Hoping this series of musings is inspiring you to be better
and better at focusing. Focus meaning, deliberate choices
of thoughts and feelings The passionate exploration of,
what’s next?

It can be fun to focus! Balanced with moments of joy
appreciating what is, of course!

Remember, ultimately you are in control of your thoughts
and feelings. You are in control of your focus. What are
your emotions telling you about your focus?

May I suggest that you enjoy a conscious, deep breath in
through your nose and out through your mouth, before
continuing. Simply be aware of your breath. Aaaaaaahh!

For a few moments now, place your conscious focus in your
body. Settle in, be aware of your body and sit comfortably
in it.

Feel the fullness of focus by first experiencing the
fullness of your breath and the fullness of your body when
you place your attention completely in the present moment
there. This is focus within, as well as without. Always
coming back to the self, what might be called ‘home’.

It is a meaningful question for you, to ask yourself
throughout the day, where is my attention focused?

If you don’t deliberately place your focus on something
that you truly want, then you may find your mind being
influenced to focus elsewhere. Also, love what you don’t
want. It gives you so much clarity about what you do want!
You could shake what you don’t want by the hand and say,
thank you very much for showing me the way! Then you have
to give your attention to what you want.

There is no answer to what you want in blaming someone or
something else. Blame can be a habit and it never gets you
to where you want to go. It tells you more about yourself
than about the subject of your blame.

The world is an extension of you. So question yourself,
your thoughts, about what you are projecting. Accept your
part.

If something you’re focusing on lowers your vibration,
release connection with the subject at issue and move on.

You cannot focus on what you don’t want and get to what
you do want. There are effects when you give your
attention to something. Withdraw your focus of attention
from what is not wanted.

Do you really need to talk about what you don’t want any
more?!

Negative thoughts equal negative emotion equals that is the
signal you’re sending out.

When your past stays active, in other words, you’re
defining yourself by your past, you’ll be stuck, now, in
that past. Wouldn’t it be better to talk about what
you’re going towards?

Focus on a feeling first, then better inspired thoughts
join you.

Choose to make the best of it, wherever you are now.

Write out a list of all the things you don’t want in your
life. Use that list to turn your focus to what you do want.
Focus on feelings of happiness and abundance. Quit
complaining and write out intentions of what you want to
be, do, and have. Beliefs create your reality, so begin to
choose them for yourself and choose beliefs that support
what you want to be, do, and have. What does it feel like
to be living your intentions?

We want to keep our beliefs and we can look upon all sorts
of evidence and tell all kinds of stories to support our
beliefs. But, what if some of our beliefs don’t serve
us?

Why be stuck in what you believe?

Question your thoughts.

Most of our thoughts are repetitive. Habitual cycles of
the same (often limiting and negative) thoughts. Habitual
thought patterns and the emotions that go with them are
usually ways that we create suffering inside ourselves and
can be ways that we create suffering around us.

What are you believing that moves you to fear, doubt,
worry, concern, anger?

When we have negative thoughts, we in turn feel negative
emotions in our body. When we choose positive feeling
emotions, then positive thoughts come to us.

To experience the feeling of being alive, doesn’t it feel
better to invite feelings of optimism, joy, enthusiasm,
passion, love, appreciation? Yes! Feeling good is feeling
good!

What is showing up in your life is the results of what your
unconscious mind believes. So you have to inquire into your
hidden beliefs. Ask yourself, truthfully, what am I really
expecting? Maybe life is wanting to give you something and
you are unaware that you’re saying no to it?

We all desire clarity. Inner silence quietens the
confusion of the mind, which means that suffering through
the mind is quietened. Confusion never feels good. Would
you be willing to practice experiencing a gap between your
thoughts? It is freeing. The mind chatters away
continuously if inner silence is not practiced and it can
be easy to identify yourself as those thoughts. Thought
processes have a mind of their own. Do you know that
you’re identifying with your thoughts? Wouldn’t it
feel better to deliberately choose thoughts so that you are
more aware of the thoughts that you are experiencing? So
that they are in alignment with what is wanted.

When you know what you don’t want, it means that you know
what you do want, so the knowing of what you don’t want is
good, helpful, inspiring, and so forth.

The reality you’re now living is what it is, so accept
it. Don’t argue with it, in other words make peace with
it, and start focusing more and more on what you’re
wanting. Love what is and be in eager anticipation, in
happy anticipation, of more of what you’re focusing on.

May I suggest, let’s deliberately make our thoughts more
useful. Action arises from thought. There is more to
thought than we know, so let’s use it as wisely and
compassionately as we can.

Before the next part of your day now, enjoy a conscious,
deep breath in through your nose and out through your
mouth, before continuing. Simply be aware of your breath.
Aaaaaaahh!

How are you and your growing family of better feeling
thoughts doing? Hopefully you’re living together happily
ever after by now I’m not here to talk about anything
I don’t want either, because that would keep me away from
what I do want … and I don’t want that! So this is a
doom and gloom free room we’re in. A no moan zone! Have
you cleared the clutter and clear-mindedly created such a
mobile home yet? Seriously, the best interior you can
imagine. Press the pause button for brain and take the
lift (a.k.a. elevator) to the heart. You’ll feel better
there. If you’re not in the beautiful bubble, talk
yourself into a place that is a tiny bit new and improved
and then move on up, move on up, move on up. Gracefully.

How often are you choosing a thought that doesn’t feel
good?! Wouldn’t it be better to turn the other way? Leave
the drama to tv and cinema.

There are effects when you give your attention to
something.

We make conditions outside of us responsible for the way we
feel when we don’t care enough about how we feel, because we
can always choose to feel a bit better now. You could look
directly now at something, anything, that inspires you to
feel good. Would you rather hold on to negative thoughts,
or would you prefer to feel better?

It’s important that we all decide to make the best of
things, whatever our circumstances. When you try to get
things you don’t have, it doesn’t always feel good, does
it. However when you choose to feel better, life looks
brighter anyway. Feel better imagining you have what you
want and focus on what you have that inspires you to feel
good. All that is about Now, the best, and only real,
place to live in.

You could scroll through a whole list of appreciations for
your computer and internet connection, for starters. As
you do that, you feel your connection to who you really
are.

Are you making conditions outside of you what is necessary
for you to feel good? If you think you will feel better
for having XYZ, that’s nice, and, could you simply decide
to feel that bit better now?

Does time feel like it’s speeding up for you too?! I’ve
been busier than ever before in my whole life! I shared an
email from a man who visited my work place for the first
time, with Jewels of Law of Attraction Radio Network
(because she cheerleads Cyres World so charmingly from her
website, http://www.loaradionetwork.com/cyres-world.html)
and she replied, ‘This is wonderful! Thanks for sharing.’
So now I’m taking it to another level and sharing with you!

This man, Frank, a medical doctor, who works in a hospital,
visited the CYRES building in Antwerp (I see it more as a
community than a building) for the first time at the
beginning of this month.

He is also part of a community and he sends them an email
each month.
This month the email is about his ‘healthy new you’
experience here, where I’m writing this email from!
(anyone found the key yet?!). So, feeling you might be
interested in one man’s view of this vortex, this feeling
place we call CYRES. The view being from inside his vortex
(clue there, about perception :-)).

Humbly may I say, we’re truly making a difference, locally
and further afield, so, if your heart’s feelin’ it, spread
the word and join in wherever you are …

And he’s right, delicious surprise and giggling my heart
out!

Dear Friends!

Again, I’d like to share something with you.
Someone is gonna laugh out loud at this… haha… isn’t it
Jane McCarthy!? haha

A week ago I visited Cyres Cafe (Create Your Reality
Experience Self) in Antwerp.
It’s a beautiful place in the southern part of the city.
They offer you a unique concept in the world.
In a lovely renovated manor-house you find the following:

Downstairs, a very cosy cafe where you can relax and talk
about your passions in life, all things in life.
On the walls there are digital projections of art, ever
changing, fantastic!

On the first floor they offer you the very unique
experience of tapping into your flow via biofeedback (you
can see the result of your relaxation via parameters on the
screen) and the experience of the deep working effect of
listening to brainwave altering binaural beats, which can
support you in reaching a ‘higher’ frequency pattern of
your brainwave activity.
Very very special indeed!

On the second floor there is room for personal coaching
(also on the first floor they guide you through your
experiences) and for courses, teaching-classes and events.
They actually focus also on Business Coaching. Really
interesting.

On the third floor you can have a near-death-experience by
jumping off the building … no, no, that’s a joke! HAHA

When I was there, I felt so at ease, there is a nice energy
flowing, you meet like-minded people, you have a talk, you
walk around, you feel free.
It was a very nice experience and that’s the reason why I
had in mind to share this with you.
You understand that this is a very unique concept.. In
according to the founders of Cyres Cafe there is actually
not one other place on our planet earth at this moment
where they have the same combination of services they offer
here in Antwerp. According to them there used to be a
similiar place in Amsterdam but that one disappeared later.

So YES we are really really privileged to have this in our
country…THANKS!

No, don’t think they had to pay me to write this …
hahaha! (but it would not have been a bad idea as well …
hahahaha!)
It’s just that it was a very unique experience and I wanted
to share this with you!

Dr. Joe Vitale gives the 5 steps to the Secret of the Law of Attraction in front of over 15,000 people at the Famous Jockey club in Lima, Peru.
Joe was very warmly received by the Peruvian people wherever he went in Peru.
People were selling copies of “The Secret” and the Spanish language Version of “The Attractor Factor” at almost every street corner in Lima and Cusco.

It was encouraging to see a people so excited about the possibility of personal freedom using the information in Joe’s talk.
