8pm <em>The meaning of the Sangha</em> </p>
<p>Jeffrey Su became a student of Lama Ole Nydahl in 2007 and at his request started teaching in Diamond Way Buddhist centers in 2008. He holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science; has worked as a Professor of Ecology, Executive Director of a non-profit company and is currently a Managing Director at an organizational design consulting firm. He has been part of Diamond Way Buddhist centers and projects in the USA, Europe, and Australia and currently lives in Amherst, Massachusetts. </p>
<p><em>Admission: $10 per lecture</em></p>

<p>Hinrich took Buddhist refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 1990. He lived in the Diamond Way Buddhist Center in Hamburg for 11 years and helped to build the new center space. In 2004 Hinrich and his wife Ulricke moved to Schwarzenberg where they lived for six years. Since 2012, Hinrich, Ulrike and their four kids have been living in Immenstadt (near the Europe Center) where Hinrich works as an  anesthesiologist and intensive care doctor at a hospital. He has been teaching Buddhism in Diamond Way Centers since 1999. </p>

<p>Sasha Rozenberg grew up in Russia and came to the United States in 1992. After obtaining a Ph.D. in theoretical physics, he worked in finance, eventually reaching the position of Chief Risk Officer. He met Lama Ole Nydahl and took Buddhist Refuge in 2001. At Lama Ole’s request he shares his understanding of Buddhism and meditation since 2009. He lives in New York City with his wife and son.</p>

8pm <em>Buddhist Refuge</em></p>
<p>Carlinde Kallianiotis has been a student of Lama Ole Nydahl and practicing Diamond Way Buddhism since 2004. Originally from the Netherlands, Carlinde was an active member of the Amsterdam Sangha and has also lived in the Copenhagen Buddhist Center. Tasso Kallianiotis has been a practicing Buddhist for over 35 years. He is a close student of Lama Ole Nydahl with whom he took refuge in 1982 and has received teachings and transmissions from many high lamas of the Karma Kagyu lineage. In 1993, he started organizing and overseeing the activities of the Diamond Way Center in New York City. At Lama Ole&#8217;s request, Carlinde and Tasso teach and introduce people to the methods of the Diamond Way. They live in Connecticut with their children and are both actively involved in organizational activity across the US and share their experiences with practicing friends around the world.</p>

<p>Gilberto Ribalta took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl during Lama Ole&#8217;s first visit to Cuba in 2005. He moved to Ireland in 2006, where he joined the Dublin Sangha and helped with Center activities for a few years. In 2014, Lama Ole asked Gilberto to teach in Diamond Way Buddhist Centers. Gilberto lives in Cologne, Germany with his family.</p>
