भारत और चाइना की सीमा पर फायरिंग की गई है चाइना ने यह इल्जाम भारत पर लगाया है जबकि भारत में यह इल्जाम चाइना पर लगाया है।

चीन के अनुसार भारत की सेना के जवानों ने एल ए सी पारकी जिसके जवाब में चीनी सेना ने वार्निंग शॉट दागी।

भारत ने इस बात का खंडन करते हुए कहा है कि चीनियों ने पहले एलएसी पाखी और रोकने की कोशिश की जिसके जवाब में चीनियों ने वार्निंग शॉट दागी।

गलती किसी भी की क्यों ना हो पर मोहन और हालात बहुत तनावपूर्ण है और यह पहली बार है जब 45 सालों के बाद जब सीमा पर गोली चली।

इंडिया और चाइना ने संधि करी है कि बीच सीमा पर कभी कोई गोली नहीं चलाएगा इस वजह से दोनों देश एक दूसरे पर इल्जाम लगा रहे हैं ।

Indian Airforce has inducted Rafale since July 31st, and opposition still asking same question about Rafale, was Rafale Deal a Scam?

Rafale aircraft primarily used by French forces, later Egypt and Qatar made deal for 24 Rafale aircrafts. We will compare India's Rafale deal with Qatar and Egypt's Rafale deal with Euro as currency unit.

Rafale Deal to Egypt, Qatar and India

France-Egypt signed €5.2 billion for 24 Rafale in 2015, Unit cost of Rafale's €216 million.
France-Qatar signed €6.3 billion for 24 Rafale in 2015 unit cost of Rafale's €262 million.
France-India signed €7.87 billion for 36 Rafale in 2016, unit cost of Rafale's €216 millon.
Later France-Qatar signed €1.1 Billion for additional 12 Rafale in 2017 unit cost of Rafale is €91 million. Isn't it surprising?

Finally you will get your answer that India's Rafale deal was very similar with Qatar and Egypt's Rafale deal and seems like opposition allegations is not logical. ( We'll discuss later about additional Rafale deal unit cost around €91 million).

If Indian government did scam then Qatar and Egyptian government also did scam because they also get Rafales with similar cost. Opposition's said they signed 2-3 times cheaper deal with Rafale. If it was possible than it will clearly visible with Egypt's and Qatar's deal.

But the fact is Congress Government never finalized Rafale deal with France. It was always on negotiating Table. So it doesn't make sense. We'll discuss this in below.

Why addictional Rafale cost is just €91 million:

Now you will have a question why Qatar paid for just €91 million for each additional unit of Rafale in 2017 ?

If India inducts more additional Rafale in future, then India will also pay similar amounts like Qatar's Rafale deal. Without accesories.

Why this cost reduced for Additional Rafale: When a Country finalize a deal, there are many assets which is one time payable.

IAF will get 28 single seat fighters (appr. €91.07 Million apiece) and 8 twin seat fighters (appr. €94 Million apiece). It's €3.3 billion.
Indian specific enhancement cost €1.7 billion.
IAF will pay €1.8 billion for spare parts and engines.
€700 million for weaponry.
€350 million for performance based logistics to ensure 75% availablity of Aircraft for operation
India just paid €3.3 billion only for Rafale, rest €4.55 billions for another accessories as above mentioned.

So India already paid rest amount like Indian specific enhancement cost that's if India buys another Rafale, then India will pay only for Rafale. If we want another weaponry, parts etc then it will be additional.

Boycott China is a Good option?

126 Rafales Unit Cost could be much lesser than 36 if deal was signed:

When India was in negotiating periods for 126 Rafale, then another accessories cost of €4.55 billion was divided in 126 Rafale that's why unit cost of each Rafale could be much cheaper as compared to unit cost of 36 Rafale. But UPA's claims is illogical because deal was never signed with France.

UPA government never finalized Rafale Deal: Rafale Deal was always on negotiating period. The deal was never signed by UPA government. So UPA's claim about Rafale's unit cost was totally illogical and doesn't make sense.

Whole world is struggling with Covid-19 pandemic specially US while US-China relations is in free fall. Tension between two economic giants are getting warmer.

Recently US P-8A submarine killer and Ep-3E Reconnaissance plane flew near Shanghai. Are they heading toward Cold war ? Both countries targeting each other and giving befitting replies to each other.

Let's analyse what happened between both countries from 1st July.

Naval excercise: China conducted naval drill between 1st July to 5th July in South China sea. US responded it by conducting naval exercise in South China sea on 4th July, the Independence day of USA. US Navy showed their presence with it's giant aircraft carrier USS Nimitz and USS Ronald Reagan.

China showed their concerns and said US wants interrupt peace in South China sea. China warns US Navy by their DF-21D and DF-26 missiles, China claims it can destroy Aircraft Carrier.

While US Navy ignored China's threat. US Navy said to support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region is the main reason behind exercise. China claims they own whole South China region.

Abruptly order to shutdown consulate: US abruptly ordered China to shutdown their consulate in Houston in next 72 hours by accusing them spying activities of their science and technology. China calls it illegal.

After US decision, Consulate's employees found burning their documents in buildings courtyard. After completion of 72 hours, US Officers forcefully entered in China's consulate in Houston. China calls it violation of Vienna conventions.

India China tension will rise more?

In response China ordered closer of US consulate in Chengdu. Later they took control over the US Consulate building.

Calling Xi Jinping as a General Secretary of China, sign of Dictatorship: US officials started to call Xi Jinping 'General Secretary' instead of China's president. US said Xi Jinping is not chosen by public, so he doesn't have support of their Citizens. Now Jinping annouced himself as a life time president so he doesn't have even support of CCP members.

A president is the one who has support of their own people, US said Jinping lost his party's supports when he announced himself as a lifetime President. It's kind of Dictatorship.

What options India has to face China's aggression.

US P-8A and EP-E3 violate China's Airspace: July 26th Sunday US Navy's P-8A submarine killer and EP-E3 reconnaissance plane flew 76.5 km near from Shanghai. US Navy violate China's Airspace and China may rise this in United Nations.

Why China Won't attack on India?

US-China Trade Deficit: In US-China trade deficit is very big in China's favour. So few months ago US said they may finish all relations with China. But US Badly dependent on China for rare minerals.

According to EurAsiantimes article Russian Jet's produce better thrust and better manoeuvrability due to 3D thrust vectoring. It gives advantage in close combat dogfights while American jet's are stealthy and not easily detected by radars. So American jets always have advantages in BVR (Beyond Visual Range) fights.

What Should be India's foreign policy to counter China

Russia's 5th generation Su-57 is one of highly manoeuvrable and best in thrust vectoring. Russia claims Su-57 is more advanced then F-22 and F-35, so it named with sum of both (22+35=57) and very stealthy like American jets.

But some Defence experts say Su-57 not much advanced and not enough stealthy. Expert says In a dog fight Su-57 won't be able to detect F-22 and F-35 while it'll be detected by those American jets and it will launch air to air missile on Su-57, then thrust and manoeuvrable is useless. F-22 or F-35 will have advantages in dogfights.

Boycott Chinese goods is good idea ?

China's fighter jets are either Russian ( Su 30 MKM, Su 35 etc) or Russian modelled Jet's ( Russian Copy) like Chengdu J-16 etc. Chengdu J-20 China's 5th generation aircraft, many defence experts says it's not 5th generation aircraft. These jet's are not stealthy as compared to American jets. That's why China didn't indicted J-20 in their PLAAF (Airforce). .

So China's neighbouring countries like India, Japan,. Taiwan and other needs Western jets to edge over Chinese jet's. Between Indo-China tension India suddenly ordered 21 Mig-29 and 12 Su-30 MKI in 2.3 billion USD. It won't give advantages over China.

Was Rafale Deal a Scam ?

India needs 5th generation stealthy fighter jets to counter China. Recently USA approves sale for 105 F-35 fighter jets to Japan. Estimated price is around 23.1 billon USD. Global Times ( China's Government Media) is indirect expressing their worries with this deal.

Chinese Troops pull back 2 KM from the site of Galwan valley clashes. Tensions between India and China is getting colder but there is a lot of chance that PLA troops will again violet Indo-China peace treaty. India was following appeasement policy regarding China to avoid border tension but this incident is a lession for India that our appeasement policy won't be effective for China to avoid China's agression. China can Increase border tension anytime for their advantage. so India should be prepared to face China's aggression by changing their Defencsive policy to offensive policy regarding China.

Taiwan and China both claims themselves real chinese but China was powerful and it has mainland so UN countries decided to support Peoples republic of China as a China, and didn't recognise Taiwan as a country. Now it's perfect time for India to take stand against One China policy and support Taiwan as a Country.

Dalai Lama and Tibbat issue : When China occupied Tibbat, current government of India didn't make objection. While China condemn India for sheltering Dalai Lama. Now India may honour Dalai Lama with Bharat Ratna or any other high honourable award to show support for Tibbat. It will surely hurt China.

Boycott Chinese Products is a good idea ?

If whole world boycott China then it would affect China badly. If only India boycott Chinese goods then it won't make any bigger impact on China even Indian economy can suffer. It's possible that if India started to boycott China then May be other neighborhood country can also start to boycott China if China bullies them.

अगर पूरी दुनिया चीनी समान का बहिष्कार करे तो यह सफल होगा लेकिन अकेले भारत के बहिष्कार करने से चीन को ज्यादा फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा पर भारत को इसका थोड़ा बुरा असर पड़ेगा । ये एक मुहिम के रूप में शुरुआत हो सकता है कि जब काफी भविष्य में भारत की तरह अगर किसी दूसरे देश को चीन डराए तो भारत की तरह वो भी उसका बहिष्कार करे।

Before boycotting Chinese goods India should find it's replacement with similar quality as well as it's price. Now India has two options

India can import from another countries like US, Japan, European Union etc with higher cost.
Start to focus Make in India programs.

India - China Trade Deficit : India China has a big trade deficit in China's favor. 2018-19 India's export to China were $16.7 billion while Imports were $70.3 billion with Trade Deficit of $53.6 billion. China's export to India is only 2-3% ( it's Not GDP Contribution) of their total export to all over the world. Boycotting Chinese goods won't affects much China.

भारत चीन का आयात निर्यात में बड़ा अंतर है। 2018-19 में भारत ने चीन को 16.7 बिलियन अमेरिकी डालर का निर्यात किया जबकि 70.3 बिलियन अमेरिकी डालर का आयात किया। यह व्यापार घाटा या अंतर करीब 53.6 बिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर का रहा । चीन भारत को अपनी पूरी निर्यात का सिर्फ 2-3% ( सकल घरेलू उत्पाद नहीं है) निर्यात करता है। चाइना समान का बहिष्कार इतना प्रभाव नहीं डालेगा उसकी अर्थ्यवस्था को।

Affacts on Indian Poor : Chinese products are cheap and affordable for Indian middle class people and poor people. After boycotting Chinese goods India's Poor people will pay not higher cost for many products.

चीनी उत्पाद काफी सस्ते होते है और भारत के माध्यम वर्ग के परिवार और गरीब लोग भी आसानी से उसे खरीद सकते हैं, परन्तु बहिष्कार के बाद ये भारत के इन परिवारों पर बोझ बढ़ेगा।

Indian Products would be costlier : India use many intermediate Chinese products in many products for example Maruti and many automobile companies imports parts from China. Boycotting Chinese goods make it costlier.

Barely hurt Chinese Economy : It will barely hurt China's economy because of they export only 2-3% ofIof their totalatotal export,less than one percent GDP contribution in their GDP. Their GDP $14 trillion dollars approximately $14000 billion dollar and India import only 70.3 billion dollars. It's less than one percent. It won't affect China's economy but impact Indian economy.

API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) : India's forex reserve is first time more than $500 billion. It won't be possible without China. We exported paracetmol and hydroxy-chloroquine to all over the world and we imported API from China. We are badly depended on China for API.

The border tension between Indo-China border on it's peak point. But the Question is will china attack on India ?
We can't predict exactly but it seems like China will think thousand times to attack on India. We will discuss some points here .

Dream of World Leader : China has a dream to become an economic giant and it's serious threat for America. America wants to stop China. If war starts it's an opportunity for America to start war against China and Finish with many economic sanction on China, to collapse it's economy. China is aware with that. So China won't attack on India but they will have to prepare for war thats why they have increased military installation near border.
So may be china won't attack on India.

Nepal's Support: This conflict is very important for Nepal's geopolitics. If India take steps back Nepal will be more confident with China. But if China take steps back Nepal's will doubt on its game of Geopolitics. Nepal is familiar with China's expansion policy.

Expansion of G-7 into G-11 Group: USA and rest member of G-7 group were planning for expansion of G-7 to target China. USA wants South Korea, India, Australia and Russia to join this group.
So China already has pressure. Seems like China won't dare to attack on India.

Trade loss for China: India is biggest market for China. Trade deficit between India and China is too high and it's in China's favor. So China will lost its biggest market. So less chance that China will attack.

Lack of proven weapons because of reverse engineering : Indian Air Force Navy and army use various guns artillery, fighter, Combat weapons, Fighter jets from Russia, USA, France, UK and many more countries. While China does Reverse Engineering of weapons. So this kind of weapons could be lower quality then orignal weapons. So cheap quality and not reliable.

Chinese weapons were never used in real war scenario. So. Their capabilities not proven.

We will discuss here about Rafal deal. But before discussing it,we will take a look toward US- Bulgaria F-16 deal and US - Taiwan F-16 Deal.

US - Bulgaria F-16 Deal
It's around $1.67B for only eight F-16 fighter jets.

Now 8 F-16 worth = $1.67B or $1,670M
1 F-16 Unit cost = $208M

US - Bulgaria eight F-16 Deal worth 1.673 billion USD

US - Taiwan. F-16 Deal
It's around 8 Billion USD for 66 F-16 Jets.
Means 1 F-16 is approx 121 Million USD..

Question: After comparing both deal, it seems like Bulgarian Government would scam ?
Aanswer: No. We should stop judging defence deal's price with its quantities.

Note: both deals are not signed so price could be vary in future.

The Total number of F-16 manufactured by Lockheed Martin is approx 4500 which is one of the highest selling aircraft in the world.

Rafale Scam ?

In Rafale case, less than 200 Rafale were manufactured by Dassault. That's why in this Rafale deal it's development cost is far higher than F-16. when India reduced Rafale's quantity 126 to 36, unit cost of each Rafale got higher. India is buying 36 Rafale in 7.8 Billion US Dollars.

Devaluation of Indian Rupees: Indian Rupees became weaker day by day it also affected.

Question: Why could India Reduced numbers of Rafale ?

Answer : modern Rafale jet's are F3 variants and in next few years, Rafale will be upgrade in F4. Then India will have to pay again to upgrade it. So may be in future Government can order for more Rafale with F4 variant.

Question: Can India induct more Rafale in future?

Answer: May be India will induct more Rafale in future direct in F4 Variant. That time development cost will be lesser.

The situation near Indo-china border is getting warmer, and how long it will take to resolve it is unpredictable. But there are so many questions like

Will war took place?
India is trying to please China?
Indian Forces are ready for war?
China bullies countries?

Question : Is India trying to Please China?

Answer : India is avoiding two front war.

India is basically avoiding two front war from China and Pakistan. Inda was very confident about Pakistan if India Pakistan war starts and if Pakistan comes in backfoot if Pakistan request China to attack on India China will refuse this because they won't crack their relation with India but in the opposite side if India China war starts and if China comes in backfoot and if China asked Pakistan to attack on India then Pakistan will attack on India and this is serious threat for India.

India is just avoiding two front war. IAF has 29 squadron of fighter jets and India needs atleast 42 squadron of fighters jets to confront two front war.
