Kris Aquino Quits showbiz....Do You Promise ?.....

2013-03-21T08:04:00.000-07:00

It's the headline in most evening news program in the Metro and seriously this is so ridiculous.
So I'll just borrow a line from The Dowager Countess of Grantham Violet Crawley, Do You Promise?

But judging from her past pronouncements of quitting showbiz one cant help but be skeptical about it.

So for now all I can say is We'll see......

BEING GAY IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE GREATEST BLESSING.......

FULL ON PLATINUM BLONDE BEY

2013-03-07T23:08:00.000-08:00

In the past Beyonce had done a number of hair color from jet black to blonde. But I do not recall her sporting a full on platinum blonde.
But with the upcoming Mrs. Carter Show world tour she is doing just that,
Striking a pose dressed in a white turtle neck sweater and a pair of tiny Daisy Duke shorts coupled with a deep bloody red lipstick makes up the whole new look.

P!NK......QUEEN

2013-02-27T07:29:00.000-08:00

I simply adore Pink.
She may not be in the usual pop star mold but she has proven time and again that she's simply an original and a truly talented artist.
Not only that her songs are kick ass especially her later recordings wherein she has matured and thread on song topics most fabricated pop stars dare not go.
Live performance wise she's one of the best with her husky vocals and her dazzling moves.
Case to point , The 2010 Grammy performance of Glitter in the Air which blew everyone away.

And I simply love the new duet with Nate Ruess "Just give me A Reason".
The live version is so so good.

Of course the show stopper at the 2012 AMA's "TRY".

My personal favorite "Who knew"

And that's just the tip of the iceberg in terms of Pinks catalog.
She may not be textbook pretty, lady like, even a bit butch but I would have to say
She's definitely a Queen.
So let's raise our Glass to the one and only P!NK

She is set to perform 42 shows in Australia.....Quite tempting.

TONY TONY TONY

2013-02-07T19:26:00.000-08:00

I guess one really feels old when one's childhood crush is Tony Danza. Yes I am oh so infatuated with this guy.Something about Italian Guys that up to now makes me hot and bothered hihihihi.

I first encountered him in a show from the 80's called "Who's The Boss". This is the same show that launched the career of the then child star Alyssa Milano.
I'm guessing the constant scenes wherein Tony is in different state of undress did it for me LOL.

Raw sex appeal and a really fabulous body who can resist. At a tender age of nine I felt something that a normal nine year old boy shouldn't feel about a grown man hehehe. I think its what they call LUST.

He is definitely the hottest thing I think at that time, of course aside from Erik Estrada and the young Mark Harmon.

He's older now way into his sixties but given a chance I'd still do him LOL.

BEYONCE's HALF TIME SHOW Super Bowl 2013

2013-02-03T19:53:00.000-08:00

She was fantastic .....As for the Haters eat your heart out she sang live.
Just don't make me compare her performance to last years halftime as I will be very biased LOL
This is Beyonce's year so I will not mention any other name. Bottom line is she did great.

Hunk In A Can

Meet Andrew Cooper the new Diet Coke Guy....HOTTTTTTTNESSSSSS

BOTTOM LINE

2013-01-29T03:54:00.000-08:00

This thing really cracks me up LOL

BEYond HOTTTTTT!!!!

2013-01-10T08:07:00.000-08:00

The picture speaks for itself Beyonce is so God Damn Hot!!!

She definitely deserve the title of Sexiest Woman of the 21st Century as proclaimed by GQ Magazine. And to think its just recently she had Blue Ivy. Sexy Momma....
I cant wait to watch her at the upcoming Super Bowl 2013 as she's the headline performer for the Half time show.

On the local front Marian Rivera finally agreed to pose for FHM rag. And boy she is so damn Pretty. I really love the face and seriously for the first time the Bimbo slash slut styling usually associated with FHM is kinda nowhere to be found. The styling is good and really classy. I would say even very editorial....

POSTSCRIPT: I'm still 100% Ghey , i just find these two ladies really interesting....~~DEFENSIVE MUCH ?~~

STARS

2013-01-08T08:08:00.001-08:00

I recently downloaded the OST of The Les Mis movie and it had been on repeat play in my Car stereo ever since.
The Low down? Well....It’s actually good, I am aware that when a musical is translated to the big screen, were not to expect the bigger than life vocals of stage thespians ~~Madonna as EVITA~~ as it would look and sound unnatural and would put off some viewers.
But surprisingly I enjoyed the soundtrack immensely. Except for some minute details that's really negligible.....

Oh OK I changed my mind I do have reservations regarding the Les Miz Soundtrack and its name is Javert aka Russell Crowe. Stars did it for me (Which incidentally is one of my favourite from the show). The voice sounds like a Drunk guy with a really bad cold.
I guess on Crowe's performance the singing live during filming is not such a good idea. Maybe it would have been better if they recorded it with auto tune. It might have been more OK. And better yet maybe they could have done Ala Audrey Hepburn in My Fair Lady wherein Marnie Nixon sang her part. Maybe they should have asked Norm Lewis to do the singing part.

But heck I mean seriously I haven't seen the movie (due to the MMFF) so I am giving Mr Crowe the chance by way of his acting. I'm hoping he nailed the acting really good to a point that his lousy singing could be dismissed.

GOING TO THE MOVIES

2012-11-16T16:58:00.000-08:00

Oh OK I admit it, I read all the books of the Twilight Saga....
I also admit that I did enjoy it with all of its vampire mushy crap in it.
Guilty as charged.
But one thing that I was never able to do is watch the movies in Theaters. In the past I was only able to watch the first four installment of the movie in DVD.
But this time its gonna be different as I am finally going to see the final installment in a cinema. Yes yes yes I am going to the movies to watch "Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2" in a theater. Bwahahaha.

UPDATE:

The movie was all I expected it to be except for the last part towards the climax/ending. For those who have read the book it was a wild roller coaster ride. I guess they had to enliven the final battle for cinematic purposes. Watch it, may not be as good as Harry Potter but still enjoyable.Besides one shouldnt expect much from Shining Shimmering Vampires LOL.
On a side note wouldnt it be fierce if some of the beloved characters dies in the end. I personally wouldnt have minded a bit more bloodshed in my Twilight Bwahahaha
But then again Twihards would definitely go apeshit and may behead me in the process ~~ala Carlisle~~

DEFYING GRAVITY

2012-11-15T16:51:00.000-08:00

One of the highlights of the November 13 Madison Square Garden MDNA show was the Madonna strip show where M stripped and practically shows off her fabulous body and asked for money from the audience. The money is intended for the victims of Hurricane Sandy and apparently she was able to raise $60,000 (£37,500) in donations.
Good job but what really impressed me is the Queens ass which has a life of its own.
Call it science or whatever but that butt is definitely defying gravity.

Luv it when she says "You pay me and I'll touch you!''
Classic M....
