O persoana este "in forma" daca are rezistenta musculara, putere, echilibru, flexibilitate, coordonare, viteza si rezistenta cardiovasculara. Un rezultat al acestori abilitati este un corp frumos si bine proportionat si tonifiat, ceea ce urmarim noi cand vrem sa fim in forma.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ceea ce multi oameni nu realizeaza este ca cea mai buna modalitate de a schimba fizicul sau este sa se concentreze pe dezvoltatea acestor competente pentru a avea corpul dorit, si nu invers. Cei mai multi oameni se concentreaza pe gretuatea lor. Dar cand va antrenati corespunzator compozitia corpului dvs se schimba, deoarece aveti nevoie de o mai mare rezistenta cardiovasculara, musculara si de mai multa putere. De aceea corpul vostru va arde mai multe calorii decat in mod normal.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Trebuie sa ne concentram sa dezvoltam abilitatile mentionate mai sus pentru a obliga corpul nostru sa isi schimbe compozitia, adica sa scada procentul de grasime din corp. Acum ca intelegem cum lucreaza corpul nostru, care este metoda cea mai eficienta de a ajunge sa fim in forma?&amp;nbsp;Prin antrenamente intense si de scurta durata care solicita mai multi muschi in acelasi timp. &lt;/div&gt;Corpul uman are nevoie de calorii pentru a supravietui. El foloseste caloriile pentru functionarea organelor interne, pentru a pastra temperatura optima, pentru a face digestia alimentelor. Consumam calorii si cand ne imbracam, cand mergem, chiar si cand pur si simplu respiram.&lt;br /&gt;
Ideal ar fi ca numarul de calorii ingerate prin alimente si bauturi sa fie egal cu numarul de calorii consumate. Cum insa azi mancam mai mult ca niciodata, apare un surplus de calorii pe care corpul nostru il depoziteaza sub forma de grasime. Efectele se vad: tot mai multi oameni cu kilograme in plus sau chiar obezi. Pentru a arde tot ce consumam in plus fata de ceea ce avem nevoie trebuie sa facem sport. Alta solutie nu exista. Ori mancam mai putin decat ne este necesar pentru o perioada, pentru a forta corpul sa consume din depozitele de grasime, pentru ca apoi sa mancam doar strictul necesar, ori facem sport pentru a consuma ceea ce este in plus. Cea mai buna solutie este combinarea celor doua modalitati, adica o dieta echilibrata si sport zilnic. Asa veti ajunge cel mai repede si cel mai sanatos la silueta pe care vi-o doriti.&lt;br /&gt;
De ce este sportul atat de bun? Pentru ca va ajuta pe doua planuri: in primul rand veti arde calorii atunci cand veti practica sport si in al doilea rand va va creste rata metabolica, si anume veti consuma mai multe calorii atunci cand sunteti in stare de repaos. De ce acest lucru? Pentru ca va veti dezvolta muschii, iar acestia sunt mari consumatori de calorii. Persoanele cu muschi mai dezvoltati consuma mai multe calorii in stare de repaos decat cei care nu au muschi deloc. (Cand spun persoane cu muschi nu ma refer neaparat la genul culturist, ci la persoane normale, care isi antreneaza muschii periodic prin sport).&lt;br /&gt;
Exista doua tipuri de activitate fizica: aeroba si anaeroba. Exercitiile aerobice (jogging-ul, sariturile cu coarda, inotul) folosesc oxigenul adus de sange pentru muschi. Ele sunt executate cu o intensitate mai joasa si pe termen mai lung. Aceste exercitii ard caloriile instant in timpul efectuarii lor, dar si dupa, pentru refacerea organismului. In schimb exercitiile anaerobice (fitness-ul, exercitiile cu greutati) folosesc anumite substante care se gasesc in muschi. Aceste exercitii sunt intense dar de scurta durata.&lt;br /&gt;

Pur si simplu luam un iaurt, pasam cateva fructe si le punem in iaurt, adaugam o jumatate de lingurita sau o lingurita intreaga de miere, punem la congelator pentru 2-3 ore... si gata! Am obtinut propria noastra inghetata, muuult mai sanatoasa si cu un continut caloric scazut. Ceea ce inseamna ca intr-o saptamana veti slabii jumatate de kilogram, ceea ce este un tel intelept atunci cand vrei sa slabesti.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Mi-am propus ca pe langa cele 30 de minute de alergat (sau scari + coarda) sa adaug o ora de mers cu bicicleta. Micul dejun aduce multe beneficii organismului tau, el iti ofera energie pe parcursul zilei, te ajuta sa fii in forma maxima in activitatile tale din cursul zilei si ajuta si la mentinerea greutatii.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Multi dintre noi "uitam", sau "nu avem timp" sau "nu ne e foame dimineata" si plecam de acasa cu stomacul gol, sau in cel mai rau caz dupa o tigara si o cafea. Daca facem asa corpul nostru o sa reactioneze in jurul orei 10, cand secretia insulinei este maxima, ceea ce duce la scaderea glicemiei din sange, si vom manca tot ce ne cade pe mana. Lipsa micului dejun ne cauzeaza numai probleme: nu numai ca vom manca mai mult pe parcursul zilei, dar corpul nostru se va simti slabit, obosit inca de la primele ore ale diminetii, nu ne vom putea concentra la capacitate normala si vom fi tot timpul stresati de senzatia de foame.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Pe de alta parte un mic dejun bogat si sanatos ne ofera multe avantaje: vom avea energie pe parcursul zilei. Decat sa alegi o cafea care doar te trezeste, mai bine alege un mic dejun bogat, care va oferi corpului tau combustibil pentru o perioada lunga. Astfel, eviti rontaiala de covrigi, napolitate si alte lucruri bogate in calorii. Un mic dejun bogat si sanatos iti va mentine nivelul glicemiei constant, ceea ce are un rol important in controlul apetitului. Daca nu mancanci mult timp iti vei incetini metabolismul.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Celor care se tem ca o sa se ingrase mancand un mic dejun consistent le spun ca nu au de ce sa se teama: toate caloriile din micul dejun vor fi consumate pe parcursul zilei si in niciun caz stocate sub forma de grasime. De altfel, micul dejun trebuie sa reprezinte 40% din caloriile ingerate pe parcursul zilei.&lt;br /&gt;

proaspete. Chiar daca multi le considera ca niste alimente usoare, fructele pot sa ne ofere atat de multa energie cat nu va inchipuiti. Sunt alternativa cea mai sanatoasa pentru un mic dejun. Mai putem manca si cereale, care au avantajul ca energia oferita de ele se va elibera incet si constant, evitand senzatia de foame mult timp. Inca un aliment cheie dimineata il pot constitui lactatele. Din acestea ne luam proteinele si calciu. Putem adauga o linguita de miere, atat pentru dulceata cat si pentru toate beneficiile pe care mierea le aduce. Intradevar, daca mancati 7 zile doar supa de varza s-ar putea sa aveti cateva kilograme in minus, dar nu este sanatos. Toate dietele aceste restrictioniste nu fac decat sa va priveze de multi nutrienti de care corpul vostru are mare nevoie. Si dupa ce slabiti va veti ingrasa la loc, va garantez!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Exista atatea si atatea diete, ca nici nu pot sa le numar. Weight Watchers, Atkins, Montignac, Okinawa, Catalin Crisan, disociata, cu supa de varza, cu grapefruit si multe multe altele. Sa nu mai vorbesc dietele care iti spun ce sa mananci la fiecare masa, cu gramaj, cu numar de calorii s.a.m.d. Atata bataie de cap.. si degeaba, cand e atat de simplu sa manaci sanatos si sa slabesti in acelasi timp.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Va propun ceva: incercati sa mancati portii mici de alimente. Sa fim sinceri: ceea ce ne ingrasa pe noi este excesul de alimente. Nu? Sa nu intelegeti acum ca va dau liber la chipsuri, suc, cartofi prajiti, prajituri si alte "alimente". In niciun caz. Tot ce vreau sa va spun este nu trebuie sa renuntati sa mancati multe alimente si sa va restrictionati la doar cateva. O alimentatie sanatoasa este una diversificata, si pastrand proportiile din &lt;a href="http://slabim-usor.blogspot.com/2010/04/piramida-alimentara.html"&gt;piramida alimentara&lt;/a&gt;. Asta inseamna ca puteti sa mancati o inghetata duminca, sa zicem. Sau ca la un gratar nu trebuie neaparat sa nu mancati un mic sau carnacior doar pentru ca e din carne de porc. Intelegeti ideea, nu?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Asadar, nu incercati sa tineti o dieta, incercati sa va schimbati stilul alimentar. De ce sunt asa pornita? Pentru ca vad tot felul de reclame care ne invata cat de bun si de sanatos e iaurtul cu fructe, si cum ar trebui el consumat zilnic. Si mai exista si varianta cu "mulsi", care nu e deloc musli, sunt doar niste cereale expandate imbibate cu zahar.&lt;br /&gt;
Asadar, daca avem impresia ca mancam ceva bun pentru sanatatea noastra, nu prea e asa. Ati citit ingredientele de pe un iaurt cu fructe? O sa enumar doar cativa aditivi prezenti intr-un iaurt cu fructe:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt; Agentii de ingrosare E 1410, E 1414, E 1420, E 1404, care sunt un fel de amidon modificat, care nu este recomandat pentru consumul frecvent&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acidifiantul citratul de sodiu (E 331), care da crampe musculare si impiedica fixarea calciului pe oase. Paradoxal, nu?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Guma guar (E 412), un alt agent de ingrosare care poate provoca  balonari, greata, crampe, astm, alergii sau aczeme. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Caragenanul (E 407) nu este recomandat pentru un consum frecvent. Acesta impiedica  asimilarea mineralelor şi a unor grasimi.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Indulcitorilor sintetici: acesulfamul K E 950, aspartamul E 951,  ciclamatul E 952 sau zaharina E 554&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Parca nu mai pare atat de sanatos iaurtul cu fructe, nu? Fructe este impropriu spus, pentru ca se gasesc in proportie de undeva la 2-6%, ceea ce e insesizabil.&lt;br /&gt;
Nutritionistii spun ca iaurtul cu fructe se situaza undeva langa inghetata, pentru ca are adaos mare de zahar, si este gresit perceput ca un iaurt.&lt;br /&gt;

Simplu, nu? Si delicios as adauga eu. Incercati la un pahar de iaurt simplu sa adaugati o mana de fructe taiate marunt, cum ar fi capsunele, pentru ca e sezonul acum. Puteti sa incercati mai tarziu si cu visine, caise, piersici, afine, zmeura si altele. Daca doriti sa fie mai dulce, puteti adauga jumatate de lingurita de miere. Delicios pentru un mic dejun de vara, nu? Totusi eu zic ca aceasta zicala se refera la cantitate, si nu la calitate! Calitatea trebuie sa fie buna la fiecare masa.&lt;br /&gt;
Dar cum sa facem sa nu mai mancam seara? Mai ales ca niste rontaieli seara, in pat, la un film, sunt tentante intotdeauna, nu? Exista cateva solutii care te pot ajuta sa ai o cina usoara si sa nu mai poftesti la mancaruri care ingrasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beti apa sau ceai neindulcit. Va veti pacali stomacul, si poate poftele acelea vor trece.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Faceti putina miscare. Da da, ati citit bine. Sportul poate sa inhibe pofta de mancare, mai ales pofta de dulce. Stiu ca poate unii vor zice ca miscarea le da pofta de mancare, dar eu cred ca asta e o idee preconceputa. La mine cel putin, sportul inhiba pofta de mancare.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Nu mancati in timpul zilei foarte condimentat. Condimentele dau pofta de mancare. Nu spun acum sa nu puneti deloc condimente si sa mancati o mancare insipida, dar incercati sa folositi o cantitate mica.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Nu tineti la vedere produse cu multe calorii. De altfel, ar fi bine sa nu aveti prin casa deloc asa ceva. Incetati sa le mai cumparati. Nu va mai ganditi ca le luati doar sa fie acolo. Poate veti avea un moment de slabiciune si veti ceda tentatiei. Asa ca mai bine evita tentatia.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spalati-va pe dinti. Chiar ajuta sa nu mai vreti sa puneti nimic in gura.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Iesiti la o plimbare. Dar incercati sa nu faceti din plimbare un drum la restaurant.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rasfoiti o revista de femei sau uitati-va la poze cu femei suple. Ganditi-va: oare ele mananca la ore asa tarzii?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;Sa nu intelegeti totusi ca nu aveti voie sa mancati nimic la cina. Puteti manca o cina usoara, pana la ora 19.00 zic eu, formata dintr-o salata de legume, fara carne, fara paine (sau o feliuta foarte mica si subtire), puteti rontaii 2 morcovi, sau o salata mare de varza, poate chiar un mar. Aveti totusi grija cu fructele seara. Chiar daca sunt foarte sanatoase, contin zahar. Mai bine le mancati pe timpul zilei decat seara. Puteti incerca si o cantitate mica de legume la gratar, dar sa aveti atentie sa nu fie cu ulei, sau cu sosuri. O varianta de succes este un paharel de iaurt, dar atentie, iaurt simplu, nu din acela cu fructe ( cu care sunt total impotriva, o sa scriu un articol despre aceasta).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Asadar, sunt destule modalitati sa nu mai mancati seara. Totul e sa aveti putina vointa. Unul din avantaje ar fi faptul ca va puteti motiva unul pe altul. Daca unul nu are chef, poate are celalalt, astfel evitati momentele in care ati putea sa faceti miscare, dar nu o faceti din pura comoditate. Va puteti si incuraja, prin complimente nemincinoase asupra rezultatului partenerului.&lt;br /&gt;
Facand sport impreuna petreceti implicit si mai mult timp impreuna, astfel scapati de eventualele seri in care va simtiti pur si simplu prea obositi sau nu aveti timp sa va intalniti cu partenerul vostru.&lt;br /&gt;
Totodata, gasiti mai multe activitati prin care va puteti petrece timpul liber: puteti merge sa jucati tenis impreuna, sau sa inotati, sau sa alergati seara in parc impreuna. Va veti simtii foarte bine, va garantez.&lt;br /&gt;
Este si mult mai simplu sa tineti o dieta in doi. Va fi mai usor sa mancati sanatos si sa renuntati la mancarea care va ingrasa si care nu este sanatoasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pe de alta parte, exista un mic pericol, prin care eu personal am trecut: s-ar putea ca intr-o zi partenerul vostru sa nu poate sa faca miscare si atunci veti fi tentate sa nu mai faceti nici voi. Veti renunta sa mergeti sa alergati singure, de exemplu. Sau, partenerul vostru pur si simplu nu are chef si sub nicio forma nu puteti sa il convingeti sa faca sport cu voi. NU RENUNTATI! Continuati sa va duceti singure! Poate cine stie, cand va va vedea ca sunteti atat de determinate, poate se va simtii intr-un fel convins sa faca si el sport cu voi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Si inca ceva, sportul poate sa descopere partea competitiva din voi. Nu exagerati cu aceasta insa, pentru ca partenerul vostru se poate simtii descurajat, complexat si isi va pierde entuziastmul cand va vedea ca nu se poate tine de voi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Faceti din fiecare moment petrecut impreuna unul in care sa va simtiti bine. Incercati sa simtiti euforia aceea de dupa sport impreuna. De la femei care sunt stresate ca au 4 kilograme in plus pana la cei care au zeci de kilograme in exces. Insa poate sa existe o diferenta in greutatile pe care ni le da .. greutatea.&lt;br /&gt;Putem fi, cum am spus mai sus, stresati de niste kilograme care din punct de vedere al sanatatii nu prea fac foarte rau. Insa acel stres poate dauna si fizic, si psihic. Apare aici nemultumirea de sine, neincrederea in propriile forte, complexele nejustificate samd.&lt;br /&gt;Sau, mai exista cazul extrem, cand kilogramele ne afecteaza sanatatea in mod foarte grav, si aici enumar doar cateva complicatii ale obezitatii: hipertensiune, diabet, accidente vasculare, hernii, afectiuni ale articulatiilor, infertilitate, cresterea riscului de cancer.. cred ca ati prins ideea.&lt;br /&gt;Bineinteles ca al doilea caz este mult mai grav, dar nici primul caz nu trebuie ignorat deloc. Defapt, daca nu suntem atenti cu noi, putem aluneca din primul caz in al doilea fara sa ne dam seama. Nu trebuie sa avem 50 de kilograme in plus ca afectiuniile sa apara.&lt;br /&gt;Asadar, puneti-va pe slabit sanatos! Stiti ce inseamna asta: sport + mancare sanatoasa in cantitati mici.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PS: azi am avut o zi "curata". Nu mi s-a facut pofta de nimic. Si spun "ultima incercare" in sensul ca de acum incolo nu va mai trebuii sa incerc, pentru ca voi reusii. E imposibil sa nu reusesc. E imposibil ca mancarea sau comoditatea sa fie mai puternice decat mine. E imposibil sa nu am suficienta ambitie si suficient curaj sa spun STOP!&lt;br /&gt;Fiti si voi puternice! Nu lasati nimeni si nimic sa va stea in calea a ceea ce va doriti. Daca va doriti cu adevarat sa aratati mai bine si sa fiti mai sanatoase, nu lasati o mancare sa va stea in cale. Nu lasati lenea sa va tina in casa cand ar trebuii sa alergati sau sa faceti orice fel de sport.&lt;br /&gt;Nu mai permiteti nimanui sa va priveasca ca pe niste "loser-erite". Trebuie sa aveti ambitie si demnitate si sa faceti ceva in privinta corpului vostru.  Ganditi-va cat de bine va veti simtii cu noul look si cata incredere in voi veti avea si ce puternice veti fi!&lt;br /&gt;Haideti! Puteti! Este un gest in primul rand umanitar, nu dureaza mult, este sanatos si te vei simtii cu adevarat util. Ca sa nu mai spunem ca poti salva o viata printr-un gest atat de marunt.&lt;br /&gt;Pentru cei care nu au mai donat niciodata, o sa va spun ce trebuie sa faceti. E foarte simplu: mergi la cel mai apropiat centru de donare de sange(spital, policlinica) si spune ca vrei sa donezi sange. Ti se va recolta mai intai pentru niste analize scurte, ti se va masura tensiunea iar apoi vei dona efectiv sange. Doar atat! Sa ai buletinul la tine!&lt;br /&gt;Trebuie ca in seara de dinainte sa nu ai o masa foarte copioasa si sa nu exagerezi cu alcoolul. Dimineata sa manaci foarte putin si usor si sa nu fumezi.&lt;br /&gt;Vei avea, pe langa propria ta satisfactie morala, si cateva mici beneficii: gratuitate la transportul in comun pe ziua respectiva, poti cere o adeverinta cu care sa ai liber la serviciu/scoala, plus bonuri de masa in valoare de aprox 55 de lei.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce donezi este foarte indicat sa consumi o cantitate importanta de apa, si ai grija sa ai o dieta sanatoasa in zilele urmatoare.&lt;br /&gt;Eu ma voi duce maine dimineata sa donez. Ati auzit de acest proverb cu siguranta. Este foarte valabil si in cazul sportului.&lt;br /&gt;         &lt;/span&gt;Expertii ne sfatuiesc sa facem sport dimineata, din mai multe motive: metabolismul tau este accelerat, vei avea mai multa energie pe timpul zilei(poate vi se pare un paradox, dar este adevarat), vei fi mai impacata cu tine insati, stiind ca ai scapat de "povara" sportului pe ziua respectiva, vei manca mai putin, vei bea mai multa apa...&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;         In schimb, daca faci sport seara exista pericolul sa fii prea obosita, atat fizic cat si psihic. Nu vei avea la fel de multa energie, iar corpul tau nu va raspunde la fel de bine ca si dimineata. In plus, poti sa gasesti multe scuze si sa alegi sa petreci seara altfel. Pe cand dimineata te trezesti cu o ora mai devreme si.. gata, nu ai nicio scuza!&lt;br /&gt;         Bineinteles ca nu este obligatoriu sa faci sport dimineata. Poti sa il faci si seara, sau chiar la pranz. Totul depinde de tine, de cum reactioneaza organismul tau, de timpul pe care il poti gasii pentru tine. Deocamdata mi-e mai usor sa fac sport decat sa ma abtin de la mancare.. &lt;br /&gt;Zilele astea am facut sport si dimineata si seara, si ma simt un pic lipsita de energie. Azi o sa fac doar seara. Inca am probleme cu mancarea, cred ca e mai mult psihologic. Pe langa toate verdeturile minunate pe care ni le aduce primavara, trebuie sa profitam si de zilele insorite si caldute de primavara. Poate suna un pic banal sa zic asta, insa are sens. Ganditi-va doar la toate acele zile reci si ploioase de toamna, sau ce sa mai zic de zilele geroase de iarna, in care fiecare ne-am zis in sinea noastra: "Daca ar fi frumos afara ce m-as duce sa alerg!". In special daca dorim sa slabim, trebuie sa fim constienti ca rezultatele nu vor aparea imediat. Slabirea sanatoasa se face pe termen lung, altfel orice fals rezultat va disparea la fel de repede cum a aparut. Si cand spun fals rezultat ma refer la eliminarea apei din organism, nu a grasimii.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- nu trebuie sa exageram cu efortul fizic la inceput. Trebuie sa cunoastem limitele corpului nostru. Daca exageram cu exercitiile, nu numai ca vom obosi foarte repede si ne vom simti epuzati, dar si dezamagiti, si ne va fi mai greu data viitoare sa ne apucam de lucru.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- trebuie sa facem sport constant daca vrem sa slabim. Daca facem sport doar in weekend, nu vom ajunge nicaieri cu slabitul. Pentru a slabi trebuie sa facem sport de cel putin 5 ori pe saptamana, cate 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- rutina nu trebuie sa se instaleze in programul nostru de slabit, in sensul ca trebuie sa facem exercitii fizice variate. Daca facem doar un tip de miscare, organismul nostru se va obisnui cu aceea miscare si nu va mai arde la fel de multe calorii. - deshidratarea : este recomandat ca atunci cand facem sport sa avem o sticluta de apa si sa o consumam cu inghitituri mici pe intreg parcursul programului de exercitii fizice. Daca suntem deshidratati, putem avea crampe sau dureri musculare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- daca ne terminam brusc programul de exercitii fizice exista riscul aparitiei febrei musculare, deoarece acidul lactic nu se elimina. Un alt exercitiu excelent, pe langa saritul corzii, este urcatul treptelor. Antreneaza mai multe grupe de muschi, poate fi realizat indiferent de nivelul tau de antrenament si este la indemana pentru toti. Este un exercitiu cardio, asa ca, pe langa muschi, iti vei intari si inima, oasele si plamanii. &lt;br /&gt;
La acest tip de exercitiu vei folosi muschii picioarelor, dar mai ales ai feselor, insa si ai abdomenului. Exact ce ne doare mai rau, nu? :)&lt;br /&gt;
Iti vei folosi muschii si la coborarea scarilor, nu numai la urcare, asa ca nu neglija coborarea! Incearca sa cobori in cel putin acelasi ritm in care ai urcat, pentru ca si coborarea scarilor este un exercitiu in sine daca il faci cum trebuie.&lt;br /&gt;
Urcand scarile intr-un ritm alert vei arde pana aproape de 1000 de calorii pe ora! &lt;br /&gt;
Nu uita ca incalzirea este obligatorie. Altfel risti sa iti accidentezi articulatiile gleznelor si ale genunchilor.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Daca combini urcatul treptelor cu saritul corzii, vei avea un antrenament care 150% va da roade, daca il vei face in mod regulat. Nu te deziluziona daca la inceput o sa ti pe para foarte greu. Fa cate repetari simti ca poti face, fara sa fortezi la maximum. Vei observa ca dupa o scurta perioada de timp rezistenta ta se va mari si nu ti se va mai parea asa de greu.&lt;br /&gt;

Nu e foarte usor, dar nici greu nu este. Daca nu incercati si voi nu o sa va dati seama. De asemenea, mi-am micsorat portia la alimente. Acum mananc cam 2/3, poate chiar mai putin un pic, din cat mancam inainte la o masa, si am renuntat la gustarile dintre mese. Daca chiar imi este foame, o felie de paine graham cu o feliuta de branza, sau cu o jumatate de rosie, sau un mar si e suficient. Trebuie insa sa zic ca o felie de paine graham din aceea din care manac eu este cam 1/2 dintr-o felie de paine normala. Este foarte mica.&lt;br /&gt;Precum ziceam in titlu, trebuie sa amanati placerea pe care o aveti seara de ceva dulce pentru a doua zi dimineata. Este mult mai usor sa rentunti la bucatica de ciocolata la care ravnesti seara daca stii ca ai voie sa o manaci a doua zi dimineata, decat sa crezi ca nu ai voie sa o manaci deloc. Si daca iti mai zic ca poate a doua zi dimineata nici nu o sa mai ai chef sa manaci? Sigur ati auzit de piramida alimentara. Este vorba de un fel de indrumar de alimentatie. La baza piramidei se afla alimentele pe care trebuie sa le consumam in cantitate mai mare si zilnic, iar la varful piramidei alimentele pe care trebuie sa le consumam in cantitate mica si OCAZIONAL.&lt;br /&gt;Ce imi place la aceasta poza este ca la baza piramidei se afla sportul si alte activitati fizice. Asta inseamna ca trebuie sa facem miscare mai mult decat mancam. Normal, pentru ca noi vrem sa slabim, adica sa ardem mai multe calorii decat consumam din alimente. Nu mai exista nicio scuza. &lt;br /&gt;In ultima perioada au fost tot felul de sarbatori si sarbatoriti care m-au facut sa manac peste limitele stabilite anterior de mine. Am exagerat si cantitativ si calitativ. Mai ales cantitativ. Aici este problema cea mai mare. Chiar daca spun ca nu trebuie sa ne infometam, daca ne vine foame din 3 in 3 ore, aia sigur nu e foame. Sau daca ne vine foame pe la 9 seara. Un mar sau un morcov si atat! Sigur o sa ni se para ca ne e foame in continuare. Dar poate creierul nostru ne joaca feste. &lt;br /&gt;Sa incercam sa depasim aceasta senzatie de foame. Nu spun sa nu mancam nimic si daca ne e foame, asta e, sa depasim situatia. Nu asa. Spun ca sa ne facem niste portii mici, in farfuria noastra, si sa incercam sa ne saturam cu atat. Saritul corzii te va "scapa" de 200 de calorii in 15 minute! Iti vei tonifia de la gambe, coapse, abdomen pana la piept, spate, umeri si brate. Aaa... si mai ales ne vom tonifia posteriorul. Foarte important, nu? :D&lt;br /&gt;

Poti sa sari coarda si acasa, daca ai o camera spatioasa si vecini intelegatori, sau afara in parc, in curte (daca ai esti o norocoasa). Ce bine cand eram mici, saream si in fata blocului fara sa se uite nimeni ciudat la noi. Practic poti sa sari coarda unde vrei si cand vrei, nu imediat dupa masa, bineinteles. Oricand vei sarii coarda, iti vei pierde pofta de mancare, garantat!&lt;br /&gt;

Inainte sa va apucati de sarit coarda, trebuie sa stiti ca este important sa aveti o incaltaminte foarte buna, de calitate, foarte comoda. De asemenea, ar fi indicat sa nu sariti coarda pe beton, este mai bine sa cautam un loc cu pamant. Daca nu gasim, si bitumul este destul de potrivit. &lt;br /&gt;

O coarda clasica costa intre 5 lei si 25 de lei. Exista si corzi care numara de cate ori sari si cati km parcurgi, acelea fiind mai scumpe, dar nu si mult mai folositoare. Una clasica este la fel de buna, sa stiti. Totul este sa fie destul de lunga si cat de cat greutza. Adica sa nu o ia vantul. Sunt unele din cauciuc, altele din piele si altele dintr-un fel de sfoara. Nu vi le recomand pe ultimele, sunt foarte usoare, trebuie sa misti din toata mana cu ele, nu doar din incheietura, cum este recomandat, si la prima adiere de vant o sa te impiedici in ea.&lt;br /&gt;

Eu astazi mi-am cumparat o coarda in Real, am dat 15 lei pe ea, am incercat-o prin casa si este foarte bune. Abia astept sa o incerc calumea maine dimineata in parc. Sper ca v-am convins si pe voi!&lt;br /&gt;

Pentru ca nu vor da rezultate toate acestea. Vom deveni si mai deprimate si ne va si si mai greu sa o luam de la capat. Eu care ar trebui sa fiu un exemplu.. Dar stiti ca sunt hotarata sa fiu un exemplu despre cat de usor e sa slabesti. Asa ca, nu conteaza daca va simiti la fel ca mine, la sfarsitul lui iunie tot o sa fiti cu 6 kg in minus. :D&lt;br /&gt;2 in aprilie, 2 in mai, 2 in iunie. Hai ca nu e greu.
