Summary
Filming properties with a sophisticated drone is my latest passion. Flying the aircraft, filming the property, mastering the technology and producing images that inspire buyers and sellers is a blast! What a marketing machine!
Aerial cinematography along with interior steady cam video is edited by professionals.
The results are captivating, informative, compelling and pleasing to the eye!
The film is marketed to specific audiences. Results are followed to make sure that buyers are matched with properties they want to see. The marketing campaign can be modified by selecting specific demographics and platforms of presentation.
Sophisticated virtual tour production is a modern day real estate marketing and I love it!
My involvement in the real estate industry began as a home builder. Developing property, designing homes and 18 years of residential construction has established a comprehensive understanding of the business practices, government codes and policies that are integral to the production of real estate. I had the opportunity to work with several experienced and well respected home builders which gave me exposure to different construction styles and business models.
The vast knowledge I've gained from my home building/property development experience plus 10 years of real estate activities have given me a unique edge over most real estate agents.
