Leveraging the experience of Cumberland Goodwill EMS and from outside experts, the Carlisle EMS academy aims to improve the critical EMS workforce shortage in our area. The academy will train new first responders and help develop existing providers to adapt to the needs of modern patients. Using modern technology, our instructors are able to use resources that improve student success and help other EMS agencies recruit desperately-needed providers.
