There&#8217;s a lot you need to know and also to avoid &#8212; particularly in this buyers’ market in which there are so many homes on the market and sellers with such diverse motivations.</p>
<p>However, it can actually be a lot easier than you think, particularly if you&#8217;re working with an experienced Realtor, and particularly when there are so many good deals out there and interest rates are so low!  In the long run, people lose money when they rent instead of owning their own home. Wouldn&#8217;t you rather build up equity in a home instead of giving your hard-earned money to your landlord?</p>
<p>Not only that, but the current market is giving many people a great opportunity to buy that might not still exist when prices go up again – as they always do. <p>I’m writing because I want your buyers. Particularly in a very challenging market like this one, truly motivated buyers – not just “tire-kickers” – are more difficult to come by. In fact, as you try to sell your house, I think you’ll discover the irony that although in a “buyers’ market” the opportunity to buy is at its highest, buyer urgency is at its lowest.  </p>

<p>During my later years I progressed to the power point presentation and then onto the blackboard.com internet based e-learning.  Now I&#8217;m putting together all that knowledge of the dark ages to promote and educate you on the current foreclosure and short sale market.</p>
