The Ultimate Fighting Championship handed out $70,000 bonuses following UFC 139 for in-Octagon performances at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif., on Saturday night. Dan Henderson, Mauricio “Shogun” Rua, Wanderlei Silva, Cung Le, Urijah Faber, and Michael McDonald collected the extra cash.
The UFC awarded a total of $420,000 in bonuses following UFC 139.

UFC 140 is on Dec.10 from Toronto,Ontario,Canada.
The main event at UFC 140 will feature see Jon Jones defend his UFC light heavyweight title against former light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida. Also appearing on the night's main card:Frank Mir vs. Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira and Tito Ortiz vs. Antônio Rogério Nogueira

Third Apple co-founder sold 10% stake to avoid paper pushing, risk

Ron Wayne, the Apple co-founder who sold his 10 percent stake in Apple for just $2,300, said in an interview this week that he backed out of the company because he feared his role would involve shuffling papers for the rest of his life.

In an interview with Bloomberg Television earlier this week, Wayne and another Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak discussed the early days of the company.

According to the interview, Steve Jobs brought Wayne on as a "trustable person." He was given a 10 percent stake to serve as a mediator for Jobs and Wozniak, who each held 45 percent.

Bantamweight champion Dominick "The Dominator" Cruz needed the full 25 minutes at the Ultimate Fighting Championship's show on Saturday. Middleweight slugger Chris Leben took only 27 seconds.Cruz and Leben won the main event and co-main event of UFC 132 in Las Vegas. Cruz won a unanimous decision against ex-featherweight titleholder Urijah "The California Kid" Faber. Leben knocked out legendary striker Wanderlei "The Ax Murderer" Silva.In defending his 135-pound title, Cruz needed all his quickness and unusual movement to avoid Faber's aggression.
Tito Ortiz's first win in almost five years preserved his job with the Ultimate Fighting Championship on Saturday.Ortiz submitted Ryan "Darth" Bader with a first-round guillotine choke Saturday at UFC 132 in Las Vegas. It's the first victory for Ortiz in six fights dating back to December 2006.Before the bout, UFC President Dana White made clear that Ortiz would no longer fight for the company if he did not win on Saturday. But Bader, No. 7 among light heavyweights in the USA TODAY/SB Nation consensus rankings, was heavily favored to beat Ortiz, whose last victory over a well-regarded opponent was an April 2006 decision against Forrest Griffin.Perhaps the only thing more surprising than Ortiz's win was the method. A wrestler known neither for punching power nor submissions, the former champion showcased both against Bader.Ortiz knocked down Bader with a single right uppercut. He’s part of a group that claims to be behind the recent hack attacks against the CIA, U.S. Senate, Sony, Fox and PBS. If caught, he could face years in prison. But when we chatted with a member of the notorious hacking collective Lulz Security last night, he said he’s not worried about a thing.

On Tuesday, headlines blared that the “mastermind” behind the hacking group Lulz Security (or LulzSec for short) had been arrested in England, a 19-year-old named Ryan Cleary. Many assume that with Cleary behind bars and cooperating with police, it’s only a matter of time before the rest of the members of the world’s most-wanted hacking group fall, too.
