But while each designer brings a personal aesthetic, the brand always comes first. Possibly due to it’s strong roots as the the very first ready-to-wear brand ever (!), meant to be well priced, well made and rival Haute Couture.

The master suite includes a custom-made bed with a draped canopy of brass ball chains, as well as lounge chairs upholstered in an Old World Weavers cotton with matching chain fringe. The repoussé drum stool is by Robert Kuo; the hand-knotted-silk area rug, designed by Lance, was made by Tai Ping.

He is a 29-year-old photographer known to snap young Hollywood stars, she is the 18-year-old daughter of Clint Eastwood and Titanic star Frances Fisher, USC student, and star of new E! reality show Mrs. Eastwood & Co.

“Mrs. Eastwood & Co. is a 10 episode reality show that focuses on Clint Eastwood’s wife Dina Eastwood, her daughter Morgan, the South African boy-band Overtone whom Dina relocated to the States to give them a chance to break into the American market, and Dina’s step-daughter Francesca Eastwood who is dating celebrity photographer Tyler Shields.” — per E! Tyler Shields & Francesca Fisher Eastwood met on a shoot via a mutual friend who introduced them. “She blew me away I just wanted to know her. I had to have her in my life, then it turned into something more” said Tyler of his girlfriend of now two years. When we asked Francesca about their first meeting, she corroborated the story saying, “He said the moment I walked in the door, he knew I would be his girlfriend.”

The couple have some exciting projects in the works with her new reality show and his upcoming photography exhibit at Ace Gallery — and get this the show airs on the same day the exhibit opens.

His show called MOUTHFUL opens Sunday, May 20th from 10am to 6pm – Tyler tells us the first 100 people will receive a “nice little gift”.

Tyler considers Francesca his muse. He has several shoots with her with themes ranging from crime scenes to setting fire to £10,000 of Louis Vuitton merchandise. Many of these photos appear on his website or at his gallery, A Gallery, in London. Still more will be unveiled at his show and even more on Mrs. Eastwood & Co. where he has a re-occurring role.

Incidentally the Mrs. Eastwood in the title on the new E! show is actually not Francesca’s biological mother Frances Fisher (who played the socially-driven red-headed mother of  Rose Dewitt Bukater in Titanic) but Clint’s second wife Dina Eastwood, with whom he has one daughter Morgan (15), who appears on the show. Francesca tells us her parents met at a pool party.

Clint Eastwood’s children in total are Kimber Tunis, Kyle Eastwood, Alison Eastwood, Scott Reeves, Kathryn Reeves, Francesca Fisher-Eastwood, and Morgan Eastwood. Only the youngest two will appear on the show.

We first took note of Francesca when she made her debut at Le Bal in Paris in 2009 (one of the few debutante  balls still standing) with fellow debs from that year Autum Whitaker (daughter of Forest) and Lady Kitty Spencer (niece of Princess Diana). Other girls to attend Le Bal over the years include  Bee  Schaeffer (daughter of Anna Wintour), Lauren Bush, Scout Willis, and more.

DT: Where were you born, raised?

FE: I went back and forth between my mother (in LA) and my dads home (in Carmel).

DT: Ooooo, did you spend a lot of time at the Lodge?

FE: I grew up going to the Pebble Beach and Tennis club for fun, riding horses in Carmel Valley and Malibu when I was in LA (visiting my mom, Frances Fisher).

DT: Tell us about your dad as mayor of Carmel?? 

FFE: People often think my dad is still the mayor! But he was the mayor in the 80s! Not sure for how long …

DT: Where did you go to high school in Carmel?

FE: I graduated high school in Pebble Beach (from Stevenson, formerly Robert Lewis Stevenson) while living with my dad.

DT: Where are you living / what are you doing today?

FE: I moved to LA completely now that I am 18, where my mom lives. I live really close to Chateau Marmont and eat there all the time. I had my birthday dinner there with my family. It was magical. I am working on this reality show with my step-mom and little sister Morgan which I am very excited about! I’m also going to USC.

DT: What are you studying at USC?

FE: I am undecided at USC and I actually plan on taking a leave of absence next fall. I realized a big university isn’t for me. I do plan on taking community college courses because I do love to study/learn.

DT: Will you be going with your mom to any of the premieres or screenings of the new Titanic 3D?

FE: I am going to be working the day of the Titanic 3d event. Might be able to go!

DT: So, your own mother isn’t on the new show … but your step-mother is> Tell us about your family dynamic.

FE: My father and mother are separated. They are the most supportive and kind people I know. I am close with my half-sister Morgan and her mom, my dad’s current wife, Dina.

DT: Where do you tend to shop in L.A.?

FE: I hate “shopping” but I love buying things and clothing of course. I rarely browse shops but when I wants something I’ll find out where to get it and then go to the store. I always find myself at Opening Ceremony and Barney’s.

DT: We love to re-hash prom. Tell us about yours.

FE: My prom was ha-larious. I went with a very cute shy boy friend of mine named Aiden. I wore a red dress with huge American flag shoes (it was very cool to me at the time) My hair was dyed red at the time and I decided to die my hair white and light pink two hours before the prom. I was late but when I walked in everyone was shocked. in a small town I think it was a unique look.

DT: Are you a pet person?

FE: My dad and my mom both have animals. I am such an animal person. I don’t have any of my own….yet! I plan on getting a little French Bulldog when I have more time to take care of it.

DT: Summer plans?

FE: I am not quite sure what I want to do this summer although I travel a lot in the winter for some reason. Last summer I stayed at home so I would like to travel. My little sister [Morgan Eastwood] and I are dying to go to Spain this summer.

DT: Any concerns about putting your world out there on TV?

FE: I am very excited about the show. I think that its a great oppoutnity and will open many doors. The main reason I agreed to do it was that it is so much fun to shoot! It’s a dream job right now.

DT: How long ago did you get to LA and where did you come from?

TS: Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida; moved to LA about 8 years ago.

DT: Some of your themes are graphic and risk-ay — do you have trouble getting people behind it or do you select from people who are just going to get it?

TS: I only shoot people who get it. It’s very rare I reach out to people. If you want to be a part of it I find that it works better when people come to me, that way they already know what they are getting into.

DT: Where is your studio?

TS: I mainly shoot outdoors but my home is in Hollywood.

DT: What do you shoot on?

TS:  Canon, sometimes Leica. I have an old film one I love.

DT: What brought you to L.A.?

TS: I wanted to come here and make movies.

DT: Most difficult shoot and why?

TS: The hardest shoot I think to date is Shiloh Fernandez on the logs. We had to break into the place. We both almost died while doing the shoot and it all happened in the pitch black.

DT: Who is your crew in LA?

TS: Francesca who is the love of my life, Emma Roberts, Jenna Ushkowitz, Shiloh Fernandez. There are many of the people I work with who are my close friends.

DT: Favorite spots in LA — where do you currently hang out in LA in terms of bars or parties?

TS: I hardly ever go out. My friend Brent [Bolthouse] has a few places so if I go out its prolly somewhere with him.

DT: Favorite spots in LA — where do you go for meetings, regular dinner spot?

TS: I don’t go out often. I’m a big fan of the 101 café, In n’ Out on Sunset, Miyako (a little Japanese joint on Sunset) and the Château are my main spots.

DT: How did you and Francesca meet?

TS: We met on a shoot. A mutual friend introduced us and she was just the most incredible person she blew me away I just wanted to know her. I had to have her in my life then it turned into something more which I am very happy about.

DT: Do you primarily do portraits? Magazine shoots? Other kinds of photography work? 

TS: My main thing is I shoot crazy photos and people collect it. From time to time magazines will use an image of mine which is fun but my main thing is high end art. A lot of people collect my works and over the last 3 years the value has gone to a whole new level.

We emailed his art dealer to see what levels we are talking about … Fraser Kee Scott, Director at A Gallery, told us “When I first started showing Tyler 6 years ago the works were $1,000 – $4,000 and now they are $5,000 – $100,000 or more in some special cases. Actually we are hovering over another price increase now – maybe for the summer show”.

TS (con’t): My last show in london was sold out 30 minutes after it opened which is exciting. As far as booking me that all depends, some people email me and some people meet me through a friend.

DT: Do you have a twitter or facebook or something else along these lines in addition to your website?

MEET THE FAMILY

A California native, Dina is a former news anchor who, in 1993, was assigned an interview with Clint Eastwood. She certainly got more than she bargained for as the reporter and the actor/director married three years later. Beautiful and boho-chic, she is a constant fixture in her daughters’ daily lives and works to create as harmonious a home as possible. That’s not to say that the exuberant brunette doesn’t have a hobby: in fact, she has SIX. While in South Africa with Clint three years ago, Dina discovered a six-man vocal group who call themselves “Overtone.” Moved by their talent and star-potential, she re-located all six young musical men to Carmel, CA and has been acting as their mentor, mother and manager ever since.

Opinionated and artistic, Francesca Eastwood is the daughter of Clint Eastwood and Frances Fisher, though she also calls Dina “mom.” A bit of a ‘free spirit,’ Francesca is in a serious relationship with her 29-year old boyfriend, famed photographer Tyler Shields. She is his muse, he is her passion. Deeply in love, the couple has been together since 2011 and as a result, Francesca’s world and her relationships are changing.

High-school student Morgan Eastwood is compassionate with a heart of gold. She loves her mother very much, but is at that age where mothers and daughters don’t always see eye to eye and she is constantly surrounded by her group of close friends. Occasionally embarrassed by Dina’s behavior, Morgan is experiencing watershed moments of her adolescence from learning how to drive to finding her own voice. Watching Francesca become an adult and being surrounded by the older boys in “Overtone,” Morgan is now on the brink of womanhood.
Comprised of six sexy young men – Emile Welman, Eduard Leonard, Tino Ponsonby, Ernie Bates, Riaan Weyers and Shane Smith – “Overtone” is one of the most popular acts in South Africa and has performed with A-list musicians such as Corinne Bailey Rae and One Republic. Emile is tall, dark and handsome and is the front-man of the group. He and Francesca have a distant history of flirtation…though no one knows the real story. She has appeared in two of her husband’s films, True Crime and Blood Work, and was co-host of the updated Candid Camera series. Naturally, Dina is a constant fixture in her daughter’s daily life, and is also very active in the life of step-daughter Francesca. In addition to making sure that the Eastwood household runs smoothly, the exuberant brunette has taken a hobby: in fact, she has six. While in South Africa with Clint for the filming of Invictus, Dina discovered a six-man vocal group who call themselves Overtone. Moved by their talent and star potential, she relocated the entire sextet to Carmel, CA, and has been mentoring, mothering and managing them ever since. In addition to being a dedicated mom, devoted wife and talent manager, the outspoken Dina has returned to college, and is currently studying Music Arts & Jewelry Making. She is a huge animal lover and shares her home with a pig, roosters, chickens, rats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, birds, turtles and rabbits. She is chair for The California Museum for History, Women and the Arts’ Board of Trustees.

FRANCESCA

Opinionated and artistic, 19-year old Francesca Eastwood is the daughter of Clint Eastwood and actress Frances Fisher, though she also calls Dina “mom.” A bit of a free spirit and an adventure seeker, Francesca is in a serious relationship with her 29-year old boyfriend, famed celebrity photographer Tyler Shields. She is his muse; he is her passion. Deeply in love, the couple has been together since 2011 and as a result, Francesca’s world and her relationships are changing. Fully embracing her newfound freedom as a young adult living on her own in Los Angeles, Francesca is currently enrolled at USC, but believes that life’s biggest lessons happen through experience and not in a classroom. The rebellious blonde likes to travel, try new things and appreciates the finer things in life, including high-end fashions. Francesca is a big fan of Overtone and has been like a little sister to the band members since their arrival.

MORGAN

15-year old high-school student Morgan Eastwood is a compassionate teenager with a heart of gold. She loves her mother very much, but is at that age where mothers and daughters don’t always see eye to eye. Occasionally embarrassed by Dina’s outspoken behavior, Morgan is experiencing watershed moments of her adolescence from learning how to drive, to finding her own voice. She is a social butterfly and loves spending time with her friends, gossiping about boys and experimenting with makeup. The always-smiling Morgan is a bundle of energy and a bit of a goofball, but has had a hard time adjusting to Francesca’s move to Los Angeles.

DOMINIC

As the day-to-day manager for Overtone, Dina’s brother Dominic keeps the six-man group on time and on schedule. Francesca and Morgan have always seen him as their fun uncle, and they take advantage of his soft spot for them by talking him into almost anything. He is always the life of the party and prides himself on being able to make anyone smile. In addition to working with Overtone, Dominic does special effects and works on all Clint Eastwood’s films. Dominic has a fiancé named Jade and lives in Los Angeles.

LISA

Lisa is the Eastwoods’ fast talking, know-it-all housekeeper who is at the heart of everything that happens in the lives of each family member. She’s brutally honest, fiercely loyal to the family, and effortlessly funny. She has helped raise Francesca and Morgan since they were babies, and she is Dina’s go-to confidante for “therapy” and advice on any type of family issue, conflict or crisis. Lisa has a lifetime of wisdom that she generously bestows upon the family, often whether they ask for it or not.

TYLER SHIELDS

Tyler Shields is a renowned photographer, director and artist based in Los Angeles. He got his start directing music videos, and then entered into the world of art and celebrity photography. The 29-year-old has been in a relationship with Francesca since 2011, and she is credited as his muse. Tyler’s impressive and sometimes controversial resume has led him to shoot some of the hottest young talent in Hollywood including Emily Vancamp, Lindsay Lohan, Josh Hutcherson, Diana Agron, Kalia Prescott, Harry Shum Jr., Tamara Ecclestone, Levin Rambin, Juno Temple, Kellan Lutz, Matt Dallas, Demi Lovato, Dave Franco, Heather Morris, Jenna Ushkowitz, Michael Trevino, Devon Sawa, Mischa Barton, AJ McLean, Connor Paolo, Emma Roberts and, of course, Francesca Eastwood.

OVERTONE

Overtone, discovered by Clint Eastwood and his wife Dina in South Africa, were brought to the United States to record the soundtrack to Clint’s movie Invictus. They have appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, in US Weekly, opened for OneRepublic, and toured with Corrine Bailey Rae. Overtone is comprised of Emile Welman, Eduard Leonard, Valentino Ponsonby, Ernie Bates, Riaan Weyers and Shane Smith. Emile is tall, dark and handsome, and is the front-man of the group. He and Francesca have a distant history of flirtation, though no one knows the real story. Eduard is the group’s heart and soul, sweet and sensitive. Tino is recently engaged, and his charismatic, yet ornery, behavior sometimes causes tension within the group. Ernie can play almost any instrument and has been making music since childhood. Riaan is the “animal-whisperer” of the group, and Shane is the crew’s self-described “ladies’ man.”

EMILE

As the lead singer of Overtone, Emile is talented, charming and handsome, and has been rumored to have had a history of flirtation with Francesca. He loves to write songs, play the piano and a little guitar. Emile also has a degree in South African law and enjoys spending time playing rugby, tennis and golf. His musical influences include any jazz or swing musician, with Jamie Cullum, Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Nat “King” Cole and Tony Bennett topping his list. His modern musical influences include James Morrison, Maroon 5 and Justin Timberlake.

EDUARD

The intellectual member of Overtone, Eduard is the oldest in the group and has been struggling to find his true identity since moving in with Dina. Besides loving music, Eduard loves people and someday wants to work with the UN to better the lives of those who suffer around the globe. In addition, he loves the outdoors, rock climbing, learning new languages and creating anything! He sings the high end, lead, tenor or soprano and plays the Djembe (an African bongo drum).

VALENTINO

This recently engaged Overtone is described as being “energy on wheels.” He’s quick to joke, but often causes tension within the group. Valentino not only supplies the comedy in the band but he’s also the talented beat boxer who creates the beats and drums vocally. Additionally, he plays the drums in the band and attributes his musical influences to groups such as Boys 2 Men, Usher and The Temptations.

ERNIE

Ernie is not only a member of Overtone, but also produces the band’s music. This former body builder is the “engine” of the group, and is described as being mature beyond his years. Eddie has been singing in church choirs since before he can remember and got his first guitar on his 15th birthday. He eventually started working as a guitar session player and back-up vocalist in different recording studios all over South Africa. Eddie is the tenor, lead vocalist and percussionist in the a cappella side of Overtone. He also plays guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, drums, concertina and a little banjo. Eddie is inspired by almost any type of music and grew up listening to Elvis, Don Williams, CCR, Bryan Adams, Dire Straits and most of the 70s rock bands.

RIAAN

Soft-spoken and sexy Riaan, pronounced “Ree’-ahn,” is responsible for singing bass in Overtone. He is also a film graduate from the University of Johannesburg whose hobbies include photography, the guitar, and film. In his free time he likes to play rugby and golf with his band mates. Riaan’s musical influences include Jamie Cullum, John Mayer and Rob Thomas. Dina calls him the “animal whisperer” because every creature on earth wants to be held by him.

SHANE

The “ladies’ man” of the group with an infectious laugh, Shane sings baritone and is the youngest member of Overtone. He is also the nephew of his band mate Ernie. In addition to singing, Shane plays bass guitar. His favorite band is The Script, and he claims he could eat spaghetti bolognaise every day. His hobbies include socializing with his friends, riding jet skis, rugby and of course meeting girls.

L.A. native and royalty “I’ll Have Another,” who grew up in a Santa Anita stable and is owned by J. Paul Reddam, won the Kentucky Derby earlier this month, and the Preakness over the weekend. That means he is one win away from the being the first Tripple Crown winner in 34 years if he wins the upcoming Belmont Stakes in June.

J. Paul Reddam got his Ph.D. at USC in the 70s and has lived here since, establishing a mortgage lending company called Ditech which he sold to General Motors in 1999.

His Thoroughbred racing stable is led by head trainer Doug O’Neill, with several horses being conditioned by Craig Dollase.

Reddam bought the horse for $35,000 and has since earned $2,092,600.
