Amazing customer service! I worked with Dan to get a new Lincoln MKC for my Mother. This was my moms first car purchase since 1984. Dan has a no pressure, no frills, sales pitch approach. I have been a professional Ford sales person for over 22 years. How I get the Ford rebate information is through a tool Ford offers to it dealer network tool and it requires the vehicles vehicle identification number, the customers registration zip code, customers last name.

It is also based on purchase type. Lease or purchase or using Ford financing or cash or other lenders financing options.

Some of the rebates are listed on dealer web sites, it is knowing what the qualifications are that makes the true difference on what your price is.

Dan Lozott (Internet Manager) spent over 4 hours with me over 2 visits to the dealership, inclusive of staying 2 hours late to process the purchase paperwork and to show me how to operate the Sync system and other features of the vehicle. Dan described their Internet Pricing philosophy and quickly researched the new car inventory via the computer to show me what was in stock and all the options on the various vehicles. There was no pressure to purchase; Dan just gave me all the stats/specs/information so that I could make an informed decision. Even though the vehicle did not have one of the options I was looking for, the low Ad price was too good to pass up. The Ad price was thousands less than MSRP. I'll use a portion of the savings to pay for a local aftermarket installer to add the equipment. Dan answered all my questions and everything concerning the transaction was transparent, no surprises.

I would recommend Dan Lozott for your new car purchase anytime. He's not pushy and goes out of his way to get you the car you want. I bought a Ford Flex from Dan 2 years ago and now I am going back for a Focus SE hatchback. Would buy more cars from him again in the future!!!

Dan didn't try and sell me a car, he didn't try and make a sale and move on. I came to look at a Ford Fiesta because I need a great gas mileage commuter car. My salesman told me about a great Lease opportunity for two Fiestas sitting on the lot! I had looked at Toyota, Mazda and Kia. For the money, the Ford deal was hands down the best! I can afford to buy the car but I really don't need to buy it for work errands. This lease option was incredible! We were done with the deal in about two hours and I drove away feeling happy and comfortable that I was treated exceptionally well! Car deals are usually long, drawn out deals where salesmen try to up sell everything. I was asked about the options available but not coerced and I really appreciated that! I am not new to buying cars and I felt that for once that was respected! This little car has all I need with a few bells and whistles I like but didn't need for example Sync, USB connectivity, and Sirius radio ready. I still have my Toyota Land cruiser and will continue driving it as my first love but believe that soon Ford will have a comparable car. Ford is stepping up their line of vehicles to compete, and Dan is so knowledgeable about the line that it made this experience truly simple! My Ford of Kirkland review

We are from Portland and drove up to purchase a F350 pick up. Ford of Kirkland we able not only to match a rival dealerships price but beat it. As we were driving the truck home going south on 405 having the truck for about a half a hour, we were hit by a drunk driver, causing us to roll numerous times. My husband and I survived the accident due the toughness of the Ford but also all of the safety features. We contacted Dan, and through numerous hours on the phone and internet, was able to get us almost the exact same truck ! Thank you soooo much Dan and everyone from Ford of Kirkland

My Ford of Kirkland review

I hate new car shopping. I hate car salesmen. Most do not know the vehicles they are selling and have the robot “what can I do to get you into this car today” approach. We did not get any of that at Kirkland Ford. Don knew what we were driving 90 miles to see. He had it ready, he explained the features, but there was no pressure. The F & I guy was even very great to work with and when we said “no” to bells and whistles, he put no pressure on us and was every bit as pleasant as he was to start with. Would buy from this dealer again.

This is my first car. I visited another 2 dealers before I turned to Ford of Kirklan and met Dan Lozott. From the other 2 dealers I felt a lot of pressure which made me very uncomfortable. I am on my second car from Ford of Kirkland and when we went back to the dealership we knew we wanted to work with the same dealer as before, Dan Lozott. He is kind, funny, curteous but above all knowlegeable. He can tell you more information about any car on the lot than you ever thought you needed to know. Its great knowing that when your interested in a certain vehicle he can tell you everything about it... from specs, mpg, history, probably right down to what coffee the previous owner drank in it! Anyway, he is amazing and I know when we go for our third, fourth etc vehicles we will be back to Ford of Kirkland and back to Dan Lozott.

My new Lava Red 2012 Mustang is fun to drive!!

I have had a few over the years as a Ford sales person, a 1996 GT Coupe, a 1999 Special Edition GT Convertible, a 1968 V-8 Convertible and a 2003 Cobra Convertible.

I have to say the new 5.0 Mustang is a fun to drive muscle car. This 5.0 feels like a street legal race car when I'm rolling down the road. With the new electric steering you can select Sport mode for more precise driving feel, the Standard mode for a nice tight feel with less effort or a Comfort mode that makes it easy, (not what I would recommend though)

For Daily driving I like the Standard mode the best. In Sport mode it is tighter and you really feel connected. I really enjoy the quick and easy short shift 6 speed. In fact it is so much better than my 03 Cobra and I feel this 5.0 with premium fuel could really give the others a run for the Money.

So far I have only 500 miles on my new Lava Red 2012 Mustang so I have only raced one older Saleen. Unfortunately it was only a race to 3 gear as once I did that I was gone and he could only watch me pull away. Of course I slowed down when I hit 70 and waited for him to catch up.

I'm only on my 3rd tank of gas, the first 2 tanks full I used the 91 octane. This time I put in 87 and have driven about 1/4 tank and can feel the difference already. The car feels quieter a little less aggressive. Fuel economy is a little less to so I think I will burn the good stuff and have some fun while doing it. Once I get a couple thousand miles on this car, I just may go looking for someone who wants to race. I will keep you posted here.

I will get some more pictures for you as well as the Lava red is a color you need to see to appreciate. At night it gives off a plumb color, overcast days you would think it's Black and when the sun light shines on it the Burgundy Lava color comes alive.
