After a session with me, I go home and edit the images from your session.

I upload them onto my computer and then the work begins. 

When I shoot, I shoot in RAW.   A RAW file is essentially the digital equivalent  of a negative.

I won’t go into all of the mumbo jumbo that may not make sense!

However, a RAW file doesn’t have much color to it so I like to edit it myself in a program such as Photoshop.

I don’t do too much to an image, but what I do makes a huge difference.

Now, see the edited image below.  I love to make color POP!

This is sweet little Alice.

She was so tiny and adorable.

Her parents are some of the nicest people I know and I’m so happy for them and their new addition!

Their session was a lot of fun.  We had the car stereo blasting and cute kids dancing!

That is how a session should be!

Thanks Sumans!  You are so photogenic and I had so much fun with you.

I’ve always been a fan of change.  I seem to have the “itch” to change about once a year.

I’ve been searching for color schemes I like and I may have found one.

Anyway, you will see soon!

Have I ever mentioned how much I enjoy taking pictures of people?

Well, I do!  I love it!  I especially love little children.  

This is Barrett.  He recently turned 1 year old.  

He was so happy and such a trooper being outdoors on a windy, cold, February morning.

He lasted a lot longer than I thought a one year old could.

I did, however, post a shot of him near the end. (*see cute image posted at bottom*)
