The Going Ons in Danaeland:

Just wanted to drop you all a hello, and let you guys know how things are going for Danae with her writing. As many of us long-time Corrupted know, Danae's head is full of awesome stories and is constantly being over crowded with new ideas so it's not uncommon for her to have more than one project going at a time.

Currently Danae is working on two brand new romances that have never before been published. She is also still looking at Forbidden Alliance: A Vampires Tale (book 2) and reworking and writing on it some. And, The Damned of Lost Creek: And Silence Fell is complete and awaiting final edits. Then it too will be published and available for purchase in it's new and improved form.

Speaking of Danae's romance books, one of Danae's most popular contemporary romances, Pass Slowly, has received a wonderful 4.5 star review from The Romance Reviews (TRR). PASS SLOWLY is an incredible story. I loved all the characters – even the secondary ones. Beware, though, you'll probably get dizzy reading about all the Dr. Taylors. There are a lot of them here. I loved the slow pace of the story, the way you can actually feel the connection between the characters forming and strengthening. I even loved the ending – unexpected and tear-jerking as it was – it fitted perfectly. ..."

What's Going On In Danaeland

Hey Corrupted!

Just want to let you all know Danae is still working on Forbidden Alliance: A Vampire's Tale. However, it's not going as smoothly as she'd like, but another contemporary romance idea has popped up in that never slowing down brain of hers. She's working on a brand new, never before released contemporary romance. It should be ready within the next week or so for publication. And, there's going to be a surprise with this one. Nope can't tell you! Just keep checking in for the release.

And, The Damned of Lost Creek: And Silence Fell (book two of the series) is ready for final edits and should be available in the near future as well. That means more Draven, Mikhail, Shep and the whole Damned crew! Yay!!!

What's Happening in Danaeland

Hey Corrupted! It's been a busy year so far in Danaeland.
   Congrats to the Valentine's Day Giveaway winner of the signed paperback copy of Repossessors of Souls and all of the other winners we had from giveaways held on various sites. Danae being the gracious person she is has given away so many books lately in various giveaways. Haven't won yet? Don't worry. There are more giveaways coming soon!
   Actually, Danae will be releasing another book in the next few weeks! Yay, more Danae crack for us all! This is one many of you long-time followers will be familiar with, and I think you'll be happy to see the release. I'm not spoiling the surprise just yet. Oh heck...I can't keep it a secret.

Book one of The Damned of Lost Creek series, Mask of the Damned, will be released in the next few weeks!

We had anticipated a Feb. 1 release date, but unfortunately Danae has been under the weather and in typical Danae fashion while doing a final read through and edits she found somethings she wanted to add and change. However, it is nearly ready and should be available very soon.

--Zion was a demonic repo man in the spectrum of immortals that ran parallel to the human spectrum. NYC had been her home for centuries after she escaped from Hell, and it was the perfect place for a demon with a shopping, handbag, shoes, and pie fetish to spread her black wings. Everything was perfect in her world until a High Priority repo changed everything. Angelus walked into her life, a sullen angelic repo man that saw her as nothing more than a demonic whore that was the greatest inconvenience of his life and bane of his existence. Little did Zion know, the sullen angel held a very important key to her past, one that she never thought possible, and it made her hate him even more.
As they fought to keep from crossing paths in a city of millions, the powers that be had a different plan in mind. Both were assigned the same High Priority repo, but little did they know, they were nothing but pawns in a much bigger game; Upper Management was bored and using NYC as their chessboard in an elaborate and deadly game, using the souls of their repo men as the pieces.

• Danae is currently working on Forbidden Alliance: A Vampire's Tale, book two of the Forbidden Alliance trilogy. She hopes to have this one complete and available for release by the end of March if not before.

• Damned of Lost Creek: Mask of the Damned, book one of the Damned of Lost Creek series is now going into final edits and revisions. The completion and availability goal for this book is set for the end of Februray.
