margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="853" data-original-width="1280" height="213" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKmEP5uehpfnshWfk8bnbaIJkSgrlCQW0fhkVMJ4Tq1JCqg1lkedU_EHj5AqLBaqsVppCjRvKGweRwYKcJoOFI-H63tiIYZA41Aw6O6ZM4IVoPOpRhr0LVcqsCamt3yNzdCy80Gfa1gOT-mjEGwF-BO8M7h4ZoAzIxfx4RUB3lJMk9BE0a2RFfFumSY4i0/w345-h213/1000158059.jpg" width="345" /></a></div><br />انطلقت فعاليات ورشة الألبان بعنوان " التحول الرقمي وتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي فى جودة وسلامة الألبان ومنتجاتها" والتى نظمها قسم الألبان بكلية الزراعة – جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة بالتعاون مع جمعية النهوض بالزراعة والبحوث والعلمية أمس الأربعاء 12 جمادى الآخرة 1447 هـ الموافق 3 / 12 / 2025، تحت رعاية فضيلة أ.د/ سلامة جمعة داوود – رئيس جامعة الأزهر - ومعالى أ.د/ محمد مبروك الدناصورى - عميد الكلية، وبرئاسة أ.د/ منصور عبده على – رئيس القسم <p></p><p>وقد افتتح السيد أ.د/ عميد الكلية الورشة وثمن جهود قسم الألبان وتعاونه المثمر مع الجمعية لعقد هذا اللقاء العلمى الذى يناقش اتجاها عصريا فى قطاع الألبان. </p><p>وقد رحب أ.د/ منصور عبده على – رئيس قسم الألبان بالحضور، وأكد على حرص القسم على مناقشات المستحدثات فى قطاع الألبان، وعقْد مثل هذه الفعاليات لتكون فرصة لتبادل الخبرات، بالإضافة إلى التواصل الفعال مع المجتمع المدنى متمثلا فى جمعية النهوض بالزراعة والبحوث العلمية وغيرها، لتعظيم الاستفادة من هذه اللقاءات العلمية والتى تعتمد على الشراكة العلمية والعملية بين المؤسسات.</p><p>ومن جانبه شكر الدكتور/ محمود محمد حسانين – رئيس الجمعية والمنسق الإعلامى بمركز البحوث الزراعية - إدارة الكلية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم الألبان وعلى رأسهم السيد أ.د/ عميد الكلية والسيد أ.د/ رئيس قسم الألبان على هذا التعاون المثمر، وأكد على حرص الجمعية على عمل الأنشطة المختلفة التى تخدم القطاع الزراعى بالتعاون مع المؤسسات العلمية الأكاديمية والبحثية.</p><p>كما تم عرض فيلم تسجيلي عن القسم وعن الجمعية يوضح نشأة وإنجازات وأنشطة وطموحات كل منهما. </p><p>هذا وقد افتتحت الورشة بالسلام الوطنى لجمهورية مصر العربية والقرآن الكريم تلاه م/ عبد الله رشاد – الطالب بالفرقة الرابعة بقسم الألبان.</p><p>وقد قدم للورشة الدكتور/ أحمد محمد حسانين – الأستاذ المساعد بقسم الألبان ونائب رئيس الجمعية ورئيس تحرير مجلة علوم النبات والغذاء.</p><p>وقد أدارة البث المباشر للحضور الافتراضى ( أون لاين ) الدكتور/ عبد الرحمن عمر اليمانى – الأستاذ المساعد بقسم النبات بكلية الزراعة جامعة الأزهر وعضو الجمعية.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
