As I mentioned earlier my blushing problem goes all the way back to childhood and for reasons which are now apparent I guess I was just born to be a chronic blusher. But as I’m sure you know blushing gets you down, not only that, blushing at anything and everything messes up your social life and can really put the boot in to your career aspirations.

Hence my unwavering determination to find a cure for blushing, now before I go on let me just say I’m sure there are lots of great off-line resources for people like me and you, but if I’m honest, just the thought of actually visiting a practitioner, or any kind of therapist in person would have made me blush.

So I looked for that elusive way to stop blushing online & here’s what I found:

You guessed it, lot’s & lot’s of junk, there are some really helpful forums which do help but on the whole I really only found 2 websites which offered a viable and practical blushing treatment, now I’m sure there are many more and I’d really like to hear about them, but I chose these two as I knew if they were rubbish I would definitely get my money back without question.

I wanted to tell you about a little tip I discovered on a social phobia website, this one piece of information when combined with either of these courses and probably numerous others will help you beat your blushing and anxiety problems for good. It just dawned on me while trying to write everything down that there might be lots of you who have maneged to overcome your excessive blushing and anxiety attacks using different methods and courses. I found 2 such courses online which actually did what they promised to do, plus they work even better when combined with my little tip (more on that soon).

I also came across lots of rubbish as I’m sure many of you have. Just a quick note on updating, a few people have asked me how I stopped blushing, & if you new me personally then you would really have noticed a difference. For many people who have never experienced the pure embarrassment of living with excessive blushing the notion of trying to find a cure for facial blushing must seem a little strange.

The truth is, and this is only my opinion putting a stop to blushing is of the utmost importance and here’s why:

People who blush uncontrollably often find their condition gets worse with time to the extent that they will often find it difficult to interact with others which can and will limit their full potential in work and in building relationships.

I knew how bad my facial blushing was becoming as a teenager and I also knew that if I didn’t do something about it I could kiss goodbye to most of my dreams and goals, so I decided then and there that I needed to find a cure for blushing.

Wow I know what your thinking Weird!..

Yes I’d have to agree using haemorrhoid cream to stop blushing does sound strange, but it does work to a certain extent, in fact there are websites which will charge you $27 for that little piece of information, well now you know and it didn’t cost you a penny.

Perhaps you’ve tried it and it worked?, Please let me know your experience of using haemorrhoid cream as a means of stopping your facial blushing.

How does it work, well to be honest I’m not entirely sure, but here’s what I do know..

Using the cream is not really what you would refer to as a cure for blushing, what it does when applied is reduces the redness which becomes all to apparent when we blush. So you can still feel your cheeks warming up but to those around you the appearance of your uncontrollable blushing becomes less obvious.

Not really a cure for facial blushing but certainly worth a try as a quick fix. The cream by the way can be rubbed into the skin and becomes completely transparent so no one will be any the wiser.

When I began my search for a cure for blushing I was literally bowled over by the shear number of websites dedicated to helping people like you & I stop blushing, blushing forums, websites, medical sites… Where do you start?

Of course there are quite a few sites which are probably designed with the sole purpose of taking your money but then I guess that’s just the norm, So that’s something I knew I had to look out for and you should take care too.

Facial blushing

However as I got older it soon became apparent that my uncontrollable facial blushing was becoming a real problem.

At school I could feel my cheeks lighting up every time the teacher asked me a question, worse than that was my inability to hold any sort of conversation with girls for fear of my blushing making me look stupid.
