I’ve been staying away from sugars and diet soda, but I did break down slightly and had 2 bread sticks last night but I did run 3 miles instead of 2.5, so maybe that compensated LOL who knows. I tried uploading a pic of my work out but wordpress denied me LOL gave me an error so I’m going to try to embed a link instead. So here goes…

I’ve yet to start my morning cardio, which I will try to do tomorrow. Madison played her last basketball game of the season last night so her games shouldn’t interfere with my afternoon workouts any more so I can get back on track with those too. I had been just simply starting off wit a warm up run them the standard weights, doing alternating groups of muscles every other day. I’ll post a link to my planed work outs and start a chart to view my progress later today.

Well I ran last night and had a good run, 4 miles in 35 minutes. I had taken a week off to give my legs a break and they are feeling pretty good right now. So after the last week or so of not running and eating every carb under the sun, I’m back to a good diet and exercise. Hopefully we’ll see more fat loss in the weeks to come. With the coming of Fall it looks like I will have to join a gym before Winter, one with a track would be great, we’ll see what I find.

Next week is looking really promising for the “under 190″ everyday. Now that my weight is starting to drop again, I need to start concentrating on getting the fat % to start dropping faster. Watching my diet closer will probably help that out the most.

So maybe next week I can hold it under the 190 lb mark all week. My legs are already feeling better from the day off and I plan of finishing off the week with a couple of easy runs tomorrow and Friday, then a restful weekend to get charged back up for the following week.

Looking forward to having a day off from from running. After a decent run yesterday morning followed by wind sprints last night, my legs were pretty sore. Usually the soreness goes away after a 1/2 mile or so of running, but today it stuck with me the whole time. We upped the distance today to 3.6 miles and kept a 8:45 mile pace. After the run walking was a challenge LOL my shin splint are back in full (or so if felt). So tomorrow is Wednesday, my day off from running, man it will be good to let those dogs heal up before Thursday. I will keep at it with my lifting though, which is making decent progress. The next three nights I have the goal of doing lifts for 30 minutes each night, which should be cake. Now as long as I stick to a good diet for the rest of the week, I might continue on with the under 190 lb trend. Which means I’ll have to stick under 188-189 next week!
