A little record shop in Glasgow

Went along to a class last week at The Life Craft in Glasgow, this time for a bit of journal making taught by the lovely Lucy of Lucy Jackson Designs. Had so much fun and learned how to make this hand bound book. Totally inspired now and i'm thinking of getting some different papers together to make myself a sketchbook.

A while ago I had posted about needing some drawers for my bedroom and only really being able to find cheaply produced mdf type ones with a huge price tag. I ended up with a little DIY project to paint some old drawers i'd bought and you can see how it went here.

Anyways last week I came across these little ones in my local Bernardos charity shop for only £30 and decided to give them a little face lift and turn them into a little dresser to match my other drawers. Here are the results.......

Pinhole Camera

These last three were made by placing a little bit of photo paper into an actual 35mm film container and piercing a hole through that and using that as the pinhole camera, after developing this is them scanned in and enlarged.

They turned out very eerie!
