400g de coco seco ralado&lt;br /&gt;
100 g queijo parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/h3&gt;Bater no liquidificador ovos, a margarina e o leite. Juntar a  farinha e o açúcar e misturar manualmente. Acrescentar o coco e o  parmesão. Colocar numa assadeira untada e forrada com papel manteiga,  passar manteiga novamente e polvilhar farinha de trigo. Assar em forno  já pré-aquecido a 200°C por 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

Numa travessa untada com margarina, faça uma camada de batata, outra  de presunto, uma de mussarela e repita até acabarem os ingredientes. Por  cima despeje o creme e salpique parmesão. Leve ao forno por  aproximadamente 40 minutos ou até dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ganache de laranja (recheio):&lt;/b&gt;        &lt;br /&gt;
450 g de chocolate meio amargo&lt;br /&gt;
450 g de creme de leite &lt;br /&gt;
100 ml de suco de laranja fresco&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de glucose &lt;br /&gt;
175 g de manteiga &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Cobertura de chocolate:&lt;/b&gt;        &lt;br /&gt;
2 ½ xícaras (chá) de chocolate meio amargo chocolate meio amargo &lt;br /&gt;
1 ½ xícara (chá) de clara de ovo pasteurizada &lt;br /&gt;
380 g de açúcar &lt;br /&gt;
2 ¼ xícaras (chá) de manteiga sem sal em temperatura ambiente e cortada em cubinhos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Compota de laranja kinkan:&lt;/b&gt;        &lt;br /&gt;
500 g de laranja kinkan &lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras (chá) de água &lt;br /&gt;
2 ½ xícaras (chá) de açúcar &lt;br /&gt;
1 canela em pau &lt;br /&gt;
5 cravos &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/h3&gt;Bolo de chocolate:&lt;br /&gt;
Unte 2 formas de 25 cm de diâmetro, apenas  o fundo, as laterais não. Bata o óleo com as gemas até obter uma  mistura homogênea. Adicione a água e o extrato de baunilha. Peneire,  misturando a mão, a farinha, um terço do açúcar, o fermento e o sal.  Adicione essa mistura as gemas. E bata em velocidade alta por 1 minuto e  reserve. Bata as claras em neve e adicione gradualmente o açúcar.  Adicione a massa. Asse por aproximadamente 25 minutos a 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ganache de laranja:&lt;br /&gt;
Leve a glucose e o creme de leite ao fogo.  Pique o chocolate. Quando o creme de leite ferver, despeje-o sobre o  chocolate picado e sem mexer deixe descansar por 1 minuto para que o  chocolate derreta. Misture até ficar homogêneo. Espere ficar morno e  junte então o suco de laranja e a manteiga em temperatura ambiente.&lt;br /&gt;

Cobertura de chocolate:&lt;br /&gt;
Faça um banho maria. Coloque as claras com  o açúcar num bowl de metal e com um batedor leve ao calor e fique  batendo até atingir 50ºC ou, que entre os dedos, não sinta mais a  textura do açúcar entre eles. Remova do calor e coloque na batedeira  para bater com o globo em velocidade méida/alta até ficar morno. Derreta  o chocolate no banho maria e derreta. Na batedeira, em velocidade  média/baixa agora, adicione a manteiga picada pouco a pouco, deixando  ficar homogénea entre uma parte e outra. Coloque então o chocolate  branco morno (35º/40º) na batedeira. Troque então o globo da batedeira  pela raquete e bata em velocidade média/baixa para obter uma mistura  lisa e compacta, sem bolhas de ar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Compota de laranja kinkan:&lt;br /&gt;
Lave bem todas as laranjas. Com um  palito, faça 4 furos na laranja. Coloque as laranjas numa panela.  Depois, coloque água em uma panela, o suficiente para cobrir as  laranjas. Leve ao fogo e depois que levantar a fervura deixe ferver por 2  minutos e escorra as laranjas. Repita o processo mais uma vez. Em outra  panela misture o açúcar e a água e leve ao fogo para que o açúcar  dissolva. Quando estiver quase fervendo, coloque as laranjas dentro da  panela e deixe ferver por 45/60min. Remova do fogo e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;

Junte o  leite, o creme de leite de uma só vez e mexa até ferver e engrossar. Em  seguida adicione o requeijão cremoso, o parmesão ralado, as gemas e  envolva bem, temperando bem. Bata bem&amp;nbsp;com o fouet até ficar liso com a  panel fora do fogo. Por último adicione as claras em neve, a salsa  fresca e envolva delicadamente até obter uma massa bem aerada e fofa.  Distribua a massa em uma forma própria para rocambole (45 x 30), untada e  enfarinhada e asse em forno preaquecido à 180ºC até dourar. Desenforme  frio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

No momento de servir, leve o rocambole ao forno  preaquecido à 200ºC e deixe por aproximadamente 15/20 minutos ou até  gratinar. Junte o açúcar, a gema e misture  até a massa ficar homogênea. Usando um rolo, abra a massa entre duas  folhas de plástico-filme e reserve por 20 minutos na geladeira.                                                &lt;br /&gt;

Numa vasilha, peneire a farinha de trigo, o açúcar,  o sal e o fermento em pó. Faça uma cavidade no centro, coloque a  margarina e as gemas e misture com as pontas dos dedos. Junte a água e  amasse até formar uma bola. Embrulhe em filme-plástico e leve à  geladeira por 15 minutos.                                               &lt;br /&gt;
Forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma redonda de  fundo removível (22 cm de diâmetro) com a massa e fure-a com um garfo.  Leve para assar por aproximadamente 25 minutos.                                                 &lt;h3&gt;Para o recheio&lt;/h3&gt;Numa vasilha, bata os ovos com um batedor de arame, junte o suco de limão, o açúcar e a margarina.                                                &lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao banho-maria, em fogo baixo, sem deixar que a  água ferva e mexa sem parar até formar um creme encorpado. Tampe e leve  ao freezer por 15 minutos.                                               &lt;h3&gt;Para a cobertura&lt;/h3&gt;Na batedeira, bata as claras em neve e acrescente,  aos poucos, o açúcar. Coloque sobre a massa o recheio e por cima a  cobertura.                                                &lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhe raspas de limão e leve ao forno por  aproximadamente 10 minutos ou até o merengue dourar. 2 Cravos-da-índia&lt;/div&gt;2 Canelas em pau &lt;br /&gt;
Para a Ganache&lt;br /&gt;
250 gramas de Chocolate ao leite&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de chá de Creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
100 gramas de Chocolate ao leite (para decorar)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;div class="prepare" style="text-align: left;"&gt;                                                                                    &lt;h3&gt;Para a Massa&lt;/h3&gt;Em um refratário coloque a margarina, a farinha de trigo e o açúcar. Esfarele com a ponta dos dedos até ficar uma farofa.                                               &lt;br /&gt;
Acrescente 1 colher (sopa) de água e amasse bem até  formar uma massa lisa e homogênea. Cubra com filme plástico e deixe  descansar em geladeira por 20 minutos.                                               &lt;br /&gt;
Separe 18 forminhas de 9 cm de diâmetro. Forre com a  massa o fundo e as laterais das forminhas, deixando ultrapassar cerca  de 0,5cm da borda (a massa encolhe quando assa e ficará da altura da  borda) e faça alguns furos com a ponta de um garfo no fundo. Leve ao  forno preaquecido à 180°C por 30 minutos ou até a massa esteja  ligeiramente dourada nas bordas. &lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;div class="prepare" style="text-align: left;"&gt;                                                                                    &lt;h3 style="color: blue;"&gt;Para a Cocada&lt;/h3&gt;Numa panela, coloque o coco com o leite condensado e  leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sem parar até obter ponto de cocada mole e  desgrudar do fundo da panela. Resfrie e reserve.                                               &lt;h3 style="color: blue;"&gt;Para a Calda&lt;/h3&gt;Numa panela, coloque o açúcar e espere derreter sem  mexer. Quando estiver totalmente derretido, junte ½ xícara de chá de  água, aos poucos, e deixe cozinhar até obter uma calda dourada e  espessa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="prepare" style="text-align: left;"&gt;                                               &lt;h3 style="color: blue;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h3 style="color: blue;"&gt;Para o Pudim&lt;/h3&gt;Numa vasilha, coloque a cocada, o leite e os ovos batidos, misture e despeje na forma sobre a calda.                                               &lt;br /&gt;
Cubra com papel alumínio, e asse em banho maria, em  forno médio (220ºC) por 1 hora. Retire e espere amornar antes de  desenformar. Salpique as frutas cristalizadas e leve para geladeira. &lt;h2 style="text-align: left;"&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;div class="prepare" style="text-align: left;"&gt;                                                                                    Em uma vasilha grande, coloque 1 xícara (chá) de  leite morno e dissolva o fermento. Acrescente 1 xícara (chá) de farinha  de trigo e misture bem até obter uma massa mole, mas homogênea. Deixe  descansar por 15 minutos em um local aquecido.                                                &lt;br /&gt;
Adicione o restante dos ingredientes e mexa até a  massa ficar macia. Divida em 6 partes iguais e mantenha em local  aquecido por mais 30 minutos, ou até dobrar de volume.                                                &lt;br /&gt;
Preaqueça o forno em temperatura média (200 ºC).                                               &lt;br /&gt;
Com ajuda de um rolo, abra cada parte de massa em um disco de aproximadamente 25 cm de diâmetro.                                                &lt;br /&gt;
Em uma forma redonda, acomode 1 disco de massa,  espalhe um pouco de molho de tomate sobre toda a superfície e leve para  assar por aproximadamente 20 minutos.                                                &lt;br /&gt;
Retire do forno e recheie cada disco com os ingredientes de sua preferência. Molde a massa numa forma pequena de fundo removível. Como a  massa é saborosa, deixe ela mais grossa, principalmente nas bordas.&lt;br /&gt;
Asse em fogo baixo por cerca de 10 minutos e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Para  o recheio, a receita original pede para colocar apenas geléia de  morango e as frutas por cima. Porém, eu fiz preparei um creme básico de  pavê e acrescentei geléia de frutas vermelhas.Prepare o creme numa  panela, sempre mexendo para não grudar. Quando estiver pronto, retire do  fogo e misture a geléia.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu coloquei este recheio sobre a massa  assada e decorei com frutas à gosto. Ainda, passei mel na borda da  massa e salpiquei um pouco de castanha de caju triturada para decorar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;      &lt;div class="instructions"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;            Coloquei os ingredientes pela ordem indicada na Máquina de  Fazer Pão. Programei para o programa "Massa de Pizza". Quando o programa  acabou deixei ficar mais meia-hora.&lt;br /&gt;
Passei a massa para uma superfície enfarinhada e estendi-a com a ajuda  do rolo da massa fornando um rectângulo. Cortei vários quadrados de  massa que dividi em dois, formando assim triângulos para os saborosos  croissants. &lt;br /&gt;
Recheei cada triangulo enrolando da parte mais larga para a mais estreita.&lt;br /&gt;

Leve ao forno médio por cerca de 45 minutos ou até que esteja dourado.&lt;br /&gt;
