Pirinç unu, nisasta, un, seker, süt, yumurta, tereyagi bir tencereye konularak kisik ateste kaynayana kadar pisirilir. En son 1 tatli kasigi karabiber eklenerek bir kenarda sogumaya birakilir. Hamuru için ise; yumurta, sirke, su, süt, siviyag, tuz ve un eklenerek yumusak bir hamur elde edilir. Iyice yagrulup 1-2 saat bekletilir. Hamur 30 adet parçaya ayrilir. Parçalar pasta tabagi büyüklügünde açilarak aralarina nisasta serperek 15 tanesi üst üste koyulur. Firin tepsisi kadar açilir. Açilan hamur yaglanmis firin tepsisine konulur. Sogumaya birakmis oldugumuz muhallebi tepsiye esit sekilde yayilir. Diger hamurlarda ayni sekilde açilarak muhallebinin üzerine konulur. Etler suyunu saldıktan sonra salça ilave edilerek kavurma işlemine devam edilir.&lt;br /&gt;
Salçadan sonra 1 su bardağı sıcak su ilave ederek etler yumuşayıncaya kadar haşlanır.&lt;br /&gt;
Etler istediğiniz yumuşaklığa geldikten sonra tuz , karabiber ve pul biber ilave ederek 5 dakika daha haşlanır.&lt;br /&gt;
Hazır olan etler patlıcanların iç kısımlarına eşit şekilde koyularak fırın tepsisine dizilir. Üzerine etlerin suyundan dökülerek 180 derece fırında 15 dakika pişirilir.&lt;br /&gt;
Piştikten sonra üzerine kaşar rendesi ilave ederek tekrar fırına verilir. Kaşarlar eridikten sonra fırından çıkartarak servis edebilirsiniz.&lt;br /&gt;

Yapılışı:&lt;br /&gt;
Kıymanın içine yumurta, rendelenmiş soğan, tuz, karabiber ve yıkanmış pirinci koyarak iyice yoğurun. Fındık büyüklüğünde köfteler yapıp una bulayın.&lt;br /&gt;
Bir tencereye 7 bardak suyla birlikte salçayı koyarak kaynatın. Havuç ve patatesleri küp şeklinde doğrayın. Kaynayan suyun içine önce havuçları, daha sonra patatesleri atın, biraz yumuşayınca köfteleri teker teker ekleyin.&lt;br /&gt;

Suyunu süzün ve bir kaseye alın. Küp doğranmış domates, ince kıyılmış taze soğan, maydanoz ve sivri biberi ilave edip karıştırın. Sos için, ayıklanmış sarmısağı, nane ve tuz ile birlikte havanda dövün. Zeytinyağı ve limon suyunu karıştırıp, içine sarmısaklı karışımı katın.
