People basically get people from anywhere when they are weak. there are many ways for the victim to avoid from getting bully. Today i am here to discuss with you readers about how to avoid from getting cyber bully.

Internet now can be access from any mobile devices. Therefore it will be easy to pass information around. sometimes positive information are being passed but sometimes negative ones are being pass as well. It've been showed that 'pre-paid' phones are now widely use around Australia by teenagers. The average age of mobile phone owners will be girls under the age of 18, is 13 years old.

The best way to avoid being a victim will be that users should always keep their personal information private. this is because by doing so, people will then wont be able to have any valuable information to bully them.

The next way will be try not to create your password as such easy one such as your birthday, home address, phone number and etc. this is because this type of information can be easily guess by hackers. With the information that can be hack, user will then be a victim of cyber bully.

the nest way to prevent being a victim of cyber bully will be that only pass out private information only to people who can be trusted. This is because is private information can be share by public, it wont be a private information anymore.

This are the few ways for user to prevent themselves from being a victim of cyber bully.

As we are all aware of, we are living in the 21st century which is a world of technology. Technology is getting higher and better as the day passes. Therefore, more people are relying on using the Internet as their primary source for communication. Hence more people might use the tool of Internet to cyber bully and the social risk will increase observably.

Malaysia has not implement any cyber laws on cyber bullying which is because cyber bullying in Malaysia is not a serious matter. However, in the US, cyber bullying is a serious matter and because many cases which had caused death because of cyber bullying, many states in America had already implemented cyber laws on cyber bullying. The government believe that by making these laws can protect their children from being harassed, threatened, and humiliated online.

The states which had implemented cyber laws are Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, New Jersey, Oregon, Missouri, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

The laws are such as follow:

School officials are permission to take action against cyber bullies even if the bullying did not happen in school itself.

School officials are allowed to suspend their students if one is found guilty of bullying another through telephone or computer.

Fines will be charged to an individual if one is found guilty of cyber bullying via electronic communication.

Tougher and heavier punishment is added on top of the delinquents under the terms of state's laws for young offenders.

Court sessions would be held for cyber bullying offenders and police officials will be getting involved as well.

Cyber Bullying Hits Down Hard on the Gay Community

Cyber bullying is a huge problem by itself, what more the pressure it puts on the gay community. This gay community consists of gay people, lesbian people and those of transgender. The mere mention on anything regarding the subject of the gay community brings about a certain feeling of taboo for our community. Thus, people tend to turn a blind eye when a member of the gay community is a victim of a cyber bully. In fact, people in the community itself tend to become the bulliers. This happens because people of the community find the gay community and the fact of the same gender liking the same gender, weird and abnormal. People are tend to be more scared of what they do not understand, and do not wish to accept it, thus, the gay community becomes an easy pray for cyber bullies.

The Iowa State University conducted a study that finds that the younger generation compiled from the people identified as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender (LGBT), as well as thier straight allies are hit hard by this form of harrasment, occasionally ending in lethal concequenses. This study also reveals that one out of every two transgender students (LGBT), are a victim of cyber bullying. Furthermore, due to the stealth in this form of bullying, it becomes harder for teachers and parents to detect it.

"In the online survey of 444 junior high, high school and college students between the ages of 11 and 22 -- including 350 self-identified non-heterosexual subjects -- 54 percent of the LGBT and allied youth reported being victims of cyberbullying in the 30 days prior to the survey. Cyberbullying includes attacks such as electronic distribution of humiliating photos, dissemination of false or private information, or targeting victims in cruel online polls."

This survery shows that the gay community becomes an easy target for cyber bullies worldwide, who will taunt them with names such as "queer", "weirdo", "abnormal", and many other mean and degrading names.

True to the survey, this has become a huge issue, which souldnt be taken lightly. The government should provide more awareness on the existance of the gay community and how they are not abnormal, as it is just a way of living. People should learn to accept the gay community for who they are, and by doing this, cyber bullies will target less of them.

The Abuse of Youtube as a Cyber Bullying hub

Statistics show that Youtube.com is the second most used search engine in the world. With statistics higher than that of Yahoo.com, Youtube has become on of the most popular search engines in the world. Thus with that thought, it has also become the hub of cyber bullies around the world. With hidden identities, these cyber bullies pray on their victims by leaving mean comments on their posts of videos. These comments range from sexual insults to life threats on the victims. Cyber bullying on youtube has become a huge problem and youtube has not taken the proper measures to filter these comments.

There is a case whereby a blogger, who posted his content on Youtube which was about saving the dolpins. The user wanted to let people know that dolphins will in fact become an endangered species if stricter laws aren't brought up to protect them from poachers. Instead of the positive feedback he expected from awareness, all he gained was criticism and insults.

In this picture we can view at the bottom of the video post, other users posted mean comments, such as "If you die dolphins won't give a crap", and another few comments. These people are examples of cyber bullies. If you do not like the video, as long as it does not contain any offensive content, users should not respond in such a manner.

Other cases are people who have been cyber bullied but do not know what to do, or who to tell. These people search for a 'safe' place for them to let out their worries and release their stress of being a victim of a cyber bully through posting videos on Youtube. They hope that people from all over the world may watch and comment helping them through the situation.

In the above video, a girl, Julianne Flory, tells her story about how she was a victim of cyber bullies and how they ruined her life. She shares her experience on Youtube.com in a hope that others who suffer the same fate as her are able to listen, watch and learn from what she has to say. She explains in brief details her traumatic experience being bullied and how she didn't even feel safe in her own house. She was paranoid and afraid of people. She found it very hard to trust people and had low-self esteem.

For people like Julianne, they are able to tell their story, whether by posting it online or speaking to their parents, victims of cyber bullies must stand up and make their problem known.

Thus, lastly it is proven that even in the biggest of websites, the prevention of cyber bullying is not yet proper and management of these web sites must try harder to find the culprits of cyber bullying in these web sites and ensure they get the punishment they deserve. We, as the society also must help others who are a victim to these cases of cyber bullying, aware that they can escape cyber bullying, and life will go on.

Cyber bullying has become such a general topic that we realized it doesn't only happen or revolve around any regular individual in this world. Even celebrities get cyber bullied. As we all are aware of, cyber bullying is so easy these days as long as there is an Internet connection or any electronic communication devices revolve around in our daily life environment. As have been said, cyber bullying can happen at anytime and anywhere and definitely, to anyone in the world as well. Therefore, celebrities get cyber bullied over the Internet and people enjoy hot new gossip news revolve around celebrities and eventually, it will become a hot selling topic.

Most of the celebrities get cyber bullied from photos taken by paparazzi and unauthorized personals. However, cyber bullied by video is usually different comparing with cyber bullied by photos. For example, the infamous Paris Hilton, who had a homemade sex video of she and her former boyfriend, was leaked and released on the Internet back in 2003. It was the hot news back then and without any shame or humiliation, Paris Hilton had later released her video in a DVD name 1 night in Paris instead of taking legal actions. She made a big amount of money through her infamous idea of releasing and selling it on DVD to the public.

Another case was the Kim Kardashian sex tape scandal. In 2007, a homemade sex video of she and her then boyfriend was leaked on the Internet. Kim made a law sued against Vivid Entertainment, an adult film production company for having in possession and ownership of the tape without any permission from Kim. However, Kim later on dropped the suit and settled with Vivid Entertainment for USD$5 million.

No matter how both celebrities had some how rewarded back with money after the incidents, but personally i am sure that nobody ever will have the intention to receive money in such a way and this has shown that cyber bullying can happen to anybody, anytime and anywhere.

The answer with the most vote will be call your family and friends for help with 50% of votes. to my opinion, the reason for the readers to vote on this answer is because they trust their family and friends more as they are the ones that will always be with you when your in trouble. So the easies reaction for a person to do when they are in trouble will be to call their family and friends.

The second most vote will be the answer call polis for help with 38%. I do believe that the reason readers vote on this answer will be that people trust the polis to do their job and to protect the one who need protecting. And the answer with 13% of the vote will be just ignore it. I think that readers who vote on this answer believe that by ignoring the treats that are given will stop sooner or later as the person who bully have not get back any feedback from the victim or maybe because the victim just don't bother about what others say to them in the Internet.

Cyber bullying is a rough and heavy term used, when the fact is that cyber bullies can range from those who really wish to cause pain towards another and those who are just playfully inserting a mean comment. For example, a big time cyber bully would taunt and disturb the victim online or through thier mobile device, wanting the victim to break down, but a small time cyber bully are those who see a funny picture of thier friend on the web, and they say their friend looks horrible. There is a fine line between what is funny and what can cause harm and pain in others.

We need to realize that our actions on the internet, especially social networking sites are seen and viewed by millions a day, as it is the fastest way to easy communication. We must understand and think about the feelings of others before we act or do something online. Even though just a playful comment, we must still have empathy and think from the others perspective. Would you want the same thing to happen to you?

The answer with the most vote will be the answer punish the person who cyber bully with 75% of the vote. To my opinion, the reason why they pick on the answer is because they think that by having this action people will then be scare to do cyber bullying any more.

I think the reason why people choose the answer is because they think by doing this action might not work because the person who cyber bully can bully their victim from any sites and it would be hard to banned all the site.

Cyber Sin The Movie

The tagline for this short film campaign is "A death sentence is only one click away". The story is about the 16 year old student name Cindy who cyber bullies her own family relative, her cousin. With the help of two of Cindy's closest friends, She sent out compromising photos of her cousin's photos from her personal social networking through internet and mobile phone. Soon after the incident, the whole school knows about it and Cindy's cousin committed suicide. Parents of Cindy's cousin reveals their heartache of losing their daughter.

UNICEF Malaysia Lends a Hand in Countering Cyber Bullying

In Malaysia, cyber bullying has also become an issue. UNICEF Malaysia has come up with their own programme to halt cyber bullying in schools. They believe that a good and profound education will help prevent bullying and cyber bullying from continuing. Guided by the Convention on the "Rights of a Child", UNICEF works to ensure that children and teenagers alike are able to live free of fear and violence.

A popular story that has become a highlight and an idol story for many Malaysians alike is the story about Dashenee Huthamaputiran, who is now 18 years old. She was the head prefect for Convent Sentul High school in the year 2009. She attended a programme hosted by UNICEF and HELP College in her school early 2009, which was about "Bullying". Throughout the whole programme, she managed to learn a lot and has gained more knowladge about bullying and what is categorized as bullying.

The video below is one hosted on the Metacafe website, a video hosting website, and it explains a little something concerning UNICEF's programme.

UNICEF: Preventing Bullying Through Safe Schools in Malaysia

Through the video we can see that Dashenee in fact, helped a student who was cyber bullied through a popular social networking site. She asked this student who was in her school to seek help from the teachers and counselor. This helped her prevent the bully early on, before the bully could do any great harm to the student.

UNICEF will continue to push forward their advice and their knowledge, to schools and colleges in an attempt to halt cyber bullying altogether.

Cyber bullying is not a funny matter, and should not be treated as one.

Surveys and Statistics on Cyber Bullying

In today's post, we will take a closer look at the surveys which had been done and showing us some really interesting statistics on cyber bullying. This survey was done back in 2003-2004 by i-SAFE Inc America who surveyed the students across the country about this new topic back in those two years, Cyber Bullying. It has become a favorable topics amount students instead of adults.

This Survey was done by 1,500 students between grades 4-8 reported:

42% of kids have been bullied while online. 1 in 4 have had it happen more than once.
35% of kids have been threatened online. Nearly 1 in 5 have had it happen more than once.
21% of kids have received mean or threatening e-mail or other messages.
58% of kids admit someone has said mean or hurtful things to them online. More than 4 out of 10 say it has happened more than once.
53% of kids admit having said something mean or hurtful to another person online. More than 1 in 3 have done it more than once.
58% have not told their parents or an adult about something mean or hurtful that happened to them online.

Also, a 2006 survey by Harris Interactive reported:

43% of U.S. teens having experienced some form of cyberbullying in the past year.

Similarly, a Canadian study reported and found:

23% of middle-schoolers surveyed had been bullied by e-mail
35% in chat rooms
41% by text messages on their cell phones
Fully 41% did not know the identity of the perpetrators.

This week we have ask the readers the question 'what would be the punishment for people who cyber bully?' and the answer that are given to the readers are 'jail time, money fine and counseling'. From here we are able to figure out what the readers think about those people who cyber bully.

The answer that have the most vote comes from the answer 'money fine' with 50% of the vote. To my opinion, the reason for the readers to chose this answer is maybe because they don't believe that cyber bully is a big crime. Therefor they don't need to be heavily punishment.

The answer next both have 25% each. to my opinion i think that only some people do believe that cyber bully is a big crime as they pick on jail time. This answer maybe pick by them as they have been a cyber bully victim before. so they want to have revenge towards them for the action that they have made. that is why they pick the jail time punishment. the reason for the readers to pick on counseling is because they do believe that people who cyber bully will stop went they have went for counseling.

Hello everybody. My name is Muzakkir. I would like to talk to everyone about cyber bully used by teenage girls. In this generation, teenagers girl are more commonly expose to the cyber bully. This is because by using the Internet, nobody can know who they are therefore they can do whatever you like.

From here, i would like to tell everyone cyber bully is more dangerous then playground bully. Let me tell you all why. This is because they can do whatever they want and no body will know who they are therefore the victim will be more affair then usual.

The effect of cyber bully compare to playground bully is more serious. This is because cyber bully is able to spread globally whereby playground bully only spreads around the area.

Good day everyone. My name is Ali. I am here to share the story of Megan Meier, an ordinary 13 years old American girl, who committed suicide as a victim because of cyber bullying from her friends.

The 13 years old Megan is weak and overweight and as a result, she had a depression problem. Tina, mother of Megan, said when Megan was in standard three, Megan started to hate herself and dislike herself. She began to have thoughts and conversations such as killing herself. As a result, Megan was undergoing fixed consultancy appointments with doctors and a compulsory continuously medical treatment.

After got permission from Megan's parents, Megan opened a MySpace account. Not long after, Megan met a 16 years old handsome boy name Josh, who find Megan very beautiful. However, this so called Josh boy actually does not exist, he was a fake identity which was made up by one of Megan's friends mum, Lori, who live four houses away from Megan on the same street. Lori purposely created such fake account withe the fake Josh's identity to give a fake impression to Megan that actually someone was really into her.

However, everything went wrong six weeks later. Josh began to say that Megan is not a nice person and everyone is talking about her. Many others joined the topic start calling her by names over the Internet such as "Fat Girl" and "Bitch".

At first, Megan was not affected much, in fact, she began to fight back to those who were talking bad things about her. However, with such actions, it only made the situation worst when the others began more and more heavy and tactical revenge against Megan. This was a big challenge and a big impact to Megan.

In the end, Megan could not handle the pressure and such embarrassment, therefore, she hang herself to death in her closet. Megan's mum, Tina said, Megan was already undergoing cyber bullying from her friends previously and Megan had dream to find a boy who is interested in her. Josh was the first boy who Megan thought he really liked her and because Josh's change of face to Megan is too much an impact for Megan to handle, as a result, Megan lost all her hope and under her depression disorders, she killed herself.

Good evening all, I am Tanith Nadia, and on this noble day I will discuss a little about cyber bullying. The topic that I am about to touch on here, is about the cyber bullies and why they behave as such.

In my opinion, cyber bullies, like all other bullies behave in such a manner because of a few factors. Firstly, maybe they have had tough childhood experiences and they have not been getting enough love and affection from their parents and family members. They might be bullied by their own siblings, or even have to fight to get attention from their parents. This is a cause of why they would want others to notice their existence.

Secondly, by bullying, they feel more powerful and others fear those who bully. They get hooked on that feeling.

Through a research done by the Pew Internet and American Life project, in 2007, they found that the problem of bullies arises in their childhood era. Parent who are busy with work, tend to give less attention to their kids. Apart from that, kids who have to witness their parents divorce also with give a negative impact on the kids and could mold them into bullies when they grow older. Another reason is kids who are victims of child abuse also get inflicted with mental stress and they have a tendency to act out as bullies as they wish to do to others what they have experienced. They want others to feel their pain.

Today, I am also having a short interview session to find out what people have to think about this issue, and today I will interview miss Pauline, who will give us her opinion.

Miss Pauline, what is your opinion on the topic of discussion? Why does cyber bullying occur?

In my opinion, this occurs more than regular traditional bullying due to the fact that the victim can not necessarily know the true identity of the bully. This makes the bully feel safe and innocent of his act. He or she does not feel his victims pain or hurt as he or she does not have to face the victim.

I can understand that thought, as now there are commodities such as hand phones' and computers, that allow bullies to hide their true identity.

Pauline: (3.12 to 3.34 minutes)

That is correct. Bullies in this era have the potential to be more hurtful, as cyber commodities has become something that is a necessity to the lives of the victims and they will feel isolated as they feel these commodities are not safe for them. This feeling is brought on by continuous bullying.

Do you feel that these bullies are immoral people?

Not necessarily. There are some bullies who do this only to get attention from other people but they do not know other ways to get it. But, on the other hand, there are some bullies who actually gain excitement in seeing others suffer. Either way, this does not deny the cruelty in such activities.

Thank you miss Pauline, for your opinion. End of the story, cyber bullying is not a good activity and it ruins lives. We have to understand the steps and thoughts of these bullies to put a halt to these activities. We also have to watch and analyze the situation and our kids and friends to ensure they are not victims of cyber bullies.

Girls used a new method knowed to men to bully others amoung themselve. They used words rather then action that can be compare with men that ussually use action then words to bully others. For girls, the best way to use word on bullying others will be ussing the internet. By ussing this method, it is called cyber bullying.

Ussing cyber bully to bullying other girls, the most effective way to bully will be calling names. The girls will call names to each other and this will hurt the feelings as the words that are being use are not such a nice word to use and hear. The girls when they bully,its hard to find them bully one by one. They normally bully the other girls in pack. By doing this, it makes them look much bigger and this will help to scare off the other girl for them not to fight back when they are being bully.

When girls bully, parents will find it hard to recornize the bully is going on as they dont look that obvious. Atleast no till you pay attention to it. So this will be hard for the parents to control as they cant find the problem.

This video is one that was found on Youtube. It is an advertisement about an organization, Childnet International along with Digizen.org who work together to fight against cyber bullying. Their key message here, is that, all of us must fight against cyber bullying as a team. They are also extending a helping hand to those youngsters who are already victims of cyber bullies.

In the video we see that the young boy, who is the victim is always bullied by a group led by a curly haired girl. They send him nasty text messages, threatening IM's (Instant messages), call and harass him and also they posted a blog about him and made him look bad. These are all different examples of cyber bullying methods.

The victim would never speak out as he had a fear that the bullies would harm him. He also was very depressed and did not know how to speak out. Words failed him. Thus, nearing the end of the video, the boy, did a video recording of himself explaining about what had happened to him and how hurt and depressed he felt and left it lying around for his mother to find. Once she did, she took action against the kids who cyber bullied him, by meeting the school and the other necessary departments.

The boy who also followed his mother to speak to the departments who handled cyber bullying cases also spoke out about his problem and in the end a solution was achieved. The ending of this video is the boy speaking and laughing happily with a new friend at school. This goes to show, that cyber bullying does not pay off.

There were also quotes such as "Cyber Bullying IS Bullying" and also "Cyber Bullying Ruins Lives". These are powerful quotes as they create an awareness among the people who watch this advertisement. This goes to show that cyber bullying has the same effect mentally and physically on a person as bullying would. They are both of the same category.

This video proves to be a great advertisement as it has all the elements an advertisement does. Your feedback on this video is much appreciated.

The Case of Megan Meier

Megan Meier is just an ordinary girl from America, but who committed suicide by hanging herself because of cyber bullying through the social networking site MySpace. Previously Megan had already been suffering from attention deficit disorder and depression and considering herself of overweight.

Soon after Megan had opened a MySpace account, she became friend with a boy name Josh Evans and soon after they became really close online friends, however, they have never met in person. Megan found Josh was really attractive and and she began to exchange messages with him online and Megan's parents was really happy because Megan's family thought this is helping Megan as having her "spirit lifted".

However, everything became a nightmare over a simple message from a friend of Megans name Drew which the saying that he can't be friend with Megan anymore because because he had heard from others that Megan is not very nice to her friends. Following such common from her friends, similar messages were sent out and shared with many more people and bulletings about Megan were posted up on the Internet.

What made Megan collapsed and committed suicide was the message from Josh, after assuming Josh had heard rumors bout Megan, he sent a message to Megan saying you are a bad person and everybody hates you. The world would be a better place without you. Surprisingly with a reply from Megan to Josh saying you're the kind of guy a girl would kill herself over. Because the impact of such message from Josh to Megan had really broken Megan's heart, thus she was already suffering from depression and low self-esteem disorder. Megan was found in her bedroom closet where she had hung herself to death.

On the three of the poll, we ask the readers 'Is cyber bullying easy?'.From there, we have given them four answer to choose from. The four answers are 'Yes, No, I don't know and finally I don't care'.

Based on the result that we have gather from the readers, we have found out that the readers think that cyber bullying is an easy job to do as they have vote 56% of the votes on yes. To my opinion, the readers think its easy because it looks easy Or maybe the ones that are voting actually are cyber bullies.

The second most highly voted answer was share by both answers that are i don't know and i don't care both having 22% of the votes.From my opinion, the reason for the readers to choose this two answer is because they have no idea about it and for some reason they just don't bother about it.

Lastly, the answer that receive the least vote is no.None of the readers vote on this answer. From my opinion, i do believe that the readers think that cyber bullying is a easy job to do.

The causes of cyber bullying started from many aspects of a person's surroundings such as family and friends. Mostly children now days, they revolved around there parents alot and therefore as a result, they begin to copy whatever their parents are doing, such as their attitude, behaviors and etc. If the family members are uneducated which as a result, making fun of each other and arguments always involved. As a result, there children will start to adapt from the family's bad behavior and think it is a normal thing to do and also begin to behave themselves like their parents. Thus, when the children are outside of their home, they begin to follow the path of what they have learned from their parents and begins to bully, both cyber bullying and playground bullying.

Another reason for the cause of someone being a cyber bully is definitely their friends. When a friend, or a group of friend bullies others, the rest of the group will feel left out and in order to fit into the group, they will begin to do the same thing as an negative influenced which they do not even realise what they have gotten themselves into. Also, if they don't copy and start doing the same thing as what their friends are doing, they could feel neglected from their group or even a possible chance go get bullied by their friends. Therefore, nobody wants to cause conflicts among friends by sticking up for themselves and merely to keep the friends they already have. Teenagers at their young age, their personal morals are not set in stone yet and they will try to avoid social conflicts at all costs.

As stated before this is a serious issue which indeed can cause severe side effects to the victims who are bullied. These effects will be categorized into two, the mental effects and the physical effects. Each person takes a nasty comment differently. Some take it as a joke, others can be very hurt and humiliated by it. This post will discuss in more detail the mental and physical effects of being a cyber bully victim.

First, we will discuss the mental effects of being a cyber bully victim. Similar to mental stress which is brought on by the traditional bullies, cyber bullying can also cause intense mental torture for the victim. The victim will develop a low self esteem and feel as if they are not worthy of being treated better. They will feel as if the treatment from the bullies is how their life is going to be and therefore they give up seeking higher appraisal. They tend to think of themselves lowly and they believe that they are unworthy of praise or good thoughts. They could also develop mean thoughts and treat others the way the bullies treat them, as they believe that is the proper way. The victims could also develop depression, and pull themselves from the world, secluding themselves in a 'shell' which they think is safe. They will tend to become anti-social, as they believe that everyone will treat them the same as the bullies do. They are the extremely quiet ones, the ones who do not socialize and speak at all.

Mental effects are not the only problems these victims must face, they also must face the physical problems. People who suffer from being bullied may develop eating disorders. Some of the more common eating disorders range from anorexia, bulimia to obesity. Anorexia and bulimia usually effect those who believe it is their weight which causes bullies to target them. They are not an 'ideal' weight and therefore not 'beautiful', thus they try to fit in by either not eating at all, or throwing up after they have eaten. Others who are in the midst of depression usually tend to eat to drown their sorrows, causing them to gain weight and become obese. Both versions of these problems are serious and can lead to shorter life span and lack of proper nutrients. Other physical problems would be the tendency to harm themselves. Those who hit paranoia in a way that they become nearly suicidal, would develop a need to harm themselves to feel 'better' about themselves. They may cut themselves with a knife or blade, or they could even try to overdose on tablets or painkillers in order to either attempt suicide or just to harm themselves as they develop a mental state of hating who they are. Either way this is a dangerous situation to be in.

We have to realize that cyber bullying isn't just annoying but it also causes long-term effects in the victims.

On the 2nd week of the poll question, we ask the readers to answer a question for us. The question that are given to them are also incluededwith nanswer for them to pick from. The question that is being ask ' Who does the most cyber bullying?' and the answers that have been given for choices are 'Teenage boy, Teenage girl, Adult man and Adult women'. The voting are given for the duration of 1 week.

Out of the four choices that are given, people mostly vote for adult women to do the most cyber bullying as they have the most vote. they come in with 42%.To me, I think that the reason for the readers to vote on adult women is because most politic issue are being use by adults. By using cyber bully it can be used as a treat to thier oppenent.

The second most highest vote on cyber bully are being used are the teenage boys with 38% of the vote. This can happen because teenage boys like to use this type of method to disturb girls without letting the girls knowing whos doing it to them.

The last two lowest vote on poeple who does cyber bullys goes to teenage girls and adult man both at 17% and 4%. From my oppinion, i think this could happen because this both type of people just dont really care about what people say on the internet. they may have thier own perception on the thing that are being said on the internet.

Cyber bullying is not a matter you can cast aside. It is a very serious issue which needs to be handled properly. Cyber bullying can cause terrible effects to those receiving the bullying. Those who are bullied online are embarrassed and harassed in front of millions of viewers worldwide, including their entire school or college. The internet is a very public place, especially if the bully decides to bully the victim on social networking sites, such as Facebook, Friendster, or even Twitter.

We must be aware of our friends and family behavioral patterns to ensure they are not victims of being cyber bullied. These are signs that your child, friend or collegue is being bullied online:

They may feel like there is no escape from cyber bullying. It seems easy enough to close these social media accounts and simply turn off of the computer. However, for some avoiding these websites or instant messages may seclude them from one of the most important places they socialize.
They may be at home when they experience cyber bullying, which can lead to a sense of endangerment within the confines of their own room or house.
Cyber bullies are more likely to say harsher words online or by text message because they don’t have to say it to the other person’s face or see their reaction.
They may feel like they can’t be secure within their own surrounding because some cyber bullies never reveal their identity. The anonymity of cyber bullying can add to their feeling of being unsafe.
They will withdraw themselves from the world due to feeling insecure and embarrassed.
They will have low self esteem and feel as if they are worthless people. They tend to feel down all the time and are unhappy people.

Nobody can avoid the fact that one day we all might become victims of cyber bullies. However, as for our part of what we can do, there are few techniques we can learn in order to prevent ourselves of becoming the victims of cyber bullies.

First of all, do not exchange private and personal information such as email and pictures with people you just met over the Internet. If you are unsure, do ask your parents advice and permission whether it is necessary before giving out such information.

Secondly, do not perform any reckless actions when you are under the influence of anger or any such related emotions. Always remember and keep this in mind that it's hard to undo things you have done or said when you are under such emotionally behaviors.

Also, try to learn for yourself that don't get emotionally disturbed by others when they do mean things or say utterly ugly words about you over messages or over the Internet. Delete the messages from people you don't know.

Please keep in mind that online conversations are not private. Therefore, anybody can copy your conversations and even your pictures and misuse them and do damage to you. Thus, when you realise that something doesn't seem right, get out of the site or the chat rooms.

Last but not the least, do not ever reveal your passwords to anybody. You never know what a person is thinking deep inside and they can hold such information against you when they feel that their benefit or position is being threatened in any possible way. Cyber-Bullying

Cyber bullying doesn't involve in any form of physical and body contacts, but it damages a person mentally. Also, at certain situations, it can also harm a person physically regarding on what has been posted on the cyber world. Cyber bullies can hide there identity and be anonymous in the cyber world. Cyber bullying has a wide reach of "target audience", it can reach to people who know the victim and as well as those who doesn't have a clue of the victim at all. Cyber bullies can be extra brave in the cyber world because they don't need to have to meet or have any face to face contact with the victim and still remain anonymous over the Internet. Last but not the least, in the cyber world, cyber bullies is able to fake their personal information and as well as the victims, thus this is unacceptable and is an unlawful behavior to have.

Playground Bullying

Now we will come and discuss of real life bullying and we can compare and see the difference from cyber bullying. Playground bullying involves face to face contact of the bully and also the victim and physical harm occurs during the process of Playground bullying. Playground bullies will not be able to hide their identity and be anonymous thus the bullies will usually have to face the consequences of the after bullying from the appropriate person or authorities, hence the playground bullies will have the extra "kick" to be brave enough to bully someone in person. Also, playground bullying doesn't have a wide reach of target audience due to geographical status and as well as real life obstacles.
