I would like to say YES!!! Yesterday Barack Obama clinched the Presidential nomination for the Democrats. That being said I would like to tell Hillary Clinton did a phanominal job as a candidate for sticking it out to the end. She would be a great VP.

Recently there has been a large number of deadly tornado's in the mid-west states and so far this season has killed more people than in the past decade. I can only feel for the thousands of people who have lost their homes thanks to these enormous tornado's. Tornado's are not the only weather that has been going on in the past few days there was also a massive earthquake in China.

Lets hope that the weather will calm down

Earlier in the week Director as well as legondary actor Sydney Pollock died...He was best known for his direction of the movie tootsie.Most recently he produced Michael Clayton which starred such actors as George Clooney.

He was a legend and will be deeply missed.

Alright I figured I would leave my political blog alone for a few days and i think that I should bring up something that has been bothering me for a while now...That is the whole HGH/steroid scandal that has been going on in sports...This scandal is mainly from the baseball. The steroid thing i do not have a big issue with but the fact that the people that are being accused of taking steroids are some of the best athletes in their respective sports, Roger Clemens from baseball, Barry Bonds? Then there is also Marion Jones in track. I just think that it happens more often than people think so they should not bring good names through the mud so they can feel better about them-selves.

BARAC DRAMA

I am going to talk now very briefly on the "disagreement" that is going on in the 2008 Presidential Election. The disagreement I am talking about is the one between Barac Obama and his former Paster.

Personally I must admit that some of the paster s views are a bit extreme however with that being said:FORGET ABOUT IT!!! I mean we are all able to speak our minds freely. We are in America and we can do or say almost anything so long as it is legal.

Finally, Hillary Clinton, President Bush, CNN, and the FOX NEWS STATIONS should all be ashamed of themselfs for broadcasting final cut audio snippets that anyone can do in their basement with some time, lots of coffee and a computer! When things are taken out of context anyone can sound horrible. I think that this whole disagreement should just be forgotten about and let the candidates just debate it out without a lot of their names or who they are with be thrown through the mud.

Super delegates explained

With the Democratic Primary race being so tight the "super delegates" may be the deciding aspect in this election for the Democratic Party.

There have been a lot of questions about these things called Super Delegates. Super delegates are a group of delegates from certain states which when they go to the Democratic National Convention have not decided who to vote for...They are commited to neither candidate in the running.

This is different from the Republican National convention where the delegates go to the candidate hands down when the voting is done. Instead the Democrats would prefer to not know immediately. This year is turning out to be quite a race for the White house.

In conclusion the super delegates can decide who will be the candidate the party backs.This is because they hold 40% of the amount that is needed for the nomination. This is a bit unfair since when push comes to shove a candidate who is loosing in the public vote may win the nomination. This is all for now.

I would like to congradulate Hillary Clinton on winning a very important Presidential primary beating Obama by almost ten percent...This was a big state for Hillary simply because she knew that she needed to win the primary in order to stay in the race.

Age?

Since my last blog was about drunk driving I figrued I would like to tie it into this blog about age. Here you need to be a certain age to do anything...The thing is even with the age the United States Government says there is still flexability with that. For instance if you want to go to an R rated movie you are supposed to be the age of 17. However if you are with someone over the age of 17 then you are able to view the movie.

The next example is going to be about gambling...You need to be only 18 years old to play the lottery however if you want to go to the casino you need to be 21. I feel that gambling is gambling whether it be at a slot machine or a desk.

I think that every one should have the same age limit for things hands down...Either 18 to do everything(except drinking) or 21

Drunk Driving

Yesterday Sandra Bullock and her husband were in a head on collision with a drunk driver and I figured I would mention this whole issues of drunk driving again. Not just because I love celebrity gossip but because I have the feeling that drunk driving is too much of an issue. I mean every 39 minutes one person dies due to a drunk driving accident.

Another Issue I have with drunk driving is the fact that in those 39 minutes when there is a drunk driving accident it is very seldom the drunk driver him/her self. This is because when a person is NOT drunk the body tenses up when one is alerted to danger. This is more dangerous in a car. When a person is drunk they do not get tense and there fore the person that is drunk does not get injured as badly.

IN CONCLUSION

DO NOT DRIVE DRUNK...IT IS ILLEGAL...DRUNK DRIVING KILLS

It was one year ago today that someone at Virginia tech opened fire and killed more than thirty students...Today is a day of mourning and remembrance for the students who lost their lives. It was a horrible and tragic end to so many peoples lives. Let us not forget the family members of the people who died. Every day that goes on they must walk by their daughters and sons bedrooms and keep walking.

What ever happened to customer service??? In the past two days American Airlines has cancelled more than 2500 flights. This should not be the case. I mean what ever happened to customer service. Although I must say it is much better to have safe secure sounding planes up there in the sky. So I must thank American Airlines for securing our skies as well as giving me something to blog about:)

Yesterday the Washington Nationals opened up their 611 million dollar stadium in Washington D.C. This was a really good ceremony with PRESIDENT George W Bush to throw out a ceremonial first pitch to the catchers head when he was standing up.lol. It was a really good game with Tom Glavine Retireing 19 batters in a row...This was after he gave up 2 runs in the first. The Nationals won with a home run.

As of Yesterday History was made...For the first time in History all four teams in the final four are the number one seed! So that means that this years final four will be quite a good match-up.Although It is really cool that all four teams are #1 teams I must personally say that

O.k. about two hours ago I posted a blog about the NCAA playoffs. The thing that I wanted to mention about the Villanova Wildcats win over the Clemson tigers was the fact that at one point Villanova was down to the Clemson tigers by 18 points. This was before they went on a 21-3 run in the second half.

Also the Villanova Wildcats made all 10 of their free throws in the second half. NOT ONE MISS!!!

The NCAA tournament has had some MAJOR surprises so far in the first round. For instance Texas A&M beat a higher ranked team,Connecticut was upset by San Diego,Arizona was upset by West Virginia,Sienna had a huge win over vanderbelt.

THE WHOLE REASON WHY I AM BLOGGING IS BECAUSE VILLANOVA BEAT THE CLEMSON TIGERS!!!

I would like to congradulate John McCain on getting the GOP nomination for Presidency...This comes as no surprise since his nearest competator ended up more than 700 delegates behind him but still it is good that the republicans have their nominee. This is not the same case on the Democrats side. It is an extremely close race with the democratic national party to pick up the nomination.

The best part about the primaries is the fact that Michigan and FLORIDA, thats right Florida is having the issue that their delegates may not count...If you forget the last time florida had an election there was an issue with the voting...What goes around came around...again. I will keep you posted.

For those of you who have not found out yet...Halle Berry has had a wonderfly beautiful baby girl and is doing well. The actress is not the first celebrity to have babies recently...For instance Jennifer Lopez just gave birth to twins. Not to mention when the golden globes were going on in the audience alone there were three pregnent actresses showing off their baby bumps.

Congradulations to all of the mothers out there who have just delivered or are expecting to deliver.

As I just said I feel that bringing our soldiers back from Iraq and Afghanistan would help our economy and help our view on the rest of the world. The reason why I did not explain how this would be done was because I know that I can babble on about things so I posted it in this blog.

The top three ways that bringing our troops home will be good.

ONE:economy- Some may ask how bringing our troops home could help the economy... Well bringing our troops home should help the economy because it would allow our non-wounded soldiers to get a high paying job that they had before they were sent over to the country where they were serving.
TWO:USA ROCKS the global settings: If the United States gets a compitent leader and we would be able to take our troops home and the United States would be somewhat more unified. Bringing our troops home would make America safer. This is because we would be united(hence the name)
FINALLY: fewer lives lost: This is most likely the best reason why we need to get our family members home.

Simply put it people need to realize that we can change. For instance this year is an election year and people are talking all about “Change” I am not going to mention any names but it is the truth. I am not going to tell you who to vote for however I do want to put the fact out there that it is a time for a change.

I do think that Iraq is one of the most imortant issues in this election. I believe that if we take care of our soldier situation that we have over there we will be able to help our economy and we should be able to be in a better view with the rest of the world.

As I have in past weeks I would like to give this episode a grade.

This Episode is rated D for Drama!

For instance:
Tasha- This week Tasha and Alice decided it would be in her best interest if they would take time apart from each other.
Tina- Had an awesome love scene with Bette this week...This was only after an amazing pool scene. Yes that is right a pool scene.
Jenny- The filming of Jenny's movie "lez girls began...Of Course there had to be drama on the set. It just so happened to be with Nikki.
Kit- Again I feel bad for Kit this week. After Shane screwed the owners of shebar(in more ways than one) The Planet needed an inspection...Magically there had been more than 100 rats released in the planet.
