Nueva Vida and UNOS; sounds like a Spanish convention

It has been announced today, that the two alliances, United Nations of Sovereignty and Nueva Vida have come to an agreed treaty. UNOS is around twenty members strong and Nueva Vida stands strong with around 210 members.
