South Carolina Cultural Terrorist Voter ID Law Bocked

The Republican Cultural Terrorist of South Carolina have been stopped. The Justice Department must declare Voter Suppression as a crime second only to treason and deserving of the same penalties.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration on Friday blocked a new South Carolina law that requires voters to have photo identification because of concerns it would hurt minorities' ability to cast a ballot.

Republican Gov. Nikki Haley in May signed into law a measure that says voters must show a driver's license, passport or military identification along with their voter registration card in order to vote.

The Justice Department said the requirement could harm the right to vote of tens of thousands of people, noting that just over a third of the state's minorities who are registered voters did not have a driver's license needed to cast a ballot.

I was in during Nam and the good news is everyone had guns so it was even Steven. Folks like the ones in this picture knew that if they were caught in a fire fight with charlie and AA soldiers they were not coming back. What was amazing is the fact that their were not more killings in base champs. Those in charge kept a lid on it. Now this Asian American soldiers "death" tells me that the Bush Republican "leaders" that have infiltrated the military no longer care to keep a lid on the crazy's.

Just in case you did not know about Cultural Poisoning in the military. There is a history to it. Look at the tea party Palin mob pictures on the net. I have seen culturally poisoned soldiers here on the vine.

When I went in, my friend and the older guys would tell you that racism was worst in the Navy, then Air Force, Army and least in the Marines. Things have improved considerably from those days with our first AA commander in chief. However, the Attacks on this Asian American soldier is a sad reminder during this holiday season that more Cultural Health work needs to be done in the military.

I turned this MSNBC/Newsvine comment into a blog. Cultural Poisoning anywhere is a threat to American freedom everywhere. Now, how do you think the "court" that decided that corporations are people will decide? I think it is time to impeach Clarence Thomas and the corporate crack mules on his court for high crimes and misdemeanors.

After the 2012 election with our President at his post with the bullet proof health care congress to help him achieve our (American People) goals, we need to do two things. Pass ACA 2.0 (Single Payer health care for all) to nullify any ruling from this criminal court. Here are my thoughts on the matter as set forth on MSNBC/Newsvine. "Death Penalty" administered by the football regulating organization.

In my mind this thing was already bad enough without the racial aspect.

You are right about that. I called for the football program to be ended for five or then years. Sports when I was a youth was for fun, fitness and the learning of the moral lessons of life, like honesty, sportsmanship etc.

Now sports and education is ruled by the God of money, and children are taught that the purpose of life is to worship the God of money, which, is how we get Republicans like Herman Cain and Clarence Thomas and the Republican God of money that lead to Bush and the forty thieves bankrupting America.

So as the President challenges us, what can you and I do? In another piece he said regarding wrong, the lesson is we "must step up".

I started thinking about what could be done to detect this kind of criminally insane sexual perversion and protect children. I have grandchildren and a daughter. You just caused me to look at my Iphone sex offender app. Their is one SxO in my town (from out of town, visiting) and four across the river in the next town near the YMCA.

Everyone who has or has responsibility for children should have an Ipone and this app. You can also search for an individual SxO by name. I put in Jerry Sandusky the SxO in the Penn State case and his name did not come up. And the Judge let him loose on the street without bail.

My recommendation suspected SxO's on trial should also be in the Sxo data base, if proven innocent take them out of the base. The people who covered this up should be considered accomplishes and get jail time and may need to be put on a list as having sufficient moral turpitude as to be considered a danger to the welfare of children and bared from having any job where children may be involved.

I remember thinking that the state is known as the headquarters of the Clan (KKK) in the East. And one kind of mental perversion leads to another. But I did not give any thought to the ethnicity of the children who were attacked. As I remember most of the students, faculty etc. were European American.

The racial aspect can only make it worse.

Yes, now there is a massive Cultural Health aspect to the crimes. I heard about this from an AA woman at my Sunday swim workout. I was shocked. she said when she first heard the story, that is the first thing that came to her mind as to why there was a cover up. Mother's always seem to have better antennae then men.

I am expanding my thinking on detection prevention and correction. There needs to be a means of testing teachers, law enforcement and others who deal with children for Sexual poisoning and Cultural poisoning.

Like the Cain story I think we have just seen the tip of the ice berg.

It now strikes me that the University itself my need to be shut down and reorganized under new management by the court.

Gmail App for iPhone Debuts, Disappears

Another thing from Google that disappears, this is be coming a pattern and practice that Google needs to fix. They do not seem to have the focus on quality and customer satisfaction that apple has except in search.

I have a lot of Google stuff, I had their personal health record app. It IMHO was the best PHR out there with graphs and all before anyone else. it is scheduled to disappear. I had Buzz it is scheduled to disappear. I had Sidebar it is scheduled to disappear.

People are simply not going to invest their limited time in stuff that is going to disappear. If something is bata say so. Then we know you are not committed to it yet and will be doing nothing regarding customer satisfaction.

75% of Droids are bricks because you can not upgrade them to the latest OS. A Retail public really will not put up with this kind of abuse as the word gets out. Google you can do better, do it.

Gmail app for iPhone debuts, disappears

(CNN) -- One of the most highly anticipated apps for Apple devices was made available on Wednesday. At least, until it wasn't.

"Go get the iPhone app for Gmail!" popular blogger Robert Scoble wrote on his Google+ page.

Then, a few minutes passed.

"UPDATE: DO NOT. The Gmail app is really a piece of crud," he wrote. "Not worth loading. Very disappointed."

Google had obviously already noticed what Scoble did. Shortly after it was unveiled, the app was pulled from the Apple Store.

The Phone Wars - Iphone and the 7 Droids

You may not be old enough to remember the Mainframe Wars but the players were known as IBM and the 7 dwarfs. Now in the cell phone wars we have the same thing all over again, with one big difference.

Back in the 60's I worked for one of the dwarfs and we all made an IBM Clone that was either, faster, had more memory or was cheaper. The Droid Iphone clones have the same game plan except we provided all software updates and our machines were always up to date.

I have an Iphone but I know people with Droids at the Gym who are always complaining, now I understand why. Most of these phones are not supported, they can be as much a 3 OS's behind. The graph shows that many Droid clones become simi-bricks as early as the first year. Wow, you got to see this graph.

The announcement that Nexus One users won’t be getting upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich led some to justifiably question Google’s support of their devices. I look at it a little differently: Nexus One owners are lucky. I’ve been researching the history of OS updates on Android phones and Nexus One users have fared much, much better than most Android buyers.

I went back and found every Android phone shipped in the United States¹ up through the middle of last year. I then tracked down every update that was released for each device - be it a major OS upgrade or a minor support patch - as well as prices and release & discontinuation dates. I compared these dates & versions to the currently shipping version of Android at the time. The resulting picture isn’t pretty - well, not for Android users:

Other than the original G1 and MyTouch, virtually all of the millions of phones represented by this chart are still under contract today. If you thought that entitled you to some support, think again:

7 of the 18 Android phones never ran a current version of the OS.

12 of 18 only ran a current version of the OS for a matter of weeks or less.

10 of 18 were at least two major versions behind well within their two year contract period.

11 of 18 stopped getting any support updates less than a year after release.

13 of 18 stopped getting any support updates before they even stopped selling the device or very shortly thereafter.

15 of 18 don’t run Gingerbread, which shipped in December 2010.

In a few weeks, when Ice Cream Sandwich comes out, every device on here will be another major version behind.

At least 16 of 18 will almost certainly never get Ice Cream Sandwich.

Also worth noting that each bar in the chart starts from the first day of release - so it only gets worse for people who bought their phone late in its sales period.

A deep search alternative to Google is what we need in the new Job's era of Artificial Intelligence. I think Apple should immediately if they have not already make strong connection between Siri and WireDoo. I would also expect they are looking close at WireDoo for purchase.

As a Cultural Health note, it is also nice to see an AA on the business end of a potentially revolutionary technology in the big game.

MC Hammer, the Oakland rapper/dancer/preacher/spokesman, is looking to take on Google and Bing in one of the most competitive segments of the tech industry -- online search -- with a new start-up called WireDoo.

Hammer, whose real name is Stanley Kirk Burrell, announced WireDoo at O'Reilly Media's Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco on Wednesday. He described the project as a search engine that offers a level of "deep search" and related topics that Microsoft's Bing and Google don't offer.

Lets Go to the Video Tape

Two things about this short Ad, it is amazing how much you can pack into 30 seconds. Second all of us with Iphones immediately went to play this commercial back to see if our phone could do that too. Sure enough, when I asked Siri who to time a bow tie if found a great video for me. And how about that little girl about my grandson's age, "fund me a picture of a Weasel" . I tried it, and yep, Siri found me a picture of a weasel.

Aside from the fact that this is the best holiday present since sliced bread there are a couple of things the public should get from this commercial. One 4S is not just simple Speech Recognition (SR) like non-intelligent Google voice or that type of technology that was in the Iphone 3GS and 4. This is a whole new level of Speech recognition combined with artificial intellegence (A.I.) to assist you.

So the new Iphone feature is the unique combination of SR and AI in a hand held device. The benefit you handled now does no longer just make phone calls but assist you find things and get things done. It strikes me that it will be a great help to the disabled, especially those that can not or have trouble typing or spelling.

Imagine that a phone that tries to figure out what you want, instead of you trying to figure out what it wants.

Sub-Saharan Africa is expected to show 5% growth in 2011, according to the International Monetary Fund's latest regional report.

Its outlook for next year is even brighter, with 6% average growth.
