I've installed lots of extra themes that you can choose between in the Options~Themes menu. The only issue with using the exact windows app is that it doesn't understand the OSX way of doing things. Your system is called Z and in that folder you have your top level HD files and folders. Hidden files on mac aren't hidden so can get in the way...
