Well, after a year of planning and figuring everything out, I am finally announcing the workshop dates for the first DBP workshop of 2010!  The workshop will be held here in wonderful Sioux City, IA.  We will spend two days(April 18 - 19) going over all things photography.  I can't want to get it going and look forward to sharing all I know with with those first ten people who sign up!

So, it's been awhile since I posted anything on this blog, but after some photographer friends suggested I put my newly designed grad invites for sale, I figured I would do it on this blog.  I have designed two sets of 7 invites or you can purchase the entire 14 invite set for a discounted price!  All my designs are made for 5x7" cards, but can be cropped to fit any size you need.  They are PSD files set up in a user-friendly way so you can easily customize text, photos, colors, shapes, etc.  To purchase just scroll down and view the available card sets and click the "buy" button. This post was first written when I returned from the shoot Aug. 3rd...the images below will appear in the magazine released TODAY!  Go check it out!

So, about that exciting news huh?  Well, this past Monday I hopped on a plane about 5pm and flew down south to Houston, Texas for ESPN the Magazine to take care of the photo-side of a story on all things Texans(Mario Williams, training camp, the team atmosphere, etc.).  After three long, hot days, I ended up with a ton of behind the scenes footage of everything from the practice field to the weight room and a lot in between.  I have A LOT to share, so I will keep this post short and sweet.  Needless to say, this was a very exciting job for me and I hope it is the start of many!  Enjoy the images and feel free to comment below.  Thanks! - DB
