Over the course of the last year and especially the past few days, popular social sites and search engines have been implementing policies to restrict users wanting to participate in gun related activities.  These restrictions will eventually prevent Custom Gun Finishes from spreading news and sharing our work and services we offer.

•  Our customer wanted Pink.  After reviewing the DuraCoat® catalog she narrowed her selection and chose DuraCoat® Rose over Razzle Rose and Pink Lady
• The Springfield XD 9 mm will be used in IDPA competitions
• In addition to the frame and controls, she had the bottom plate of her magazine coated as well as the extended mag
• It is great to see women enjoying the sport and customizing their firearm
• After she picked it up today, her and her husband were off to Yuengling Brewery for  a tour. She shoots and enjoys a beer too…a man’s dream, right?

• Extra mag plates and back plates also received hydrographics for added flare
• Installed Trijicon Tru Glo night sights
• Installed Powder River Precision competition trigger (first introduced at 2011 SHOT show)
• DuraCoat® Clear over hydrographics for ultimate protection and durability

•  Customer provided pics after receiving back parts and reassembling Remington 700 on a Chassis. Customer selected various parts in ATACS and DuraCoat® Desert Sage (flat).
• Custom Gun Finishes indexed new muzzle brake prior to coating and milled rail for fit prior to applying ATACS.
• Milled/machined new bolt knob
• ATACS hydrographics sealed with DuraCoat® clear
• Summary of parts in ATACS: scope rings, rail, butt stock, tube, receiver.
• Remainder done in Desert Sage (custom mix) and cheek rest not pictured in Magpul FDE
• Surely it will shoot as good at it looks

• Local Pennsylvania hunter purchased 20 gauge Sears & Roebuck shotgun at local auction house for about $75
• CGF inspected, disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, sand blasted and applied Hydrographics and DuraCoat
• Customer requested WTP-508 Predator Deception camo-dip on stock and forearm
• Complimentary DuraCoat® Woodland Tactical Brown applied to barrel, receiver and studs
• Stocks drilled for studs; new Kick-eez recoil / butt pad custom fitted and installed; barrel arm missing when purchased, on back-order & will be coated and installed upon arrival
• DuraCoat© Clear Coat applied for added durability and protection to the camo-dip
• Sadly, this customer was taken from us way too soon. He did get to see his gun but did not have the opportunity to go hunting with it.  RIP, Scott.
