtown. I remember treating my mother to a cleaning at her home in Silverton and it may have been my first experience with the excellence of Culbertson’s. I have not used anyone else since purchasing my home in Silverton in 1989. Mike has been our go-to professional in keeping this same carpet regularly cleaned. I am absolutely shocked that we still have the same carpet, and, where it does show some wear from pets, after Mike has been here it looks practically new. We have a new puppy who is now house trained, but she left quite a few stains for Mike to attend to during his last visit. My husband remarked when he came home that the carpet looked like new again. Where I am looking forward to new carpet in the not-too-distant future, I know I can use funds elsewhere as needed because Mike will work his magic and keep this carpet going for us until I splurge on new carpet. And, of course, I will rely on Culbertson’s to maintain a new one! Many thanks, Mike, for your professionalism and kindness.

From the original damage assessment, through the damaged material removal and the installation of the new materials, we experienced a fully professional experience. The on-site professionals were extremely careful to leave the office in a cleaner condition than when they entered. The coordination with our insurance coverage was clear and did not require our time or energy. The workmanship in a cabinet repair, new counter top, rubber base removal and installation after a complete sub-floor replacement was clean and painless. There was seamless insertion of a sub-contractor when it was needed for the plumbing details. Above all, there was an ‘over the top’ concern for our timing needs and no intrusion in our busy office environment. Thanks SO much for taking such great care of our needs!

The work done to clean upholstery was exceptional. The hiccup that I ran into was my service being delayed a week due to a communication issue. I work on a University campus and another department called them for upholstery cleaning. They got confused and my cleaning service was delayed. Mike (sales rep) was great to work with and very apologetic.
